Definitely one of the cleanest and most well stocked Goodwills I have visited! I was impressed, and even bought a few things.Knocked one star off only because they really didn't have many dresses. I will definitely come back whenever I find myself in Clayton again.

Very big store that has a lot to offer. Found what I was looking for and more. The customer service was excellent too. Anna was very knowledgeable on where I could find things that I was looking for and didn't hesitate to point me in the right direction for where I could find whatever else I needed.

Bought a stationary bike here and was having trouble putting it in my car. Donna at the register was very sweet. I didn't catch his name but there was an older supervisor there (short, Grey hair) who helped me load it up, which was no small feat considering I drive a smaller car. I tried to tip but he advised that he wasn't allowed to accept it so I figured the least I could do was leave a good review. Thank you so much.

It's a Goodwill you never know what you're going to find. But I know a man that wears a very large shoe of a 15. And it had a pair of Nikes for $5 that were an excellent condition. Though I'm on a fixed income he needed it more. The cashier was very pleasant to me. I'm occasionally up that way and I will make sure I go back to that goodwill.

They just opened up I like the location to clean I saw this Jesus looking dashiki, and I was just wondering like man why don't people wear more robes? And then I was thinking about just running around in a robe commando-style and how uncomfortable that would be on the family jewels.

Better prices/deals than most, but all goodwills prices have gone up. Some checkout staff are too friendly and will hold the line up an extra 10 minutes over having conversations with customers. They have a guy (or manager not sure) that constantly follows customers and eyeballs everything as if your stealing there occasionally. Also like every other goodwill, there are always some ridiculous prices on junk items that are broke, or cost $2 new and they want $10! 🤣 They do have a nice selection and are organized IF you find a good deal. As for overpriced junk, Walmart is right next door and cheaper on MANY brand new items they have here USED or broken lol.*** I once grabbed a purse that was labeled with $5 tag (base purse price) and the lady at check out made a huge deal and called managers back and said sorry I can't sell that to you it was mispriced bc it was a name brand. (Tiny Vera Bradley bag)... And repriced it at $15 in front of me trying to pay and checkout. Sorry that was their fault, and absolutely unacceptable in my opinion!

I googled the address and location to be sure The location was open and it said Sunday until 6! The boy out back smoking cigarettes pointed to a sign that said 5????!!! Hhhmmm… I then asked him politely would he take my two bags and he replied no and went inside.

A princess costume for girls, had a hole on the front. Price tag $16.99! This Goodwill was way over priced. My sister made a comment to a store associate about the prices being high. The store's associate response was ' we got to make a profit".

Very nice Store found some really nice things. The store is New. It has good bargains, small housewares, some furniture, shoes, books, glassware, clean used clothes, Sale weekly on the color of tags 50% off, Senior Days and Sundays are weekly ticket 99sale day. The people that work here are kind and helpful. They have a drop off out back for your donations too..

Honestly me and my 16-year-old son do a lot of Goodwill shopping looking for vintage and things of that nature and this Goodwill is fantastic it's always super clean priced Right an always have what we're looking for, and the staff is unbelievable!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE BEST WE EVER HAD we LOVE EVERYONE that works there!! FIVE ***** service!!! If you like thrifting definitely check them out!! UPDATE 5/14/22THIS WAS OUR 5TH OR 6TH TIME AT THE STORE EVERYTHING STILL 100% AMAZING FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!

Cleanest & most organized Goodwill I have ever been into. Friendly staff too. They are though getting ridiculous on their prices though....esp considering its donated free items.

You have to part with your bag to shop here. Seems like an ineffective, unreasonable, and invasive method of theft deterrent. The store is asking you to entrust them with your bag, that holds more value than any stolen merchandise you could fit in it. I felt uncomfortable and wish I had known prior to coming here. It's not a practice I've ever seen, seems like an over zealous and confrontational management decision. Won't be back.

Very nice as far as Goodwill stores go. A good selection of everything. They had a lot of toddler shoes, which is rare. The home items were good as well as the holiday items.

I love shopping Goodwill stores, but this particular store has outrageous prices. I was there today and saw 4 different items for $400 per piece, that were highly damaged, I get "antique" but these items are donated, why are they priced at almost the same price as retail store. I come in at least once a week and the prices continue to rise, don't think I'll continue to shop there.

Staff was 5 stars. Prices 3 stars. Very over priced on Halloween costumes. Some were higher than new at Walmart next door. Someone needs to take a look at this.
