I switched to this vet after an issue with my previous vet. I have been coming here a while. It was great. They took wonderful care of my animals.After they got bought out, it seems they have lost touch with taking care of the animals and the concerns of the owner. It is as if you are a number.You are packed into a full waiting room, they get you into the exam room and they muzzle your dog and drag them away. The staff seems overwhelmed and overworked.My dogs do not need to be muzzled at the new place I go. They are very attentive and take time with my babies.I gave a three star as before the change you took great care of my pets, weren't forgetful, shots were on schedule and I remember the care that was given when my beautiful baby midnight passed away. If I had to lose my baby now, I would be terrified as to what you guys could put me through without some compassion.

My dog has anxiety and can be aggressive and a challenge for the vet’s, and they do a great job getting us in and out. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and show a genuine care and concern for both my dog and myself. Thankyou Clayton Animal Hospital.

This is my vet of choice for both my cats Peachy and Chappy. The entire staff are nice, professional and knowledgeable. They suggest what I need and are not pushy. I like that. I would chose this vet above the competition anytime

My pup went in for a regular check up and they found a problem. Suggested a few options and worked with me to get him the best care for a price I could afford. They sensed my stress and reassured me that Wilson would be taken care of. I can not say enough kind words for all they did for Wilson and I.

This place is amazing! They were able to get my kitten in within 24hrs as a new addition to their clinic. Edalynn had a couple of spots on her neck that needed immediate treatment. Dr. Adkins and her staff were welcoming and really sweet to both of us. She received a steroid shot (skin allergy) and we were on our way! Dr. Adkins even made the follow up call herself! Not only is that very personal but she genuinely cares. I’m happy this will be my babies new Vet! Thanks ladies!

My poor dog has horrible bladder stones and requires surgery ASAP. Unfortunately, the vet she was at didn’t offer that kind of surgery. While calling around, someone recommended calling here. I’m SO GLAD I did! The front desk was incredibly sweet and understanding. They were able to get me in that same day! Dr Adkins was so nice and genuinely concerned. She was able to get my dog in for surgery in less than a week. It’s so refreshing to see how much this vet cares. They treated my fur baby like their own. I have had great experiences with this office. Last year they did my eldest cat's teeth. After a few days, she was acting like a kitten. She was 6 at the time. I had never seen her so happy. I did not know how much pain she was in. Now she needs a diet due to pain-free eating. My new kitten was there last week. The entire staff was gentle and patient with my wriggling bundle of love. They always answer all my questions in easy to understand terms. I have recommended them to several people.

Friendly staff, and they don't try to nickel and dime you for everything. They aren't afraid of large dog breeds either which was a plus for our fur family. Our old vet place was nervous around larger dogs, and they always created more anxiety for my animals. This place is very gentle and loving towards all animals big or small. Definitely recommend!!!!

We love North Main and Clayton Animal Hospital! I have 4 cats and 2 dogs, so as you can imagine, we know the staff pretty well! In the last few years, I have had the pleasure of meeting every vet at both offices. Every staff member is caring and attentive to your visit. We lost a cat about a year and a half ago, but they offered the best care that a vet can offer. They were very understanding throughout the process of our loss. We happily rely on our vets at North main and Clayton animal hospital for our animal's needs! Much love from Koga, Bruno, Roxy, Riza, Rukia and Havoc!

This place is truly amazing! The staff is so nice and caring, they treat each pet like their own they call them by name and they are just so inviting. Instead of telling you everything you’re doing wrong they work with you for a solution that will better fit your pet and not just say one way is the only way. They actually listen! When we were ready to give up hope because every other vet just didn’t care this vet did and that truly is the number one reason we will alway bring our pets back to this place. OUr family has been trusting this practice for the care of our many animals for decades. The staff here is compassionate, considerate and caring and from the receptionist, to the vet tech and especially the doctors and they offer any service you may need for your pet including boarding, grooming and training. Definitely a full service business.

I cant thank them enough for everything that they've done for my animals. My cat had to have 2 surgeries and my dog had to have 1. The staff here is just absolutely amazing. You can tell that they love all of the animals that come through and treat them as though they are their own. Also the pricing for these guys are reasonable. It was originally the reason I chose them, since I did a lot of calling around for everything. I trust these guys 100% and will continue to use them for as long as I can and need to. I highly recommend them for anything.
