I wanted to like this location because the parking was so easy, but the checkout situation was so bad that I can no longer recommend this spot.Why was checkout bad? First: it’s holiday season and they had only two cashier working. Self-checkout was packed also. 2) The layout is so clogged that as soon as you have 4-5 people in line, they block the flow of people trying to get by, 3) too much “merchandising” near the checkout areas. Already clogged because of people in line, it doesn’t help you navigate the front of the store of there are tons of candy displays and other “last minute” impulse purchase items.I needed up leaving my items in the basket near the front door, telling the security person that I couldn’t wait in line any longer.Question for management at this location: Why spend so much budget on marketing, to only under-deliver at moment of checkout? Isn’t getting customers money one of the most important moments for a business? (If not THE most important moment?)Dear Walmart Norwood: Help us give you our money! (Make it easy and fast please)

This is one of their Superstores--much larger than the one in our small town. There were a lot of employees doing online orders which made going through aisles difficult at times. We were looking for an item and an employee stopped and assisted us and was very kind. The self checkout area is far too small. Chip selection was more limited than our smaller store which was odd. Store was clean and being cleaned by employee.

I give this Walmart a 3/5 starts cause the wait on getting your pick up over is insane. My order was for 7am, it was delayed 5 mins cool that’s fine, But I was sitting there for 30 mins after they said my order was ready! 30 MINS that’s wild at 7am it should not take that long especially when you are the only person waiting. So just plan for that when you’re place a pick up order. Other than that I’ve had no problems with the employees or even the product not being in my order.

Came here Dec6, around 6pm to buy a light bulb for a car. Bulbs were locked. Could not find any help. Found helpful associate Yara(team lead). She paged for help twice and was ingnored by entire store. Also she went ahead and brought all the keys she had and couldn't open the lock. She suggested that associate went on brake and grabbed the keys. While the Yara is great, the store manager shall be ashamed of such a lousy work ethic. Well, going to AutoZone now....

My filling came out of my tooth. I have no insurance and I'm in so much pain. The only thing that helps is the repair kit you carry. I got there like at 10:45pm. I knew I had to hurry because of closing at 11:00. When I walked up to the product, it was completely out on the shelf. I was devastated knowing I'm going to be in so much pain. Desperate, I asked a worker who was unloading product, if she had any in the totes. I told her how much pain I was in. She did not hesitate to go through all the totes and look for me. She was so sweet and she found it!!! God Bless Her Heart!! Her name is Robin and she is the BOMB! Customer Service was phenomenal and will forever be thankful for her for going above and beyond. Thank you, Robin!! You are the BEST! ❤️

I’d much rather prefer this location over the Fort Wright Kentucky. it’s obvious that management attempts to do better inventory in stock shelves. The store is always clean and relatively organized, as organized as a Walmart can be. went in yesterday, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Kind of shocked with how little Christmas holiday decorations there are. It looks like they have more stocking stuffer gifts than actual holiday decorations.

I just had a baby and haven’t been able to get out, but I needed some items returned so I sent someone to help me with this. I had the receipt for my 3 items, but the person was turned away and told that they wouldn’t do a return on 2 items bc it was over 30 days… their policy has always been for 90 days to my knowledge! So I tried to call to confirm and speak with someone but of course no one would answer the phone. And one of the lines I tried to get through on kept hanging up the phone on me. Wouldn’t even say “hello”. It would ring 1-2 times then the call would end. All I wanted was an answer to a simple question. I’m so annoyed.

Nayan at Walmart made sure Halloween came in earlyThis is the LAST time I shop at the Walmart at Redbank. They taker the cake for always having rude, non-caring employees, who cares right? I would normally just let it go but this employee was extra special1) she was camping in the self-check out section without a name tag at 9 50 am. She did not have her name tag on. It should have been my first clue2) we were the only ones there. I was scanning my items and minding my own business when one item would not scan.3) I asked for help and she insulted me not once, not twice but over 5 times4) first words out of her mouth "don't you know how to use the hand held scanner" if the item does not scan on the glass scanner5) you are doing it wrong, you are going to have to look it up6) comes to me lectures me AGAIN and then goes, put the number in7) I politely said I don't work here, she goes I know you don't but you are doing it wrong8) walks away while yelling at me ""you are doing it wrong"9) comes back and then tells me do the scanner again and if its not working for you, why would it work for meWalks away to her three friends and starts laughing.At this point, I had enough and my wife could sense theseething anger in me I weas holding back.I walked up to her and asked her nameshe said no first and then made up a fake name "Probably and said Nayan" I tried to take her picture but she turned her back. I still got her though.if you can't help a customer on a non busy hour and insult them over 5 times, yeah I am NEVER coming back to this store.I want this lady FIRED, not reprimanded, not suspended but fired. Because she insulted me over 5 times. I tried to let it go but this is way beyond human decency. The two people standing next to her workers (one Caucasian and one African American) they should be suspended for not helping and turning their back.Along with writing this review, I am mailing this letter along with the picture to Walmart corporate headquarters and their CEO.This. WAS. THE. WORST. Treatment I have ever received at any Walmartlocation 4000 Red Bank Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45227 Date: 9/17/2023 Time 930 to 9250 AM self check out the one in the bank closer to houseware section.Pictures are attached of the employee who was without her name tag and turned her back to hide herself.

To Elliott and the rest of the entertainment division, thank you so much for going above and beyond in customer service! My son has a brain tumor. I went to the Milford store and bought him a video game for the switch while he's in the hospital. When he got the game, it was not in the case. Someone had returned an empty case and stolen the cartridge out of it. I was told by Milford that I was just out of luck and out 50 bucks for someone else's crime. I called around, and finally got the entertainment team at this Walmart. Not only did they all go above and beyond, but they got my son his game! I was able to get a refund and exchange it for another copy, something they should have done at Milford over 2 hours beforehand. I know you're just doing your jobs. But you never know what someone is going through. You all were so understanding and so wonderful, thank you so much for being awesome at what you do! I hope you have a wonderful new year, and that it's filled with many blessings. You deserve it!

Make sure yall open up anything you bye from this walmart. I purchased a food processor about a week ago, decided to use it today then realized when I opened the box not only was it a used food processor it was the wrong brand. I go back with my receipt to return it an get told I can't because the box was sealed, well no duh who would buy a product unsealed. An then I got questioned why I waited a week to return it, well because I didn't attend to open it until I was ready to use it which was today. Then I was told well we don't even sell this brand, well my point exactly. This walmart can not be accepting their returns properly otherwise I would never spent my hard earned money on a used product that wasn't even what I intended to buy. I have everyrite to be upset and frustrated, then to have the manager an 2 other employee s getting attitude, and finding any excuse not to return this thing they sold me. Very unprofessional horrible customer service. An very clear management down need retraining or find another job. I spends hundreds of dollars at this store, an will never go back.

Stopping the people at the exit with their personal items is very invasive. Presuming that some of the items are stolen if a paper receipt is not handed over. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!Because what does not sell in a timely manner gets donated to various charities and written off as a loss. Without " the people" Walmart would have nobody to Market to. The stick up at the Point Of Sale is bad enough.Thanks for the opportunity to vent my concern to the Universe.Love is the Only way

Visited yesterday and it’s really good and big . I visited lot of Walmart and 90% of size and section are similar but I was caught in 10% which are different due to size of Walmart . Each row compared to other Walmart are small and I assume it’s based on area population. But very quiet and speedy at checkout. It fulfills my need and always love Walmart

MOLD IN THE DAIRY SECTION!! I reported mold to Walmart several days ago, but they lied about fixing it and when I went yesterday there were still MOLDLY PRODUCTS BEING SOLD!! It is a criminal act to knowingly sell tainted products and Walmart’s disregard of this issue is not acceptable

This was one of the better stocked, more organized Walmarts that I visited in a long time! Employees were nice and attentive, I felt comfortable approaching any of them without feeling luke I was intruding.

5 Stars for Courtney the Manager up at customer service who was sooo sweet to me after over an hour of trying to get my pickup order. 0 stars for the online order pickup team. Not only did they give my order to the wrong person (that’s fine mistakes happen, not mad, as long as they are handled professionally) but when I contacted customer support on the app to find out what had happened, I then asked the the worker if he could do anything to help and he said nah. His manager eventually did remake my order, except for it wasn’t my order, not a single right item.… I eventually just shopped for my items myself (which I should have done to begin with) and Courtney helped me bag them up, gave me an additional gift card, and apologized on their behalf. Thank you Courtney for the outstanding customer service!

Waited by the ammo counter for 10 minutes, pressing the “Press For Associates” button every few minutes. No answer. Called the store to ask for help, ammo counter didn’t have a direct extension so I pressed 0 for the store operator, never picked up and the line disconnected. Same thing with calling electronics. Waited another 10 minutes, then decided to walk over to the electronics section to ask for help. The associate (Isaiah) said he would call someone over, and then proceeded to continue stocking shelves for at least another 5 minutes while I was standing there. At one point the electronics counter phone rang and another associate went to answer it but the associate I spoke to yelled “Don’t answer it, don’t answer it.” It’s been 30 minutes waiting at the ammo counter now, clearly the associates ignore phone calls and calls for help.

Good pharmacy. Takes forever to get a cashier, depending on time of day..... don't expect to check out quit in mid afternoon to evening. Rare if I have someone who can help me with location of an item.

Go in and look for whatever you want 5 out of 10 they will have it a lot of nice things Walmart is awesome you go and get something to eat plenty of walking paths wheelchairs can get through there children friendly but it's always watch your children ☺️

This Walmart is usually clean and possesses organized shelves. Typically carries a large selection of products at cheaper prices. I always use the self checkout lanes so cannot comment on cashiers.

Terrible customer service! I was passing through town and popped in for a return of a children's book. There was one person at the customer service counter. After working on one customer return for quite a while things started opening up when another person came in. After 5-10 minutes of waiting I was instantly told that I would not be able to return the book.I have since confirmed that the person was totally wrong and that I am able to return the book. That's the last time I'll stop by this location. I'll stick to the locations closer to me.

I literally hate shopping at Walmart but this location has the worse customer service there’s no one to help you customer service desk always has the worse older paddies with bad attitudes their not friendly at all.I was standing in line for over 5 mins the man just walks away from his register didn’t say anything to the line of ppl. It’s so ridiculous I’m sticking to target it’s more expensive but the. Locations are much friendlier and move welcoming

Grocery pick is a disaster. Two different times I have waited over an hour. When you ask for your groceries they punish you by making you wait longer. And good luck trying to call a human anywhere in the building

I used the ophthalmologist at this walmart. I had been in the abusive relationship and my ex was my glasses. I called my insurance company they said to call Walmart who originally got the glasses from. If they were medically necessary they could file a prior authorization and get me a replacement pair. I called Walmart we got to disconnected I was on hold for a while she's things happened I just kind of gave up. About 3 weeks later I get a text message on my phone that I have an order ready. I thought it was fam so I called Walmart eye doctor and they said I had a pair of glasses there waiting on me. Even though we got disconnected and all sorts of things they went ahead and filed with my insurance company the prior authorization and got me a new pair of glasses. In my opinion this is over and Beyond what they did for me. I'm very grateful

Wanted to kill some time with my 2 year old niece. We had so much fun in the toy isles. Much to choose from. It was not too busy so she could walk and explore (supervised) on her own. Five stars. So many toy options, it was hard to choose

The store was okay, and it was fully stocked. The customer service of the cashier was terrible! He did not speak, he did not welcome us. They need to train their cashiers better. He also put my eggs in the bag with non-food items. He constantly looked at his phone the whole time.
