This store is one of the best t-mobile stores I have been to. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and caring. The store is CLEAN. Jaden was super helpful in getting my issue resolved with my phone and adding a line to my account.I’d recommend seeing anyone here. Because EVERYONE was just as caring, helpful and problem solving.

I came into the store to upgrade my phone. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Josh. He was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. He got me all set up on my new phone and showed me how to use it. I would highly recommend Josh!! Keep up the good workIt

The worst provider and company out there by far. The employees here are not well informed about how anything throughout their system works, will lie and misinform customers only to have no liability fall back on them. T mobile as a carrier is a joke. Poor service, mis information running wild throughout their store and the only one liable for anything is the customer after the fact. Typically financially liable for "service representatives " misinformation. Will never be here again, nor will ever use their services again. Will urge everyone I come into contact with throughout the telecommunications industry to use and seek out other carriers for anything that they need.

I was a Verizon customer but after talking with Jaden at Eastgate we are now a T Mobile customer. She wasvery friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very helpful.

I bought a new Samsung S24 ultra. And I would to this location and had Jaden. Help me out . She was extremely patient. What's helping me out. She made me feel very comfortable. And she was very polite and pleasant. She is a valuable representative for t mobile. I have been with timo for twenty three years. Everybody there is great. But she really stands out tremendously. I.Wish you worked for me.

Terrible experience, will never go back to this location. Nothing I was told was true in the end. Added a line and salesman said it would go up about $5. Later was told by the manager it would be about $15 more. Just got my bill and it went up $30. Was told Apple TV was free with my plan.....no 6 months then you pay. I was told Netflix wouldn't change but now I can only watch it on one TV....unless I want to pay more. Absolutely terrible, would not recommend to anyone.

came here with my boyfriend to get him a new phone. the two employees that helped us were extremely friendly, hilarious, and helpful. i believe their names were amara and amaya (i'm so sorry if i got one of those wrong. i was looking at their tablet name tags lol) we had a great time. it was like hanging out with friends while buying a new phone, an experience that is usually pretty boring and monotonous. would come here again if i had any phone problems in the future!
