Yo! I am so upset right now. I thought it was me tripping, I been out all day trying to get fertilizations completed and my spreader keeps caking up. I checked the product and yo it's all wet and sticky. I just recently brought this it the granular formula and when I tried calling, conveniently they are closed. I would advise others not to buy from here, man these companies are messing up. I am not happy because now I'm out of money and my clients are not going be happy with burn spots in their grass. I've been trying to complete my jobs by hand but this is ridiculous, im so upset. They ought to be ashamed. They cashed my credit card but now I can't get paid. This two way street has hit a dead end on my side.

On the recommendation of my son who worked for a high end landscaper I went to Site One to get landscaping for a new home my husband and I finished in the spring of 2022. We bought 2 accent trees for our front landscaping and one tree for the rear. (About $800.00) All 3 trees are dead or dying. I took my receipt to the Mosteller Road Site One and pictures of the dying trees before the one year anniversary. They wouldn't look at the pictures and I was shocked when I was told that there was no guarantee. Why wouldn't they make that clear when you are buying expensive trees? I would not have taken the chance on these trees. My son and I are competent at planting and caring for plants. We bought several hundred dollars of plants at other landscape stores and haven't had any trouble with plants dying or lack of guarantee if they did . I am extremely disappointed and will not take my business here again.
