After 2 botched surgeries on my cat at another vet. I took him to Plum St with Leigh and Doc. In 3 days time my cats wound site looked amazing. Infections were gone and He was comfortable and they gave me regular updates on how he was doing. These people are angels and I couldn't recommend them enough. 10/10 from the time we dropped him off to pickup.

My family is so grateful for this amazing team of passionate people who love what they do and who they serve. Dr. Bob and Leanne are both amazing, truly feel like family to our family. They have healed things that other veterinarians had not been able to figure out (by identifying a random ingredient usually not listed on the nutritional facts labels of the premium food we had been using and sure enough years of having extreme allergy like issues went away). They have also been there for us helping make some of the most difficult decisions we’ve had to make as a family and they always lead us through this unlike a patient and more like a part of our family. We owe them so much and will always be thankful and grateful for the extraordinary one of a kind care and compassion they have given my family and all of our animals. We drive across the city to see them and would drive much further if we had to. They are a family to our family, Long Live The Plum Street Pet.

Love them! Affordable and so good with my pets. I've taken both my cats and dogs, they never overly stress them and everyone stays very calm even for shots and mouth inspections. Would recommend to anyone.

They’re amazing here. Been taking my animals to them for 12 years. The last 2-3 years it’s been difficult - impossible to make an appointment though. It’s always been common to need to leave a voicemail occasionally (it is only the two of them rocking it!) but they’d always call back either that day or the next morning. The last 2 years no one answers, and no one calls you back no matter how many voicemails you leave. Multiple times I’ve tried really hard to get an appointment and have left one voicemail a day for 5 days straight.. never received a call back… did this multiple times.. So ended up going somewhere else for my pups needs..but they’re so great that I still try to call them and leave a voicemail in hopes that I’ll get through!

Dr. Bob is truly a “one-in-a million” veterinarian.Growing up on a farm, I’ve had my fair share of interactions with veterinarians - for both large and small animals. But even to this day, none have ever been as kind nor compassionate as Dr. Bob.Dr. Bob cares deeply for each pet and their well-being as if they were his own. When my father’s cat, Gable (who was not a patient of Dr. Bob’s at the time), was diagnosed with a terminal illness, I did not hesitate to call Plum Street Clinic requesting an appointment for Dr. Bob’s second opinion. With Dr. Bob’s extensive knowledge and transparency in caring for my own cat, I trusted he would have Gable’s best interest top of mind. Sure enough, Dr. Bob called me back personally where I was able to present Gable’s symptoms and prognosis. Before coming into the clinic, Dr. Bob reviewed Gable’s test results and recommended the best course of treatment. We are now managing Gable’s condition with the proper therapy and diet. All this to say, what could have been a terrible outcome given the first vet’s suggested of putting Gable down, is now a happy one all thanks to Dr. Bob. We are forever grateful for you, Dr. Bob and Leigh Anne!

I took my first pup here to get a second opinion on her health after my prior vet didn't give much help. Dr. Bob was very honest and caring about her state and helped me make the most compassionate decision for her end of life care. The kindness and expertise was something that I didn't forget and now I take my new puppy to Plum Street Pet Clinic and couldn't be happier. Would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Bob and his staff are awesome. I was greeted immediately upon entering the clinic and I felt comfortable the entire time. My dog typically gets very anxious when visiting the vet but she remained calm the entire time because of Dr. Bob’s loving and gentle approach. He also allowed me to hold and pet her while he was doing everything (something which a lot of vets don’t allow). He was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing and made sure all of my questions were answered. I cannot say enough positive things about Plum Street Clinic!

He is also realistic with his suggestions for care-- he always offers the "ideal" option and then also talks about what might actually work best for your circumstances. I took my puppy here for his first check up. I like the email communication in order to get him scheduled. When we walked in we were greeted with open arms by Leigh and checked in promptly. Dr. Biederman was very helpful and informative to answering all of our questions and needs regarding our puppy. I definitely recommend their services and we will be returning!! I'd suggest scheduling appointments via online through their website instead of calling. 😊

Dr Bob and his staff are fantastic! I can't say enough great things about the treatment they've provided for our dogs over the years we've been taking them there. Dr Bob is patient, professional and incredibly kind, and has always taken the time to explain the technical details of what's going on with your pet's health and the best approach for going forward. His staff are compassionate and very understanding and accommodating when you are in a time bind or worried about your pet. The prices are more than fair, (a sedated tooth clean/removal for a fraction of what I was quoted at another clinic!) and I trust their anesthesiology completely, which is a huge relief if you own a "smush-face" pup.

Great downtown vet. No wait, staff was very friendly. Dr. Bob was amazing at giving my pup her booster shots and keeping her calm. Super nice and personable guy, answered all my questions and was very thorough in the check-up. Will definitely keep bringing my pets here!

We just had our first visit with Dr. Bob at Plum Street Pet Clinic and could not recommend it more! We brought our 4 year old cat for yearly vaccinations and our 9 week old puppy for his next round of vaccinations. Dr. Bob and Leigh dealt with the chaos of the two at once, answered every question in a way that we could understand, gave helpful advice, and were just all around so kind, knowledgeable, and great! The location is also super convenient and parking was easy!

Dr. Bob and staff are awesome. They assessed my cat's problems accurately and charged me a fair rate to get her healthy and happy again. I am so in love with Dr. Bob and Leigh Anne. Dr. Bob Biederman has been our vet since 2004, back when his office was in Clifton and my husband and I were 19 year old newlyweds living near UC's campus. He eventually moved downtown and we moved out to Mason, but we don't hesitate one second when our cats need medical attention. We could easily choose a closer vet, but we make the 30 to 45 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati because Dr. Bob & Leigh Anne are just that awesome. They treat our cats very gently and love to spoil them (wet food!) when they have to stay overnight. Their prices are VERY reasonable too.

I just got off the phone after (as always) a delightful phone call with Leigh and realized that I had never publicly reviewed Plum Street. Our dog has had honestly a ridiculous amount of health issues in his life so far, and Dr. Bob and Leigh have been the most amazing support and advisers. They both have an amazing sense of humor and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I cannot imagine getting through everything without both of them. The prices are incredibly reasonable, they respond quickly, and they have the most genuine care for the animals that go there. They are never trying to nickel and dime you and will give you honest advice about whether or not you really need to bring your pet in to get checked out. My husband and I say all that time that they are one of the most amazing finds!
