We were in a really tight spot and needed a tire replaced. Chad was extremely cool and super accommodating towards us, we greatly appreciate it man. Had our tire fixed and back to us in like 15 minutes and we were able to get back on the road within the hour. Great service, with a super down to earth guy.

After arriving to the store 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 8 AM. I went to enter the building and nobody was there. My appointment was scheduled to have two tires insulated on the back of my car. The tires are already purchased and in my vehicle this was a scheduled appointment after this appointment was scheduled on Tuesday of this week and it’s now Saturday My husband tried to call the store multiple times to get the cost of insulation for tires because based on their webpage for scheduling tire insulation it was $15.87 He was informed the true price to have the tires installed, but the store manager told my husband that they normally don’t install outside tires over the weekend, but he was willing to do so because we were waiting. Poor customer service unacceptable behavior of a store manager As a former technician of tire discounters, this is unacceptable. It needs to be warranted to be addressed that the store needs a huge turnover in employees.

Chad and his PepBoys Team,They are very "PROFESSIONAL and do EXCELLENT WORK". They installed my Rotors and Brake Pads.I would recommend them to anyone who wants "Super Service and take Much Pride" in their work.I will defiantly be back for any additional needed work.

During cold snap my tires were visibly low. After using a self-serve air pump a a nearby UDF that was malfunctioning and giving wildly varying pressure reads, I pulled into Pep boys. They immediately checked all my tires, brought pressure to correct level and sent me on my way, refusing a charge or tip. Really nice help, above and beyond.

My first appointment was cancelled by a team member due to them being too busy, so I was told to reschedule for that upcoming Saturday. I gladly rescheduled and was on my way to the new appointment Saturday morning when I got a call 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was told they were backed up for the day and I’d need to drop off to vehicle instead of wait on it which wasn’t an option for me as I had my 10 month old son with me and no ride. Very inconvenient and aggravating that I had already rescheduled once, so I just cancelled the entire appointment altogether. A person’s time is valuable and should be treated as such.

I'm happy that I selected Pep Boys (5495 Glenway Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238) for my tire installation. I worked with Elijah at the front desk. He is a great employee; has a pleasant attitude; and is very patient with customers. I would definitely go back to this location. The were ready at the scheduled time and completed the work quickly while I waited.

It has been over 3 months and I have not been reimbursed for my damaged car audio equipment.I paid in full online for my tires and was charged an extra 86.67$ by the staff in store. I was made ti believe that a fee was left off which is not true. I have not received a refund for this charge. I kept my old tires and did not have tire pressure monitors but I was charged a fee for those as well which I have not been refunded for either. Please reimburse me for my damaged equipment and for the other money that has not been reimbursed.Seriously disappointed with the experience that I've had thus far

Don't take your vehicle here, this was a very unprofessional experience. They lack experience and out of all the services I asked for which was about 5 different things. They only did 2, tires and oil change. They couldn't even change the fuel filter. I'm incredibly unhappy with this place and HIGHLY recommend you go to their competitors

Friendly staff and I'm not sure how much they control pricing but I had my vehicle inspected for a noise while turning. The main culprit was a bad tie rod on one side ( inner and outer ) I was told it would be a little over $700 dollars to repair. I was told the inner tie rod took 2 to 2 1/2 hours and had high labor costs. I decided to watch a you tube video and ended up buying the parts ($93) and doing it my self. It was easy and only took about an hour and 20 min to complete. I saved over $600 and the car drives great now. Felt like I almost got really ripped off.

I was impressed with your people. Very professional! No problems. Only issue I had was I thought I had made an appointment, had a print out saying did. But on the website I hadn’t checked out, so I wasn’t scheduled. You might look into making it more clear on your website. I felt I got a good price and all else was fine.

Made an appointment online looking to get a flat tire looked at. Got a call but two people were on the line talking over me and before the appointment was even discussed they told me I needed new tires and that they were too busy to fit me in. Happy to go to the competition as there are tons of tire stores within a 5 mile radius - many on Glenway Ave. alone, two across from each other. Even suggested Autozone to someone casually in conversation over Pepboys because out of the gate they wanted to sell me something without offering to even look at the car. If you fear being upsold and overcharged, don't worry, they won't let you down.

Them do a good job on tires. I've never had any issues with rim bending or scratching. They're also inexpensive and a preferred tire rack installer.

The staff here go above and beyond. They replaced two tires, mounted and balanced in less than an hour and a half. On 4th of July. I highly recommend this location!!!!!

Chad is a great employee and an even better person! I called and spoke to him then showed up about 5 minutes before close, he was able to inspect my tire and put air in before I left on a cross country trip. I cannot thank him enough for helping me out!!!!!!! 10/10 recommended!!!!

Planned on scheduling an appointment to have 4 tires changed, but called to find out how long it would take. Was told it would only take an hour. I make the appointment immediately after hanging up. An hour before my appointment, they tell me I'll have to drop the car off because even though my appointment was scheduled for a set time, they won't be able to "touch the car for at least 2 hours after you drop it off, then at least another hour or longer to do the tires". Don't verbally tell me it'll be an hour, then call later and tell me it'll be a minimum of 3 hours later than my SCHEDULED time. Immediately cancelled my appointment and will be going elsewhere, even if it costs more.

never ever go there , i went there have battery replaced , guy came out said i know everything about this car new batter put in guss what they cut wireing harness, car was lock up and was very clear some one just pulled wires apart as if in rush service manage walk out oddly follow me, they said well u cant prove we did it ? what santa cluse come down do it they only one had access to car
