04/13/24 1400 hrs. I drive for a living & was on break looking for something to eat and the ATM. There was a short lady giving samples in the cheese area. It was something she cooked (my poor memory fails me once again) to promote the cheese. I think taco something.🤔 But two varieties. And when I tell you, Kroger does not appreciate her or deserve her, that's the damn true. It was sooo good! 😳 Like I'm sad that I can't buy what she made. It's really all I could think about until I left. And still am thinking about. Lady, I hope you see this. Please leave this store and share your skills with the world! Get a booth, van, truck, corner, something. And let the world experience the flavors you can create! Seriously, the best thing I've put in my mouth in prolly forever. Please know your worth. And leave that money hungry giant who will never appreciate you and your talent. I would tell you I love you if it wasn't weird and inappropriate. 😬😆 Thank you for letting me experience a taste of your cooking today. Best wishes to you and your family.

I think they just remodeled this store. It's HUGE. They have things like a very nice wine tasting and bar area, a huge sushi bar and their produce section seems very large. Their kitchenware area is also huge. Very impressive. Weird that there was only one register open. You pretty much had to do self checkout. But other than that great.

This is my favorite Kroger in Cincinnati. I love the variety and they are always well stocked. I wish there were more cash registers/lanes open when it’s busy like on Sunday’s but I understand it could be because of short staffing.

On Christmas Eve day we came in for the first time ON moving day. Sitting near the coffee shop was a lovely gentleman playing guitar and singing for a wild-eyed, last minute shopping crowd. I am here to support this artist and the local store for bringing him in to make our day a little brighter. What a gem!! I will look for him every time.❤️Lastly, this store is clean and has a lot of kind employees ready to help. I hope people remember to be kind back!

My husband and I LOVE this location! It's the only Kroger's we ever shop at! They have a wide selection of everything. If you can't find something here, you don't it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I always preferred this kroger, but kroger in general has joined other chains in neglecting ease, accessibility, and affordability in the name of anti-theft. If corporations put their anti-theft budgets towards customers' and employee interests, our groceries might be more affordable. There is more security and more people checking receipts. The self checkout line has become cramped and unorganized with nowhere to line up or pass through.

Quantity over quality. It's a big supermarket with a lot of products, but some of the more "delicate" products can be pretty gross. For example, their dairy coolers are usually pretty dirty, which means they can develop bad smells, and then things like butter (packaged in cardboard and paper) absorb those putrid smells and tastes.Also, don't even think of using their pickup/delivery services for things where quality inspection is needed before purchase. Things like butcher cuts and produce will frequently be of terrible quality since they just go for speed/ease when fulfilling the order rather than ensuring you end up with edible products.Also, prices keep going up, up, up. I know that's partially due to inflation... but the inflation excuse only holds so much water when the company is raking in record earnings and the CEO gets $19 MILLION in one year.A lot of the cleanliness issues and lack of effort during product selection/delivery surely comes down to poor levels of worker happiness. I'm guessing it's hard to have pride in your work when the massive wage divide between the national suits and the average worker fosters a "just going through the motions" attitude.

This place is clean and organized with wide aisles for shopping. Plenty of food and stuff to choose from. Except for sales and Kroger brands items here are expensive. Need to change the Kroger deli department especially the fresh chicken. Same recipe for years. I have visited the south and Publix has a much better Deli area. They have plenty of self checkout lanes so it is easy to get in and out.

We had a nice shopping trip..from clothes and blankets to groceries. The store was busy but still seemed clean and well stocked . We ate there, which was nice and saved time. I got a wrap sandwich and my husband got a sub sandwich. Both were a good value for the cost. Most employees were very friendly.

This Kroger is great but the staff is really hit or miss on terms of friendliness. I had a Kroger employee behind me checking out whom I had to stop her loading groceries with mine on the belt. Really odd and rude behavior. All the front end people were carrying conversations with other employees and not addressing customers at all. They need a night manager who understands customer satisfaction in my opinion. P

Do not purchase gift cards from their kiosk, especially not Sephora's cards. There is a fraud scam where the card you purchase is funded but then drained a few days later. Kroger told me they knew this was happening but they aren't doing anything to stop it or help a defrauded customer.

Top of the line Kroger Marketplace at Oakley Station. Lots of extras (Pharmacy, Starbucks, Click it pickup, Wine bar, Bistro, etc.). Enough parking including family, electric and handicap. Fuel station right across the road. Biggest challenge can be Crossroads traffic.

I shop this Kroger weekly. Nice wide selections with clothing and home goods asiles that feel almost like a target. Def one of the nicer Krogers in the area.

How about instead of having constant staff meetings in the middle of aisles, getting in the way of customers, why don’t you open a few more registers so we don’t have to wait for 20 minutes for the one lady to check everyone out.

As a person who shopped their I would give it a 4 but as a person whom worked their and knows what is behind the scenes I would give it a 1. Yes they care about the customers but they dont care about the employees.

Just left there and, while I normally enjoy my trips here, today there was a woman at the self checkout that seemed to hate her job enough to take it out on guests. If she hates her job, maybe y'all should encourage her to work elsewhere.

I’m a regular customer of this store. But I must say the cleanliness of this store has gotten really bad the bathrooms are ALWAYS atrocious dirty toilets, litter all over the floor occasionally they have left a whole roll of paper towels on the sink instead of taking the time to put them in the dispenser. The small dining area you can’t even find a place to sit the tables are always dirty and disgusting c’mon Krogers you can do better

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. There is this lady who has been working here the past year and has accused me and my boyfriend of stealing twice now… literally made the manager come over and was standing in front of us to block us from leaving. We have spent over $2000 at Kroger just this year… Her reasoning was because I clicked to no receipt option? They have 500+ cameras in this store alone, I’m sure if I’m stealing they will know. Another time she yelled at me because I scanned an item too hard. Also yelled at me for putting the bags in the recycling bin the wrong way

This store is usually well kept. Can get out at a decent time during checkout however I do not appreciate being stereotyped! Yes I have Loc's and I'm African American. But not all of us steal! Many of us value hard work and honest shopping. Your store associates and security does not need to stand close by me when you clearly see that I am paying for my groceries! Many times you guys choose to watch the wrong people. While others go by stealing.

Picked up my online grocery order on Monday 8/8 around 8:30 pm and received the following below: rotten lettuce & a slit open bag of frozen riced cauliflower with half of its contents spilled into the bag as it was a lone item in that bag. No time to return due to extended work hours (why I do grocery pick-up) and I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone after multiple attempts at the store to report. Clearly an issue! No thanks Kroger -I’ll shop elsewhere!

Consistently rotten prepared produce. Over the summer, we twice tried to purchase cut watermelon--it was rotten and fermenting both times. We quit buying it. More recently, we've twice purchased one of the $10 salads--both times, the lettuce has been fine but all the vegetable toppings have been rotten and slimy. For the price Kroger is charging for these things, they could at least keep the fruit and vegetables cold before, during, and after they're handled and packaged.

I purchased some colby cheese from Kroger today (03/31/2023) to make grilled cheese for my grandson. When I opened the pack there was mold on the cheese. With the high price you charge for groceries you can check the freshly of your product.

As a new Ohioan, place has everything I've looked for in stock. Great savings by using the coupons, it's like a Ralph's from LA but better, depending on which Kroger store one shops at, it can have clothing as well. I've usually gone around 2pm & few lanes are open, self checkout is nice to have.

I never thought I would leave a review for a grocery store but here we are. I was super excited when this store opened and this has been my go to Kroger for years. The store is huge! Of course you can get groceries here but I’ve also gotten cheap holiday decor on sale, regular decor, clothes, and much more. Now… with that being said… the thing that drives me insaaane about this store are the carts. They are absolutely horrible. Every single time I go I end up switching out my cart multiple times because it has a stuck wheel, or it squeaks like crazy, or it sounds like I’m bouncing it up and down really hard. It drives me crazy and makes shopping there frustrating. I guess the only good thing about all the carts being like that is literally everyone else in the store has a loud cart so you’re not the only one. They also don’t always have prices on items and very few checkout lanes open, making the lines very long.

The attached picture explains the state of this grocery store. The closer you look the worst it gets. Do better Kroger
