Seems like an okay location. The store is smaller than most locations so I wasn't able to get everything I needed. The health and wellness items have to be bought in their separate section. There were also salespeople for other companies in the floor.

Self checkout treats you like a criminal then you have to wait for an employee to come do the exact same thing. All while you’re being recorded from every angle possible like a high security prison. I won’t return to this location for groceries in the future.

Used to work here for five years one call no-show and they fired me because I was in jail told me I couldn’t come back but I could apply for another Kroger Kroger company. Y’all never pay me good anyway I’m a manager now and make way more than I would every in a week my Guy after taxes, you guys just make people work hard for no reason for what crummy paycheck I used to love working here. This was a dream job but now I see how the Kroger company treats you. Working here Is a mistake i’m glad I’m a manager now and not working for Kroger

Their is a woman named Amy who tried luring my son away from me in check out two years ago. She would offer him candy while walking away from me while I was checking out. She was asked multiple times to stop and she didn't. Reported her to manager and listened as they said stay away from her and her son. I believe she is a predator the behavior she showed said that I ask 3 times kindly to stop giving my child candy and telling her we didn't know her at all never met her. She has since been promoted. Be careful with your kids around her. Today I said no thank you three times to her checking me out and once again couldn't take NO for an answer. Ie wasn't my cashier and cashier even said she said no thanks

I love the bakery very clean and decent. A few of the self checkout cashier's are very unprofessional and so are 2 of the managers. I asked for a price check on an item and realized that the price wasn't matching up from what I read underneath the item so I corrected myself and told the cashier that I saw the wrong price and she got ugly with me a guy cashier insisted that he would help me instead because the girl was unprofessional.

Stood at the deli counter for 15 minutes total.... after 5 minutes I asked an employee if anybody was working the deli, he had no idea and didn't bother to go find out what was going on. Five more minutes go by I decided to call the store,... After speaking with the person on the phone I heard announcements over the speakers that assistance was needed at the deli.. then I can hear the phone ringing in the deli and it went unanswered, this was around 4 pm..no one ever came... I was about to spend fifty bucks on deli meats and fried chicken

They replaced all of their cashiers with self-checkouts... which they consistently have closed. This would never fly in a higher income neighborhood, but whether it's never restocking wet wipes for the carts or making sure their registers are open, Kroger has made it abundantly clear that they gave up on this location years ago.

Has gotten better over time. They’ve added new refrigerators around produce and meat they I like. However, it was only three lanes open and two were 15 items or less. I went in the only line that was dedicated to me, spent $72 on groceries, only to have to bag them myself.

Employees not wearing masks properly. Store is dirty. Customers not wearing masks properly. Better inspect your fresh purchases carefully. Employees are surly and unhelpful. Worst Kroger in the company in the worst neighborhood. They are electronic security equipment in the parking lot and full time private security officers along with regular police. Scary experience.

This location has a contract with spectrum communications. I was a former employee. I repeat do not sign up for this company through there contractors at the krogers locations they do not compensate their employees and they are a pyramid scheme. If you are interested in spectrum go directly to the source not through the contractors.

The store manager is very professional, and have great customer service. The security is very DISAPPOINTING, they tend to follow you around in UNIFORMS to intimidate you, as if you are a thief if you have on a hoodie, and if you take your time to look at whatever it is that you are looking for. We already have the COVID-19 issues, we are supposed to wear masks. Some of us due to our religion we cover our heads it doesn't mean that we are there to steal anything. This have happened to me personally almost every time I go there and it makes it very uncomfortable, and unfair. After they have followed you throughout the store the same people will stand RIGHT at the doors (inside), but before you go to check out they are NOT at the doors.Camers are there for a reason, BETTER YET ONCE SOMEONE WALKS OUT WITH UNPAID ITIEM THAT'S STEALING. THEN YOU CAN EMBARACE THEM ALL YOU WANT, BECAUSE THEY WOULD HAVE DESERVED THE TREATMENT.It's understandable that stores take a lot of loses, but most of us are not there to STEAL therefore; we would appreciate not being followed by people in uniforms EMBARRASSING us, and making it uncomfortable to shop there. Let's please try not to misjudge each other based on the wrong REASONS.

I went to store . All they need is a floor duster to clean cigarettes butts off floor. I slipped on one almost lost my balance. An they also need collectors to clean up groceries that dont belong on shelves that people lay them down because their too lazy to put them back. In Delhi.

My shopping experience at Kroger today was refreshingly pleasant. I stopped after work to pick up some tofu and fruit. Amazingly they both were on sale. The store manager Derrick assisted me even though he was completing another task, he stopped to assist me. Sharon the cashier was helpful!

+ Well stocked+ Good clearance section- People often loiter in the parking lot, out front, or in the entrance- Unsavory clientele **see belowI stopped shopping here because of men loitering making lewd comments about my body. Unfortunately it's not always the same people, so there isn't much management can do; something about this store just attracts an unsavory crowd. I have seen other women get the same treatment. After months of men cat calling, barking, telling me the things they wanted to do to my body, I just gone worn down from telling them off and switched to the Kroger just down the road (Ferguson)

Unfortunately I have came in contact with some ignorant, disrespectful and some racist people here and I use to shop here all the time now only when absolutely necessary. Last issue I had their new manager Patric help resolve the issue and was extra polite which is the only reason I still occasionally still shop there. I really appreciate the time used with me and the great customer service he provided after I had a nasty encounter with a nasty last at the u scan!

Its not very clean and always crowded which is great the neighborhood. I only shop here for small items that are needed for supper. I generally travel to the Dent store western hills store or even Oakley station for a large shopping trip, the meat and produce items are of a better quality. Just me opinion

Unfortunately, this location is in an area the city chooses to forget, leaving most people feeling uneasy or unwelcome. If you are able to look past this book-cover, you’ll see that there are quality items from the bakery, deli, seafood, and meat (Ask for Mike, the Dept Mgr… he will make sure your cut is perfect & give great meal suggestions 👍🏼). There are some things left to be desired (ie. Slim pickings of quality produce, unless you get there @ O-Dark-Thirty), long lines, small store size. However - there are many employees who make the bad seem insignificant. There are many cashiers who have very sweet & downright old school courteous mannerisms. They have a DIVERSE team-many of which have been staples for the last 10+ yrs I’ve shopped there.This Kroger location gets a bad rap, when ppl compare it to places like Hyde Park, Downtown/OTR, Springdale, Anderson, Green Twp., etc. Those stores are in HIGHLY AFFLUENT/HEAVILY GENTRIFIED neighborhoods. This is one of the oldest areas in the city - and one of the poorest. Why would one expect perfection? This location is one of the last remaining in lower-income neighborhoods, most of which have become food deserts. Warsaw Kroger serves people, not socioeconomic statuses. Full stop.You can’t blame the staff - this location is the only one, for miles, and is heavily shopped by the neighborhood patrons, many who can’t afford the travel, let alone (insert large amounts of sarcasm here —>) “better area” prices. If you’re looking to shop for groceries - this is your place. Anything beyond that… you probably can afford the “better” Kroger locations, or one of those concierge custom food delivery service, where they guarantee the food quality. In the meantime… The rest of us will remain patrons of our neighborhood location, that continues to serve this community. It’s not perfect, but it’s helped feed this community for decades.. and it’s ours 💯

I mainly shop at Kroger for the convenience, and I always use the digital coupons. There are some really good ones, and sometimes free items that I buy regularly. I have noticed that not all stores have the same prices though and certain stores like Price Hill is always out of lots of things. Check out is definitely faster than Walmart!! My only complaint is being in line behind those that seem to still be dumbfounded by the self checkout!!

it's a good store. The prices are excellent gallons of milk for $0.99 every day it's been that way for 6 months. lots of discounts and lots of quality clearance items. Management eager to rectify problems.
