Corryville Kroger is the WORST Kroger EVER! No carts inside and the ones they have are all over the parking lot one scratched my car and they ain’t care and expect you to go outside and get your own cart. There are drug addicts all around that store in and outside. The Starbucks in there is awful and slow. There’s some sketchy activity around it despite there being cops there. It’s just trifling I ended up leaving and not buying anything they might as well have not redone that krogers it’s worse than it used to be all them walnut hill krogers dope fiends are there now since it shut down and it’s smaller on top of that. They have no workers which was the excuse for not getting carts. Kroger y’all really need to check that Kroger’s can’t believe y’all got this going on in a college area smh.

in this store for no more than 20 minutes and the 1/2 eaten food was everywhere didn’t get enough pics of it honestly. It’s really sad the community treats the place like this, but even sadder it’s just left out by the store. Obviously there wasn’t a cart for me in the lobby, and the self checkout I waited at was only running 3 of its 6 lanes. The manager looked beyond stressed, the longest part of my trip was waiting for assistance with the machine I was using

Updated may 11, 2024,The store is dirty! The staff is not helpful! The customer service phone line to note problems is useless! The pharmacy is a joke. The security playing door duty, trying to control the flow of traffic in doing so their blocking a fire exit. THIS STORE HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND IS ONLY GETTING WORSE. The management is not willing to listen to complaints or suggestions. Yes, I've tried. I'm done.

Well I was there at closing as they rushed me out the store a lady employee and a security guard stood over top of me while I was scanning my items and the girl even questioned if I paid for everything and the security guard actually stood up for me and told her I did but crazy how they make you feel like your doing something wrong. Kroger's wanted self checkouts to cut employees so the employees shouldn't take it out on the customers. I tell 1 thing and this goes for almost all big supply stores and some small stores customer satisfaction and appreciation is almost completely gone. Those no such thing as customer appreciation anymore.

miserable corporate scumbags! Publix is in Northern Kentucky and coming to get you DB's can't wait! I worked at Kroger in Indian Hill and people would walk out with stuff every day setting off the alarm and they would say 'oh it's OK' but here you have 3 RoboCops ready to tackle you, wat a joke

This store claims to sell liquor upstairs and they do not. After my purchase for what I thought was full proof liquor especially at the cost I was deceived.I went to the store and was pointed upstairs for liquor sales separate from food. Thinking I had gone to a liquor store I hadn’t.I called endless #s making complaints and for a $10 sale I was given $20 in store credit!! I have not used it and find it to be an admission of guilt.Stores like this need shut down if they have to deceive people for sales.I have actually reported this to anyone in the state who would listen. Not being nasty and I never complain but what the actual F!This store needs shut down if they are this God awful.

The store itself is okay. However, the customer service is horrific at best. ALWAYS use the self-checkout because at least you will have someone competent bagging your groceries.

These reviews all have to be fake. This is the nastiest Kroger I have ever been too. There's so much trash in the parking lot it would take a long dumpster to clean it. I am embarrassed for Kroger and the University that visitors have to see this that come in from out of town. Kroger needs to be held accountable. Its a shame they are allowed to operate a business like this in the heart of the University. This needs to change. Lucky for Kroger my phone was dead or I would of taken pictures.

the bathrooms here are disgusting. Food wrappers all over the floors and graffiti on the stalls. Every single toilet in that bathroom had feces on the seats and one toilet was clogged. the floors also had feces on it and was very dirty. lots of strange characters shopping here

This review is strictly for the Deli. I grabbed food on my lunch break today and the gentleman that gathered my meal was so nice and professional! Also, the food was freshly prepared, the right temperature, and appetizing. It is a challenge to come across great customer service nowadays so I had to take the time to give the Deli their props!! Thank you!

Horrible customer service... Long lines yet only one cashier. I spent half an hour shopping. Fruits, vegetables, bakery, cheese, nuts, etc. All healthy food items. My cart was full. I had to attend a business meeting in half an hour. Therefore, I decided to wait in the line for human checkout. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I gave up and entered the self checkout line. Well, the rotating bag placement section was small. Some of scanned items fell on the floor. I still had groceries in the cart.I lost my patience, which is very rare. May be once in a decade... I yelled:"Folks, this shop has the worst customer service! Here there are long lines but only one human cashier! No respect for the customers! Where is the manager?"Finally someone showed up. He was no manager. He was poor security guy. He was kind an quiet.I apologized him, telling him that I had no issue with him. I gave up scanning the rest of the groceries I picked...I left the cart and exited the store.I hope they hire a few more cashiers.

This is the worst Kroger ever! If you can help it don't go here. They have everything from spoiled meats, long long lines, repulsive bathrooms, closed departments during hours they should be open, random people asking you to buy them stuff, lack of shopping carts, no baskets, poor food selection, expensive prices, ect. There's no way it should have 4 starts, corporate is definitely buying positive reviews or something, even the workers hate it there!

To say this store is unprofessional would be an understatement. The only reason this place is still open is because it's so close to a college where people are forced to shop here. If you have a choice then I strongly recommend you go somewhere else where customer service is more of a priority.

Came to this location on a Friday night @10:45pm and was turned away...telling me to go to Walgreens because they close 15 min early always before closing time. They are due to close at 11pm and only needed one thing. Was it really necessary to replace WH's kroger with this mess

Usually the employees are nice however Martha who was working self check accused me of stealing. Paused my self check out line and called security. I was embarrassed and then she claimed it was because I had over 25 items. Please tell her she's doing to damn much! Here's my transaction number to validate my account:929 510 28 999999510

Kroger in Corryville is a great place great place to shop, great place to get coffee and a great place to hang.I usually shop at Kroger every few days for my grocery needs. The hours are convenient although I wish they would stay open later or even 24 hours like some of their other branches.Beside that, Kroger is a great Corporation that helps with community activities and it helps to build the area in Cincinnati and various communities around the nation.

Convenient but crowded. Sometimes there's people outside begging for money but that's pretty much everywhere you're at in Cincinnati these days. Kroger is Kroger! Pharmacy is really friendly and always

First of all these reviews do NOT accurately show what this store is really like. Let's be real. It may be deserves 2.5 stars! I've NEVER in my LIFE EVER EVER EVER seen a nastier Kroger! See the pics & you WILL understand. I want to know WHY there was ZERO toilet paper for women in any of the stalls? Why not ANY paper towels? WHY are the employees not taking care of the bathrooms? Why are they completely neglecting the bathrooms completely? Why are the floors so disgusting? The toliets etc? A woman goes to use the bathroom and has NOTHING to wipe with. I feel way worse for the women who walk in there who had to use the number 2 or is on their period and doesn't realize until after they are done that there is zero toilet paper because let's be real it's not exactly the normal thing to have to walk into the bathroom to think that there's not going to be any toilet paper anywhere in any one of the stalls! It's not normal to have to check ahead of time!!Kroger, you guys have toilet paper in your store that you're selling people for crying out loud. Good grief, you can't even manage to keep it in the stalls?! There is ZERO excuse as to why you have workers in there who clearly do not care and by the way we all know it starts from the top. That means you have plenty of managers in that store who do not give a crud. And why would the workers under them care too if they see that that's just how the place is going to be ran? DISGUSTING isn't even the correct word! You guys should be ashamed of this store and it being under the Kroger Brand name! Also, WHY would you guys keep a toilet plunger outside of the bathroom doors out in your hallway? IF I need to take other pictures to share with the rest of the store looks like and I will to prove my point that it's not just the bathroom! Sure yes of course the rest of the store is not as nasty as the bathroom and YES of course it does resemble somewhat of a normal Kroger but I have also never been in a Kroger where they have these weird "walls" put up around all of the heath/medicine section, or women's pads, makeuo section with a worker who's in the big "cubby" style type area watching everything for some weird reason. I go to buy a bottle of ibuprofen just as one of the items I planned on getting and I couldn't even pay for it at a regular register like you do with everything else that every other store in the world or any other kroger. Instead the lady told me I had to pay at the register right there in the little cubby. Now I understand it may seem normal to people that are used to going to that store around there but everybody knows it's not normal you can go to any store anywhere else whether it's a Kroger or not and that is not normal. Ok so NO it's not good that they feel that they need to do that because there are a bunch of thieves around. So, my recommendation would be for ppl to stop being so lazy and to get a job and stop stealing from places or ppl who DO work. If you want something to, how about joining the real life world where you work so that you can purchase things and then MAYBE just MAYBE everybody else which is the majority of people who aren't thieves , will not have to feel like they're being subjected to the same ridiculous rules and regulations and being watched like a hawk whenever they're just simply shopping in the store and getting a $1.50 bottle of ibuprofen as well as other groceries to which by the way shall we remind the company that we are spending money at their store and they SHOULD remember that! SO, how about Not making ppl feel awkward and like they're walking into somewhat of a jail-like cell store. It's weird ! the whole concept is weird! There are a bunch of college students that live around there and there's a lot of traffic at that store. But what store doesn't have a lot of traffic lol? There's plenty of Krogers that have tons of traffic and their stores would never look like that! So it's not just the customers, there's no reason why the workers there should have the bathroom looking the way that it did and does!

This is the kinda Kroger that people go to during the day and say it’s fine, but when they go in the evening, they don’t get out of their car and turn around. The stock is lacking a lot of common brand options that other Krogers have, there is security but there are too many problems, and overall the place is a mess because of the customer base. You kinda just have to run in and out without talking to or getting close to anyone. Could be worse, but it could also be better.

Seriously, how friggin hard is it to put the doughnut tray above the correct sign? Then, why no regular glazed, cinnamon buns, plain cake? Coincidentally, there were bags and papers available and there never are.

Newest and best Kroger in Cincinnati. There are many features unique to this Kroger, such as a bistro area with Japanese, Indian, Mexican, pizza and other prepared food. Upstairs there is a full-service bar. Starbucks is also located inside the building. The grocery store itself also has unique features, like a peanut/almond butter grinder (I would prefer they had a coffee bean grinder 😖), online ordering kiosks, growler taps, large craft beer/wine section, a department devoted exclusively to cheese, an olive and salad bar, lots of local produce, gourmet bread and bagels, and the list goes on.This is definitely the best Kroger to go to if you live close. The pharmacy section is also decent, and it's cheaper than the neighboring Walgreens & CVS. As this is a smaller urban store it obviously doesn't match the large selection of the giant stores (Florence Mall, etc) but it has a pretty good selection of stuff.

Can't keep shelves stocked. Never enough clerks on registers to check out customers, sometimes no register open. Inflation rampant.I'm a disabled veteran and have trouble walking so I park in the disabled spots and use my placard. I'm at a loss to understand why so many disabled parking spots are taken up by so many drivers who are not disabled! Nor are any of their passengers! They do not display a handicapped placard either. If anyone were ever ticketed for their parking violation they would find out the fine is $250. You would think that would persuade able bodied drivers not to park there. The handicapped parking spots are right in front of the doors which makes it easier for people like me to get in and out of the store.

Consistently out of many, many items. Have seen many expired items in boxes still on shelves. One register open with a self checkout line wrapped around it is commonplace. Would love to speak with the genius that thought having no hand baskets were a good idea just to hear their reasoning. At least the employee I spoke with was very nice and agreed with how stupid that is. If you need any cleaning suepplies or detergent or deodorant, be prepared to have to walk through a prison checkpoint. Avoid this location like the plague

The outside building looks good, went to the rest room and it was very bad. No tp in some stalls, trash everywhere. Told a floor manager and she didn't seem to care, and only said thank you for letting her know. Didn't get the feeling that it was going to be taken care of. Will not be shopping at this Krogers.
