Wash station is a bit wonky. Water pressure problems and the velocity dryer isn't the strongest. I prefer the wash station from Pet supplies plus in Beechmont. Same setup but better, and less expensive. $15 a dog is very expensive compared to $5 at Pet Supplies. My pups left not fully dry. The towels were also heavily stained and gross.

The staff at this store are all amazing, but recently I have been helped by Justin a lot- he is friendly, knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. As a new puppy owner, it is so appreciated. He always gives my pup some love when we come in and he is seriously great. I love this store and the staff make it 100x better. Thank you Justin & all the Feeders staff!!

Feeders Pet Supply offers friendly and more consistent help from the staff and is comparably priced to the bigger stores. In addition, the shelves are kept fully stock, which reduces the need to go elsewhere or make a return trip for our pet's needs. It also offers a rewards program and great sales!

I went in wanting and ready to buy the 2 ferrets but Justin needs to work on his customer service skills. He’s rude and honestly if he had been nicer I would’ve bought both of the ferrets.

Awesome place for pets of all kinds! Great selection of live pets small mammals, reptiles, amphians, and fish. Anything they don't have they will special order for you and also very well priced.

Great staff! Best place for inexpensive dog baths, trimmings and great treats.I lost my keys earlier this week and they staff continued to look and called me back within a few days! Good people

So happy this place just recently opened! Large selection of pet supplies and a pet wash. Super friendly employees and a rewards program. I bought my dog a few treats and she immediately stuck her head in the bag when I got home. Safe to say she is a happy customer. I also purchased a great toy at 50% off!

Stopped in for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised! Well-stocked with difficult-to-find items, at least in nearby pet stores. Very clean, organized, friendly staff. Much better pricing than nearby pet stores. Having just opened, they were not 100% stocked yet, but will be getting everything soon.The guy I talked to explained FPS is a family-owned business, started in Lexington/Louisville, not a giant corporation. They will special order items requested that aren't regularly stocked. SOOO happy they have moved in!! This will be my go-to pet store.Like everywhere, they are urgently hiring (age 16 and up). Would be a good opportunity for high school kids or someone looking for part time work.

The staff is ever so helpful. Bought a couple of goldfish; 1 didn't make it long. Went to replace it. Daughter mentioned that the recent goldfish had passed; they replaced it free. It made her week. Will definitely keep shopping for pet needs here.

Took my pet to get her nails trimmed and the girl that trimmed the nails grabbed her by the back of her neck pulled her out of the crate and started clipping her nails. I could tell that the cat was scared. I looked shocked and she assured me that it was ok. I'll never go back to this store. I emailed the corporate office and never heard anything. Stay away from this store.

Nice pet store, "mom and pop" feel to it. Went for fish supplies. Picked up she feeders and had a nice chat with the owner. I recommend a " look see" for your pet needs. In Jacks old location.

So happy this place opened! I have been struggling to find cat food dry or wet for months! They carry what my cats like, are reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly!
