The staff seems to try hard, they are just overworked and understaffed. The amount of products on the floor is pretty insane. I feel bad for them, they tend to be nice.

I've came here 3 times during hours of operation...it's always closed! Just close and let Dollar Tree take spot. I'm never purchasing anything from Family dollar again. Very poor customer service and recently I purchased foil paper for $6.00 but it was suppose to be $5.50 and a guy with a short mini bush black guy wouldn't allow me to have it for the priced marked. Horrible! His only excuse was it was suppose to be changed but it wasn't! Don't worry im filling complaint with Family Dollar and Better Business Bureau. This has happen to me 3 different time at this dame store. Management need to have training and y'all little associates.

Here at family dollar in camp Washington door says open till 9 and it's not even 9 yet and they closed. I won't try to get anything from here again I'll drive to Delhi next time

The store is getting better from the first time I stap into it year ago.The staff are just unstaffed and over worked . The staff are just as nice as can be. We can only do so much. The store is much better than one year ago. Ty to the staff.

This store is always a mess. Nothing in stock. Excerpt vendor items. Today I was buying sandwich stuff. The staff were super friendly and personable. There were u-boats in almost every aisle. Totes and boxes everywhere. Just horrible to be in and find anything. But the staff were amazing. Never said that before. But those girls are great

What can you say except IT'S FAMILY DOLLAR!! What are we to expect? The things I need or want are always out of stock, then over stocked with things nobody wants. This store was extra cluttered. The isles are too narrow and I bumped into couple people who were very understanding. They didn't have any baskets or buggies available and made adequate shopping almost imposible!! I got so fed up with doing my stuff I almost walked out with it still on floor. Another thing thst was the IVE HAD ENOUGH MOMENT, they "couldnt" give cash back! Yet the store was packed two long lines also!! But once agsin HOW DO YOU FIND EMPLOYEES THAT STAY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL working in a place so over stocked, understaffed, in a maze of clutter and as anxiety producing as this place!! BETTER PEOPLE THAN ME CAUSE I would of cussed out a customer and quit on Day one!! THANK YOU kind ladies for being this stores light in the darkness!! Most likely won't return though..

If I could give them no stars I would. This is the messiest most unorganized store I have ever been in in my life. Shelves are never stocked and there is always boxes of stuff on carts in the isles. Total disregard for costumer service. They don't even have shopping baskets. How anyone has a job there is a mystery. Of course in the two years I have been going there because it is the only store in Camp Washington there hasn't been an employee working there longer than a few months. Apparently family dollar dose not care about their reputation. I really don't even know why I am writing a review. It's not like the company will care or anything. It's probably just a front for selling drugs.

If there was a "zero star" rating, that would be the score. This store is totally UNACCEPTABLE. The shelves are usually empty, boxes blocking all the aisles, poor design of parking lot means you're lucky if you get a spot, and the list goes on. This store needs to be revamped. It's in a good location as far as needing something in the midst of an industrial area which has no similar stores, but it really seems to be mismanaged and unkempt.

This location is a joke. The shelves are practically empty even though wheelcarts full of new product block the aisles. The employees were goofing off and insulting to customers, making fun of them loudly. The store was dirty and the doors are frequently locked during business hours with employees standing around inside. I hope they close it soon, it's embarassing.

As soon as i walked in the door. The cashier was extremely rude, started yelling at me in front of a store packed full of people, saying that I was not allowed in there because I was stealing the day before. This was my first time ever going to that store! Also I am a 6' 2" woman, it's very hard to mistake me for someone else. The cashier never even said that she was sorry, just kept on being rude!

The store is mess, staff and patrons are for a lack of a better description ghetto, there are clearly broken and open products on the shelves. I could go on for quite a while but I give it 2 stars because there are not many other similar stores in the immediate area so I guess we should be greatful to have one at all

This Family Dollar location opens and closes whenever they see fit. There's no set times. It's very inconvenient especially when I have my little girl with me because there's no other stores around unless you want to travel to Kroger. Tonight we needed milk and they posted a sign on the door saying that they're closed. There were customers in there at check out and the door was locked. Talk about a fire hazard and unprofessional. There's definitely a huge lack of organization. Please create set opening and closing times because it's very unpredictable.

Definitely another Family Dollar Store that’s not given enough labor to keep a clean and stocked store! Seems to be the trend at all family dollars now since they are all a mess. This company needs to get its priorities back on track and just close!

This is the nastiest place I've ever been. Nothing is ever on the selves, just still in boxes in the middle of the aisles. The few workers that are there look under paid and stressed out. I always feel so bad for them. Now, they have the nerves to have a no big purse policy on the door. I guess they don't know it's illegal to check someone's belongings (without a security guard or police officer) or that person's body. And if they don't find anything stolen, they can get slapped with a lawsuit.

Very busy, customer service was above what I expected and what I'm used at most family dollars recently. Not very organized or clean however, I could see how those things may fall behind considering how busy they are.

Messy, stinks, workers at register chit chat with each other too much and take an excessive amount of time during checkout. because theyre distracted with everything else like they suffer from ADHD. Ohh look shiny fire truck! Ok so what was i saying? Oh yeah, try hiring a cleaning company. That store looks like a hurricane went through it. And the parking lot is full of garbage and motor oil from cars. Its like walking through land mine fields. Nickles bread they sell isnt good enough to feed a duck. It taste like yeast or something. Its just awful. So dont buy any folks.

horrible store horrible experience everytime I walk in their its crowded workers being lazy ran by a black man named larry who Is racist told me he wasn't hiring wont be for a long time go in the store later catch him talkin to a black female about giving her a job. people outside bum u for change. sad thing is ive been shoppin at this store for 10 years plus it gets robbed a buncg each time it gets robber they restaff they whole place does that tell u an inside job ? maybe

Good store to get some food at there's no other grocery stores in camp Washington but they are a little scattered around and they are always out of alot of stuff but other then that they are a good convenient store to have in a place where there is no stores only gas stations

I am very glad that the Family Dollar store is open right thair they have so many things in thair. I can't go wrong by going thair. And they even have a ATM on site. Real handy. And have people that can help me with what I need.
