This CVS is nice.. I get a welcoming gesture 90% of the time. & If no one is out the counter. I can hear from several isles away from an employee stocking shelves " WELCOME TO CVS ". ------- this typically makes me š smile .It's clean, dont get pushed by panhandlers outside & nice location to everything. Easy in easy out !

It's a great place to shop at when you're in a pinch, but the prices are way, way higher than what you'd pay for at Krogers or Walmart.

I had been released from Christ hospital from having a triple bypass. I needed to get prescriptions. I pulled up through drive thru. The young lady took my info. Then another woman comes to window and states, āYouāll have to come back in an hour, weāre closed for lunch.ā I rang bell again, she opened blind, then I asked for my written ex to go to another pharmacy. She closed window and blind. She kept my original hand written narcotics prescription and would not return it. I am assuming she was keeping script for controlled substance for her own use. I have never known a national pharmacy to let ALL their employees go for lunch at the same time of day. The driver, as I originally said two days from triple bypass surgery, then went into establishment to retrieve written script for pain pills and was almost accosted by employee who retained prescription. CVS should take serious action but as hard as it is to find employees let alone good ones probably still has her employment.

Worst CVS I ever been to. Woman at the check out counter was FACE TIMING someone while at work. They got nail glue under lock and hey-whoās going around stealing nail glue?Woman acted like I was asking for the nuclear launch codes when I asked for her to unlock a 5 dollar bottle of glue.Pretty sure I witnessed three women shoplift and no one stopped them. Place is trashy af

I hate that the one star is reflective of one incident today but it was enough for me to switch locations. For the record, I picked the WHT location because of the drive-thru. I, however, live downtown and have since switched to the location closest to my home. The Pharmacist mistook my frustration as a personal offense of hers. This was not the case. I was not belligerent, loud, or disrespectful to her as an individual. As I voiced my concerns over my diabetes medication being unavailable. She was short with me from the beginning of the call and when I stressed my frustrations she hung up on me! That was PROFOUNDLY unacceptable. I did reach out to Corporate and demanded that she be reprimanded. I am not unaware of the pharmaceutical world being in crisis as fewer medical professionals are taking up arms to align themselves with this line of work but I am a PAYING customer with a debilitating, life-threatening illness. Her suggestion was, "contact my doctor and find an alternative medication." [Paraphrasing]. Last week when I went in for my scripts there was a very lovely girl, who was thoroughly helpful and even though the day seemed a little stressful she maintained a cheery and pleasant disposition about herself. Today however, was the worst.

the drive thru for pharmacy pick up is insanely tight to navigate. I drive a 4 door sedan and narrowly made it. in a wide car like a cadillac or a full size pick up I wouldn't even try it.

I was hungry trying to find some I think it was mustard. Oh nah I was trying to find suntan for my daughter visit and I ran into the pretzels. On the way, to finding out it wasn't much for me to choose from.

CVS William Howard Taft is the most unprofessional Pharmacy ever! If I could give it negative stars I would. They do not answer their telephone. My daughter is visually impaired and cannot make it to the location. After she stayed on the phone for over an hour with people periodically picking up asking her her reason for the call they finally realized she wasn't going to hang up and they hung up on her. The screenshot is included. Seriously over an hour and they refuse to pick up the phone. So I asked her to call back while I drove to this location. While she was on the phone line I stood in the actual store line and captured it on video. There were 3 employees walking past the phone ignoring it as if it is not ringing while the loud speaker was announcing there were three people on hold. I will be uploading this video to YouTube and contacting their corporate office to see what they think of this behavior. There are sick, elderly, and physically handicapped people who cannot make it to the location and need to interact with them via phone. The CVS mission statement is "Health is Everything". This location and Dan their pharmacist need to change their slogan to "Your health means NOTHING to US!". I believe they do this because they're located in a poor neighborhood and they think no one will report them. Guess what? They're wrong. Side note when I got to the front of the line and asked Dan the pharmacist why they had neglected their phone for at least over and hour he said they are too busy to answer the phone. When I stood in line there were only 2 people in front of me and not once did the other 2 employees attempt to pick up the phone and even after telling Dan I stood in line and am willing to forfeit my turn in line in exchange for him to answer the phone which could potentially have elderly sick or handicapped people on the other end he still refused to answer the phone that's how much they care about their customers. I Urge all customers to stop shopping this location.

Pharmacy does not care at all about their patients. Very long story but in a nutshell my dad was discharged from the hospital to pick up meds at this location in error. We arrived before their lunch hour and they made him wait in the car while they had lunch before they would fill his scripts. We live over 40 minutes away so it wasn't like it would be feasible to take him home, come back and then drive back to his home and then drive 30 minutes to our home. Seriously when they mean lunch, they mean lunch no matter what

Called at 11am on a Friday and was on hold for 30 minutes, never even spoke to another human. Called again a few days later, on hold for 7 minutes, only to to be greeted by a tone that can only be described as "I don't want to be here and I only answered the phone because the pharmacist is currently busy." I understand this CVS sees high amounts of traffic at times, but the quality of customer service from the pharmacy team is really lacking.

The pharmacists here are nice, but this CVS is HIGHLY understaffed. The other night, I was on hold for 2 hours. I tried calling back awhile later, and was on hold for another 30 minutes before I gave up. This is a very common occurrence. I would recommend going to literally any other pharmacy.edit: nothing has changed, and the app doesnāt even work. Medicine will say itās in process to be filled and when you go to pick it up, they wonāt even have it in stock.

Get my prescription fill here, sometime line is very long waiting, even when your prescription is available for pick up, easy to wait late hours, on hold to long just to get a answer about your medicine, or refill.

I understand that during this pandemic that services are challenging for a pharmacy, however, I had a horrible experience with this CVS pharmacy. I spent HOURS on hold yesterday trying to confirm my prescription was available. A pharmacist wasn't available to speak to me until the next day. It was a holiday so I was grateful that anyone was available. The pharmacist informed me that my prescription was out of stock and they wouldn't be able to order more until Monday. He told me that a different location had the prescription and they were open. He said he Googled it? Cvs has got to have a better system than googling. He then asked me if I could call them because then he would just have to call me back. I was confused by this because that's part of his job? But decided to call anyways because he wasn't inspiring confidence. Called that cvs, the store was open but the pharmacy was closed. So basically I spent over a day trying to get prescription from one pharmacy, got passed off to another one that wasn't even open. Again, I realize that it's a difficult time but really felt like they didn't care and were trying to avoid doing their jobs. The pharmacist's attitude was unacceptable.

The pharmacy manager at this location, Blake, is a wonderful human being. He is kind, generous and always willing to go the extra mile. He helped me resolve a senseless headache my doctor's receptionist was causing by not responding to re-authorization requests and he put in the kind of time and energy to do so that you rarely see extended from someone not personally harmed by a situation. The whole vibe of this store, as set by the staff, from the cashiers up front, to the pharmacy techs, is warm and calm in a way you don't expect from a busy, urban chain pharmacy. I'm not sure who is responsible for setting and maintaining the tone, but I'm glad for it and hope they keep it up.

I will never go back here to fill my prescription my doctor called in my prescription last night over to the pharmacy I then went to the pharmacy first thing in the morning to pick him up prescription at 10:15 when I got there the staff that was in the Drive-Thru told me that my medicine was out of stock and that it was still in boxes and that they needed to unpack it for to be ready for me at 3:00 to pick up I ride back to the pharmacy at 3:15 and that same staff member told me that my prescription was out of stock and that it needed to be unboxed and that I can come and pick it up tomorrow then she went on to say that they can send my prescription over to a different location on East 7th Street was completely unacceptable when I have been waiting hours for it to be at the Clifton location I will never be going back to the CVS they are unprofessional and they really do not care about their patients or the time that they take up of people lives I even spoke to a manager who really did not even care.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Yesterday I went in to buy a gift card like I usually do. This time there was a new worker and she asked for my id⦠I only had my passport and she said that wasnāt working. I called my boyfriend and he came and used his ID. I gave her $350 to put on the card plus the $5.95 for the card. She gave it to me and I was on my way home .. in the night I tried to check the balance like I always do but it kept saying invalid.I called the company for the cards and they said the card was not activated so I should call the store. I called cvs and I was as polite as possible even though idk where my money was. The guy on the phone seemed alright but kept repeating no refunds even though I never mentioned it⦠I got frustrated and got dressed to go to the store. I explained what happened. The receipt says activate but the card was not activated so whereās my money. He said it can take up to 24 hours n he started getting upset and yelling at me. Iāve waited more than the 24 hours and itās still invalid. Called the company again and the money did not go on the card, it was not activated. CVS workers are thieves!!!!! As long as I live i Weill never step foot in another cvs. I work so hard for my money n for it to be taken away that easily by a ārespectableā company

This review is pertaining to the Pharmacy Dept. Teach your techs that when there is a line and a customer that was helped walks away, you do not let them walk back up to the front of the line to be assisted again. You kindly ask them to wait or go to the single window for further assistance!. The tech I had did neither so here I am having a verbal confrontation with that customer because he didn't have the common sense to speak up! š”

From my experience all managers are very nice. But some of the cashiers and a few pharmacy employees can be rude not all but a lot of them are passive aggressive it's very annoying. Also there are too many people outside the store begging for money especially on the left side. I would give it two stars but like I said the managers are nice and the store is well stocked and clean. Need help bad in the pharmacy not enough employees.

For more than two weeks, I have called severally to get my refund but no one came on phone. I recently had a third shot of immunization with this pharmacy and was told that the insurance on file declined and that I should call the insurance, which, when I called confirmed not declining any order for immunization and perhaps I was charged $160.99 as against the $145 on the website. I need my money refunded.

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. You will wait a long time. They told me 3 different times, I then waited in line 3 times, and after being told 1 more hour, three times, I left. Overall staff looked helpless. Very frustrating.

Terrible service.. now on day 9 of not receiving an antibiotic my father is back in the hospital. Don't trust this pharmacy as they have told us twice the prescription would be ready and that was now 4 days ago. They do not care about your health

So my 21 YO daughter, who has spent the last few winters in Arizona, was caught in an un-forcasted snow storm last week. The storm hit while she was in church. She tried to drive back to her Clifton apartment from the nearby church, but was overwhelmed, having had little experience driving in the snow. She pulled into the CVS lot. She called her mom who recommended that she should just park her car and walk the three remaining blocks to her apartment. She would then go back to pick up the car once the streets were plowed. So being the responsible young person that she is, she first asked permission from the store management and explained her situation. Showing no empathy, decency or good will, they told her NO! Giving little or no explanation, they asked her to remove her car from the lot. They told her that the car would be towed if left in the almost empty lot. A real classy, helpful bunch over there at CVS. Looking like we will use Walgreens from this point forward.

This is regarding the pharmacy. They NEVER answer the phone. If you can't get your question answered via the auto prompts you might as well hang up. They seem to ALWAYS be short staffed. I have been waiting for over a week on a scrip that shows "working on it" but I have called multiple times to see what the problem is....and no one from the pharmacy has ever reached out to get information, or clarify anything. SO FRUSTRATING. Despite COVID I will have to go IN to the store to ask a question about a scrip. There will be a line (for the pharmacy, there always is...... ) and will have to wait in that for a simple status check.

I had to switch from Walgreens to CVS for insurance purposes, and so far I am NOT happy. Every store is slow, they never answer the phone, as Iām writing this review Iāve been sitting in the pharmacy drive through for 20 minutes. Usually I donāt have time to write reviews but as you can see, I have plenty.

Honestly i just came in to grab some items to get ready for my pride performance, clearly the cashiers didnāt feel comfortable helping me navigate finding those items, then once i finished finding my items, they made themselves busy by talking and laughing at the back of the store, then pretending to look at the items on the shelves, i spent 176.95 at the store, i wanted to out them back and find another store, but time wasnāt on my side, i have a show, but i will tell the LGBTQ community to take their queer dollars somewhere else!

Need better workers in pharmacy. Just got out of surgery from UC. Went here to get my prescription. Worker standing around like they have nothing to do. Took over any an hour to tell me that they did not have my medicine in and asked if i would like a lower dose. I kindly asked if they could call around to see which store had it. white Guy with lab coat: 1045a-1230p, you're rude period and not just you the customers but to you're coworkers as well. Do not go to this pharmacy at all.
