Our first experience there and they did an amazing job on our Goldendoodle puppy. He was a farm dog with 9 months worth of hair and extreme matting! After taking him he looked like a completely different dog. His cut looked so professional and he smelled so good! With all the work they put in with the bath, cut, nail trim, ear clean, I paid $70. I highly recommend them and they will have a lifetime customer!

My dog had been attacked by a pit bull about 6 weeks ago and had surgery. He was shaved in a couple of places from stitches. When I tell you the young man that groomed him did an amazing job!!! Let me tell you he understood the assignment!! I want him all the time. Wish I had gotten his name. I believe he's the only male groomer there though. Very nice and understanding to the needs of what I wanted done. Keep up the good work

Thank you so much for taking care of Sophie and Toby. After they were groomed and taken to the vet, I’m happy to say that they’re both doing so much better and seem to be happy and comfortable with me and my family. I’ll never forget your kindness. 💕

My dog gets a grooming every month from here and my dog stays here every time I go out of town….so it saddens me to say i picked up my pomeranian after the holiday weekend so she was there about 4 days and I even paid for the walk and individual play time yet for some reason my dog was given back to me with harden poo stuck behind her tail as if it had been there for days. Very disappointing

Boarded my dog here a few days each week due to a separation anxiety issue. He was placed in a kennel next to an aggressive dog. The first incident happened when he bit my dog’s paw through the fence divider, which led to him getting staples. They paid for the vet bill but I insisted he be moved to another kennel. They ignored my request and continued to have him next to this aggressive dog. Then a few months later it happened again. This time leading to my dog having a cone and a bandaged leg for two weeks. the staff up front are very nice however the women in charge of boarding Claire did not listen to me and I brought it to her attention that I’ve asked for his kennel to be moved and why it wasnt being done. She then told me my dog has tried to bite staff members when trying to leash him. I was mortified and asked the other staff members when this happened and no one had any recollection of any time where he bite anyone. He’s never bite anyone before and I found it strange that when I have an issue all the sudden my dog is biting people even though I had never heard about this before. She clearly does not have the best interest in mind for your pets. I also want to mention how nasty his kennel was despite me bringing it to their attention multiple times. After a crusty blanket with urine on it sits in my dog’s kennel for a week it’s time for a wash. This also happened multiple times as well. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere as this place does not care for your pets.

I find it hard to understand how a facility seems to not care for your pet, when they’re in the business of taking care of your pets needs. My friend took his dog to be groomed, and was told to pick him up because he had been bathed 3 times because he had diarrhea. They claimed each time he’s been there the same thing has happened, though they never mentioned it. The sad part is his dog smelled worse than he did when taken there. Furthermore, if he had been bathed 3 times, there should have been some hint of fragrance at the least. Finding a groomer who cares and sheds some sense of love and sensitivity.

I take my dog here for daycare. He is a high energy, high anxiety pup who needs socialization. The staff has done a great job being patient with him and helping him to settle in. They always call if there is any issue to make me aware immediately.

Finley is a hyper pup and hates the clipper so I was very impressed with how great they worked with him and how perfect his haircut was! They had him in and out in less time than the quoted. We will definitely be returning to The Animal Ark, thank you all for showing my pup so much love 🖤

Go there for all our grooming needs. They do a decent job, but I have to personally remind them every time to cut my dogs nails. And they do a poor job with the anal gland. Either not doing it at all, or doing it so poorly I have to take him to vet immediately after the groomer (which isn't normal at all) This last time a few days ago, he came home and was rubbing his butt on the carpet and there was blood. I had a mini heart attack and realized they did it when they were doing his glands. Not impressed by that at all. Especially because I always tip 25% on top of the bill of $52 and some odd dollars. That's too much money to possibly be harming my pet......Took dog to Vet after last trim and they said that y'all did a poor job on the anal gland again..... So I would avoid having them do your dog's anal glands here.... :(

I went in for a tour and the place reeked of urine and poop. The kennels looked like they were not cleaned in months. I don’t know who would allow their pets to stay at this establishment. 0/10 would not recommend.

Our dog needed a nail trim and the vet couldn't fit us so we took him to Animal Ark. They were friendly and professional. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic as always. I used their grooming service in the past and now today. they are absolutely amazing my lily came home from her bath brushing and nail clipping looking absolutely gorgeous . She will be going back right before winter

Have to pay extra for puppies to be toileted more than twice a day. Puppies can't hold their bladder that long. Our puppy came home smelling like a bucket of urine twice. Even after supposedly getting a bath. Manager states "they just go in the run and we clean it right away." That is not true. Now we have to re-train. We have been customers for years, manager did nothing to fix the situation. We'll go anywhere else but here.

The owner David is always on site and his team is very knowledgeable and attentive to every detail for our pet. Highly recommend this choice of facilities, easy access, cost effective, no stress, extremely clean and spacious areas for daily running and playtime!

I started coming here for pet grooming after moving from a different part of town. They always have decent availability and dont keep my pet for too long. His cut has always been done the way I like it and he seems to enjoy his time being pampered!

I bring my dog bubba here for grooming everyone I've met is very enthusiastic about the job that they do and are enthusiastic about each dog that I've seen come in. He is always groomed perfectly and really seems to be happy when he is there. Their price point is very reasonable and you don't have a long wait to get your dog in. I highly recommend you bring your dog I doubt that you will be disappointed and likely you're going to realize the significance savings in the price that you're paying now over what you pay these people.

I brought my girl in for a shampoo, nails, and brush. I was not completely satisfied with the work they did. She came out with a lot of loose hair. Which makes me believe they did not brush her correctly. Her nails came out cracked or/and chipped. Also, not to be to picky. But they put her on a beer scarf.

We boarded our dogs just for overnight. They seemed fine and we were happy with their stay. That changed when we saw that we got all of our dogs' medicine back. Apparently, he didn't get any of them. Thank goodness it was only one day!

Groomers at Animal Ark helped get my two long-haired cats’ coats taken down when they were getting out of control—they did a great job. I was hesitant after browsing reviews and not seeing much about cat grooming, but I’m glad that we landed here. They were able to schedule both cats in for the next day and my cats were fully groomed within a few hours after dropping them off. The whole process was simple and the staff was very friendly. They gave me a new pet discount, though the standard pricing seems very fair to me. Overall, very positive experience.
