It's a well-maintained store, quite busy majority of the time but they have a great selection of food. I find stuff here that I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere. They also added self-checkouts, so that makes things easier if you're in a rush and don't have time to wait in line at the register.A con is that bags do cost you a bit of money, so I suggest bringing your own.

It was not too crowed. I went into the store and was in there maybe 10-15 minute. The line was short....I had one other person in from of me. My cashier was friendly so good day. I figured it would be crazy since we have a major snow storm a coming our way

My husband loves their strawberry ice cream! He eats it everyday. Some of their produce is good, but select it carefully. Lot of people like their frozen prepared food. We don't eat it, not very healthy.

Good selection for staple foods with a few seasonal items that are often enjoyable. The layout is more expansive than before. Only cons are produce that will sometimes spoil without warning (carrots going bad in a week?) and long lines to check out. Very good prices on most items, especially dairy products.

Staff went out of the way to be helpful . Store needs more logical placement of certain items i.e. glass candles on top shelf triple stacked in cardboard is dangerous.

Always get my produce and dairy and German chocolate bars there and find really good cheeses and nuts .more good things in pet food but choice limited . Great holiday food specials and family likes the pizza. Great value

My husband and I love coming here. We used to go to Giant Eagle for all of our groceries but now we come here. It is extremely affordable compared to the "Eagle." You can get everything you need in one location. No more running around to different places to get what you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Okay, I gave it three stars to start, but now they get five. In a world of huge stores this store carries an amazing variety of options and the price point is helpful. Plus, it's small enough to enjoy the time and not be overwhelmed.

Always a great place good prices great place to get your basics no hot food deli and bring your own bags help keep the prices low blows Walmart out of the water in savings still the same good place to shop to save money they have added self checkout makes getting out a bit faster, this store is still doing good well stocked these days the self checkout on a busy day saves a lot of time

Love Aldi. I spend only 1/3 of what I would spend at Heinen's and 1/4 of what I would spend at Giant Eagle for items of the same or better quality. I made an experiment with identical shopping lists...I went to all 3 stores repeatedly and compared the cost of each one. Do it for yourself.

I am very disappointed. Every week ,I order via instacart, and every week I am refunded for multiple items as they are out of stock. Some items show in current flyer on sale which starts on wednesday.( this is usual day to place order) . How come store is not stocked well enough on sale items? Also, items don't show out of stock on instacart app and are out weekly?? Why is this?I enjoy the fact the Aldi's prices are reasonable, produce usually good but expiration dates need watched.

Good quality groceries for less than you can find elsewhere. Both meat and produce are great quality, but occasionally they can be found cheaper at Walmart. For the most part, they are cheaper at Aldi but it is worth it to check to be sure. The help is generally competent, able to help you out if you need to find ant products. The small size of the store means that many items are packed into small spaces, so you have to be on the lookout for what you want to get. Overall it is not a bad store and I visit it often.

Good grocery store chain, fruits and vegetables priced right. I have few favorite products : spinach & tomato wraps, pesto sauce , guacamole..to name a few. I shop here once a month only due to length to travel. But soon will be in Middlefield,can't wait!! Lot leveled ,building going up soon.

Aldi is my go-to grocery store. I love the speed and simplicity of shopping here, and of course the prices! With those things, I also LOVE that as a company, Aldi is working hard to bring healthy, organic, and natural foods into a reasonable price range. I appreciate their dedication to removing things like food coloring, MSG, and artificial ingredients from all the store-brand food they offer!Don't be thrown off by the carts. Just push a quarter in the slot on the cart and pull the key out. When you return your cart, stick the key back in and you get your quarter back. Bring your own reusable or plastic bags so you don't have to pay for bags. If you forget, just snag some empty boxes to use instead.

Love the prices, selection and mostly fresh produce. However, the customer service is horrendous!! Extremely rude cashiers and workers. Long lines!!! But I guess that's were they are saving the money to pass on to us lol, whatever works I guess. Service is generally bad everywhere in Chardon from what I've experienced.

I love Aldi. I have done the home delivery and they forgot a product and tried to replace a product with one costing 3x the price. Good thing I was monitoring as they shopped and I stopped that. I got several dented cans and a bottle of juice so dented it would not stand. I had to pour it into a pitcher and put in fridge even though I had not wanted to open it yet.I recommend paying a friend to do your Aldi run for you if possible.

Aldi's in Chardon is very clean, usually well stocked, and the staff is personable & friendly! It's extremely helpful to have a grocery store where you can purchase quality at substantial savings!!! My wife & I have been shopping Aldi's for many years & love the selection of great food, while simultaneously enjoying tremendous savings!!!

First time. Poor selection caused problems @ check out. I asked for Comet cleanser and l got put down for asking for a brand name with bleachers. I asked for scouring powder and Lexi didn't know what that was. I wanted Zud. It was confusing and uncomfortable. Return not like.
