Don't buy "fresh" hamburger from this save a lot! Twice we bought it & shortly after bringing it home it turned brown (was pink), then started smelling! Yuck!!Other than that, we've had good experiences here. Cheaper than the bigger grocery stores.

Why is Savealot carrying so many high end brands? Thought they were supposed to cater to low income people??? Even more high dollar products??? Go back to the old Savealot where we could actually save money!

It's an older building. Fairly clean. It's smaller than a full sized grocery store with fewer choices and few name brand products. Prices seem to be competitive. This is an area of town with a smaller population. They are lucky to have this store in the area after having gone without one for years. I was passing through, so it was on my way.

Great for a quick stop. Can be long lines at times, while employees are standing around arguing with each other about who is going to run registers and who isn't. If you're looking to save money then this is a great place. If you're looking for professionalism from front end employees, it's likely not your place. Shelves are stocked and selection good. Can find some good buys on meat the day before shelf life expires. Sometimes half off. Allows you to stock up your freezer when you find them. Overall average experience from what I would expect from SaveALot.

While I was there I needed to use the restroom. A worker was coming out and I politely asked if I could use it. I wasn't sure if it had been cleaned or may be for employees only. She said yes, but then look at another worker and rolled her eyes. My husband was waiting for me right outside and saw her. Then we went to check out, and she was the only cashier up there. She didn't know the price of one of our produce. She asked another employee, and he was stuttering so I answered her. She totally ignored me. Didn't thank me for coming to the store. She thanked the other employee who answered her, and didn't say anything to me.

Went to save a lot this morning I had a couple things in my cart. The manger starts ringing me up because the cashier isn't there and starts just throwing my stuff in my cart after the first piece I asked her nicely could you please put it up in the top part because it's too hard for me to get it out of there and she still continue to put all the heavy stuff in the bottom of the cart and didn't even say thank you after she took my payment just walked away from the register. Then the cashier come flying up there as I was moving my cart. And I said to him I hope she's not a manager cuz she's pretty rude and he gave me the nastiest look. That's lost our business there's too many businesses around for me to have to deal with attitudes.

My wife needed to use the restroom and asked if it was OK to go in bcz she saw a employee cleaning said restroom. As the employee came out she looked at her co-worker and rolled her eyes. As if I wasn't standing there. Then she was rude ringing is out. Very Unprofessional. Then the employee one register down basically demanded an old lady to get in his line. No please no thank you. And not even have a nice day. My wife said there toilet is barely connected to the floor she felt like it was gonna move out from underneath. When I was complaining and leaving a black shirt employee who over heard us did nothing to help the situation 0-10 would not recommend this save-a lot!

First visit to Save A lot. Prices and selection were reasonable. My pocketbook was happy with the savings. A nice young man was our friendly cashier.

They moved it around and it doesn't really make sense. I've been going to this save A lot since it opened. It has moved it's items around before but the current lay out of the groceries doesn't make much sense to me and each time I'm in there I end up leaving without finding everything I need whereas once upon a time I could down the single canned good isle that connected with noodles and get everything in one aisle instead of bouncing around which makes it take longer and is more inconvenient. I love the people that work there. I have never had bad service there. But the bee layout is crass.

Store recently rearranged floor plan, and it seems to have received new budget brands that are affordable and good. The cleanest save a lot I’ve ever been to. East canton save a lot needs to make a lot of changes to be more like the canton south store. East cantons is pretty gross and seems to be pricier.

Mom always said don't go shopping when your hungry! I did just that but by going to Save a Lot I actually got more for my moneyThe employees are friendly an help out with heavier things when you get to the checkout. Great job done by All.

This particular store always has excellent meat, I have shopped at this store for several years now and never had a problem. I've been to a few others and their meat department was awful. The only complaint that I have is when it comes time to check out they only have one lane open. The most I've seen was 2 check out lines open. Other than that , I love this store 💖

Bought 5 pounds of ground beef yesterday. Today when I was going to fry it up, the meat was a weird grayish brown color and smelled foul. The reason they are getting any stars is because the manager Steve was very polite and caring. He fixed the problem. Because of Steve I will continue to shop at Save-A-Lot.

Not everyone wearing masks as far as customers. Staff does have masks on. Has limited stuff and was out of things I was shopping for. They always have ample supply of different greens. Kale,collards,mustard and sometimes turnip. Ok place to run in and grab few things. I feel prices are higher than Aldi's.

We have cut our monthly grocery bill in half by shopping here. I am never unhappy with the meat, and honestly we bought from a butcher shop before moving to the area and were skeptical at first. There aren't as many healthy options as at Aldi's. Every time they try to stock a healthy option, it is discontinued due to the fact that no one buys it! That isn't save a lots fault. Highly recommend.

Their prices are better but their selections are extremely poor. Most of very simple things, they don't carry. I can't even buy cat litter there so I am forced to drive quite a distance to buy the simplest items in other, more expensive, stores.

Well considering I didn't want to go to Walmart I was very pleased not to many people at this time of day good fresh meat and vegetables and the cashiers were very very pleasant couldn't ask for any more during a pandemic. GOD BLESS STAY SAFE.

Some nice associates, but always seem to go in when the dark brown haired cranky and rude woman is there. The last year the fruits and vegetables are often not fresh. I don't shop here anymore than if I must. East Canton is a better store, items matching the fliers, fresh food, marked down undresh food, kind associates and FREE bags!!
