I arrived on April 14 @ 9:14 am and the medicine wasn't available so I asked the Pharmacy tech that was in drive thru if she could check other locations for the medicine and she told me NO! She said I needed to call around myself. Then when I asked to speak to the pharmacist on duty she then told me that I needed to drive to AKRON, when actually Market Street Rite aid had it available. That tech is very rude and really should reconsider working in customer service.

it was very late when we left the ER and we are frazzled and scared needed a ton of prescriptions. stopped at Rite aid. want sure how much everthing would cost or if we even had enough money to cover it. couldn't really think right. The Pharmisit that helped us was cool and calm and positive and said no worries..let us see what you need...took all the prescriptions..came back in minutes..gave us the price ..wasn't bad at all. filled them and them explained everthing in detail asked if I had questions..sent us on our way. I think his name is Jim..I hope he knows what he did for us and how much we appreciate his professional attitude and services . what a great experience in a hectic time. Bless you and thank you Rite aid and Jim.

I have been at this pharmacy for two months and every single prescription has been an issue, and they don't bother to call you and let you know they don't have it, that way you can call another pharmacy, nope, they let you wait all day until other pharmacy's are closed and your doctor is no longer open. I am without my eye medication and my ear medication for two pretty serious infections and I SOL, hopefully I don't go deaf or blind because they basically said FU, go deaf. They really need better workers and to be more staffed, this isn't the first issue I have had in two months. No this is the 5th, from prescriptions not being in and they don't call to tell you, they just wait for you to show up, from them literally just not doing it and I have to call multiple times, to them claiming they don't have it. Done with this pharmacy.

A few years ago I had to ditch Walmart and come here. Things were fine for awhile but lately the pharmacy department has just been a problem almost every time. Even when theres an army of employees working hard behind the counter. This is likely the fault of a neglectful corporation that only cares about shareholder profits. Or the entire pharmaceutical industry is just crooked. I think both. But I'm going to have to find somewhere else regardless.

Terrible pharmacy. There’s always some problem as to why they can’t refill my prescriptions, every month there’s some issue. Today I called to have a prescription filled and the tech that I talked to was incredibly rude and refused to fill it even though I have a valid prescription from my doctor. I’m sooo done with this place… go somewhere else.

The 2 women I recently dealt with in the pharmacy deserve negative stars!!I was looking for a certain item (BD needle clipper). Both said they never heard of it. One thought my inquiry was so funny that she laughed (not a guffaw, but still a laugh). I found the item at another pharmacy. I took the item to them so they could see what I was talking about (and to see if they might have it cheaper). I was then told they looked it up after I left - Seriously? Could not be bothered to look it up while I was there, but could be amused by my question in addition to being rude, dismissive and unprofessional.

I need to refill my prescription and of course the phone lines are down.. how are ppl going to get their meds this way? Then when I can get ahold of someone it’s the front of the store and she just sends you back to the pharmacy and doesn’t listen to me saying that the phone lines are being weird. Keep trying to call back but the phone lines are being very wacky. Frustrating!

I've used this pharmacy for years & decided to leave a review after going there today to pick up a prescription. The automated phone system told me that it'd be ready by 2 p.m., but when I got there, I was then told that there was none in stock. I was completely out of my medication, so I was one agrivaged customer. However, Jennifer did an amazing job at calming me down and worked something out with the other staff to make sure I was able to get a few day's worth until it'd be in stock tomorrow. I had to wait a while, but she kept me updated. She is such a sweetheart.

Wow, what a great store. Everyone is so friendly. Jenn at the pharmacy was able to help me get a prescription price lowered with great ease and I didn't even have to lift a finger. Well definitely be back!!!!!!

Always understaffed !!! Always atleast an hour wait even if you wait in the store !! Dont get me wrong the associates that work there are great especially Louise ( I think that's her name ) there doing there best to keep up they are just swamped and don't have enough people to run the place!! You would think they would do more to try an hire people instead of working the few workers they have to there breaking point!!! Of all places to be understaffed u wouldn't think it would be the pharmacy!!

Wonderful group of professionals that take great care of their customers! They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure medications are available when needed and take care of any concerns we may have. Cannot recommend this location enough!

I went to Rite Aid 4 times to pick up my medication. On the first visit I was given 3 pills, I had called my medication in the week before and was told it would be in the next day. I went back the next day no medication. The nex day I went back it was stated to me that " I don't know what happen but they forgot to order your medication" saleperson stated. I was told to come back after 4 the next day. I arrived at the store 6/8 to pick up the old and new prescriptions. This process took over 2 or 4 hours.When I prepared to pay the my price was higher then I every paid, I gave them a discount code and they told me to wait another 25 minutes. I've waited 4 days for the medication + additional 2-4 hours to get my completed order than I'm over charge. Due to the long wait and the mistake of not ordering my medication I paid the higher price just to get away from the 24 hours store.What is so sad is that Rite Aid will lose customers because they are understaff at that store and its make the service terrible. I've been a faithful customer and it irritates me of their carelessness.

They never call when my scripts are ready despite having my correct phone number. Consistently rude on the phone no matter who answers. We are lucky if anything is ever ready for pickup anywhere near the time they say.

I have enjoyed getting my shots from this rite aid; the pharmacist Kirsty has such a soft gentle touch of the arm it's quite enjoyable! No needle fear here!

110 and 35 mm film developing, here is NOT the answer... FujiFilm I think processed it and it was a nightmare. Double exposure and cut wrong. Complete waste of money AND they rewrote my envelopes and didnt even have my number. Get it together!Heart broken over this old film...
