I don't have words nice enough to say how wonderful Polen Meats is. We've been buying their meat for the past year or so and won't buy meat anywhere else. They are so kind and go well above the standard for customer satisfaction. Every employee I've ever met with has treated my kids and I with kindness, consideration and made our shopping experience there so pleasant. Great place for all your meats. Has great fresh cut deli meats, also some of the best flavored beef sticks and flavored sausage. Pineapple-teriyaki beef sticks and brats are best ever.

I came into the store today. The employees went above and beyond for me. I wanted specific sizes of meat and they went in the back and cut me exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for always having amazing selection and employees who always have a smile on their face willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Wow! I am glad they are a company that realizes how important an online presence is. We actually live about 2 hours away but we go up that way often and were looking for some new places to try and Facebook happened to suggest Polen Meats and I went to their website and seen all the different flavors of brats they had and we had to go. We were not disappointed! Not only do they have flavored brats but they have flavored beef sticks and oh my gosh, they are so unique and so good. The Philly cheesesteak tastes more like cheesesteak than an actual cheesesteak lol And the mac and cheese brats....amazing! I have a hard time getting around sometimes but they have a well paved driveway. It was super clean, prices are reasonable and what I am assuming was the owner was super nice and let us sample a beef stick before we decided on buy a whole bag. We will 100% be back to try all their other meats and products. 100% recommend stopping and giving a try, you won't be sorry.

We have taken numerous beef and pigs for custom butchering to Polen’s and have always been satisfied. The packages of beef and pork are labeled with the customers name, date, and cut of meat. Along with the custom butchering they have an amazing store front where you can purchase fresh beef and pork. We love the assortment of different flavors of brats…particularly the Mac n Cheese Brats :) Stop in and check it out. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

We LOVE Polen Meats! Brad and Nancy have always treated us very well. The staff is always helpful and the customer service is great. They are top notch when it comes to custom processing of the beef/pork we raise. Our customers have been completely satisfied with the butchering and packaging of the beef/pork. We love that the customers name is printed directly on the cuts as well as the date! This helps keep us organized as well as our customer.Brad also has a delicious array of sausages, jerky, and hot dogs. My boys LOVE the Mac n cheese brats, 7 pepper jerky and the pineapple teriyaki jerky. When it comes to quality and attention to detail you will defiantly find it at Polen Meats. We highly recommend Polen!

very nice local butcher shop. have been here 3 times now over the past five months. the new store is very nice. they have a great selection. the trail bologna is as good if not better than troyers. really like that they sell cheese now. i wont buy meat from anywhere else anymore. their seasoned sausage is the best ive ever had, could eat it every day. i will be going here at least once a month and stocking up.

We are very pleased with Polens meats. I extremely appreciate how they packaged our meat. The uniform packaging is easy to store and find in the freezer. It does sadden us that they will no longer be processing venison. Thanks for a job well done.

This place was fine when it was Jim’s meats by now they seem to think that if I’m dropping off a deer for someone else to pick up that I need to pay 50% of the total cost?!?! If I’m not having the deer processed for me but someone else is why would the hunter need to pay for dropping it off?? Plus their prices have raised to $100 for a deer....take your wild game elsewhere.

The fourth time I’ve have purchased a cow from a friend of mine. Had it processed at Polen, hang weight on the 1/4 was 215. I’ve purchased 1/4’s and I usually end up with between 140-150 lbs from 215-230 hang weight. I ended up with 97 pounds. Something doesn’t add up. Again this is the fourth time I’ve purchased from the same person. First time I’ve been to Polen. And I’m down 40-50 pounds. I’ve had my beef processed the same way the last three times. Only thing that’s changed is the butcher. Won’t be going back here. When we called him his response was because I had it all processed as burger and steak I lost a considerabl amount of weight. Hard to believe I’m down 118 lbs. it is what it is. Won’t ever go back.

There work are so nice and friendly they have pork chops that taste like ham it great because I have a hard time eat any other pork chops. They help me out with finding stuff when I can’t find it they are so friendly more people should check this place out.
