I’ve never boarded my dogs so I was nervous, but my worry was for nothing. Perfect Pet took them at short notice and charged very reasonable prices but most importantly they treated my dogs like family and both dogs came home happy and healthy. I will use Perfect Pet anytime I need to board my dogs again!

My husband and I love bringing our dog to Perfect Pet! Our dog has gone through all of his bad puppy habits while here and they’ve been so patient, kind, and professional. Now Tucker is way more calm for his visits with some age and comfortability with Jennifer (knock on wood)— and I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else! We’re always very satisfied with his cut, and there was even a time Jennifer felt the cut wasn’t up to her own high personal standards so she gave us a discount (despite us insisting that he looked great!). Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful job done on my Morkie. My Morkie has baby fine hair and is very hard to groom because her hair gets knotted easily. Jennifer did a phenomenal job and was so sweet! If I could rate her 10 stars I would! Thank you so much. We will be coming here from now on and plan to board my dog here as well.

Boarded our 2 dogs for the first time ever. They stayed 10 days. Stella and Winston were very well cared for. Calls were returned promptly when would check on them. Picked them up and they were healthy happy sassy and clean. Will definitely be using them again. Cindy and her staff were amazing.

Always have a great experience with our dog grooming. He is a doodle so we should have him trimmed every 8 weeks or so, but always seems to be longer than that. Prices reasonable and highly recommend.

Don't leave your furbaby here. I boarded my Emotional Support Animal from 5-4 TO 5-15 and it's the biggest mistake I've ever made. While in Jennifer's care my furbaby injested a piece of foam that ultimately caused her death. She lost 6 pounds and vomited almost daily while there and I was not notified.

I had a bad feeling about leaving our dog Pepe here. He has been here in the past. He would come home smelling like feces. He is older now. So I was hesitant taking him. I should have read the reviews. As a business owner, your responses to these reviews are very unprofessional. I called and left a voicemail. I wanted to check on Pepe. He is 11. No one called me back. He was fine before we dropped him off. He has not been himself since we picked him up. Yes he is a senior dog. But it's still very suspicious.

I called Perfect Pet to schedule a grooming appointment after going to their website to figure out whether or not they groom cats. The website clearly states that they do groom cats and even shows pictures of cat clients, but when I called Jennifer stated that they do NOT groom cats. I can't comment on anything other than the fact that their website is very misleading.

Had my two Huskies stay here over Valentine's Day weekend and they loved it. You can take your own beds, blankets, treats and toys (all of which is optional) to ensure the comfort of your dogs. The staff are incredibly nice.

Took our two pugs there twice. First time was great. Both dogs had a great experience. Second time not so much. Our dog Lexie stopped walking and was acting weird. We didn't know about it until a few days after it started when we called to see how they were.

Absolutely pathetic!!! I scheduled my dog to be boarded for Labor Day weekend and they required that she stay for 4 full days even though I only needed them for 1!!!! Then when I was late for drop off they would not let me drop off my dog at all and NEVER even responded to my call for 4 days and then I had to call them. Then those ridiculous people insisted that they are going to keep 1/2 of my money???? Do not bring your pets here they are very unfair and unreliable!!!!!!

A simple nail trim was the quickest ever in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so gentle with my dog, my dog has a new nail tech...lol Pete says thank you ladies 🐶
