I have never been here before and was looking at area rugs. We rang a buzzer for assistance and the most amazing young woman came to help. She hoisted this HUGE rug up onto her shoulder, smiled and said "I'll take this upfront for you". Once at the front, she then started checking customers out at the speed of 2 to 1 to the rest of her coworkers. When we finished checking out, she grabbed the rug and came and put it in my vehicle for me! All while being extremely nice and displaying an absolutely beautiful smile. I'm just blown away by her awesomeness. Thank You!!!!!!

It was clean-ish And organized more so than not. I went there for a suitcase... I did NOT leave with one. The smallest one was still 50 dollars! I did however accidentally find a hidden stash of duffel bags on the way bottom storage shelf under the clothes for $10...

Good deals but horrible checking out process. From the time I got in line to the time I was at the register was 15 minutes and there was only 5 people in front of me. Super slow customer service and not worth the wait. I won’t be back for a while

They have a lot of random items, cheap prices on some things. Did pick up 2 nice quality pillows, and some candy. They have a decent amount of toys and food items just watch the dates.

Plane and simple Ollies's is as advertised, Good stuff Cheap! They have great deals on Comic books, and action figures! I like to go for the cereal items they have! They also have great priced Houseware items! Check them out!

Didn't have what I wanted. I have to walk in look for my item then walk out, the disorganization makes me very anxious. The ones advertised on FB look so much more organized than in real life.

I just went for the first time at the new store by Belden on Everhard Rd. I was very surprised how organized and clean it was compared to the other ones I have been to. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful!! Some prices were very good!

Great selection of hard to find items. Awesome book selection. Great place to purchase outdoor items, shop lights, pet supplies, shelving etc. A few items should be marked down considering other retail giants can undercut these warehouse discount prices at Ollie's. Items like window blinds, ceiling fans and paint could be marked down permanently and not during flyer sales. This store is clean and well stocked. The store in Cuyahoga Falls could use some work.

Love the store and employees. The aisles are too close together, going down the center aisle is a nightmare, shelves are not fully stocked and what is damaged a damaged goods on it. Overall great bargains most all appliances and vacuum cleaners work. But there have been times I’ve had to return items. This should not reflect on the employees or management this is a corporate issue.

First time there..found v8 energy drinks for a bargain. Men's lotion and a beautiful area rug. They have snacks n some t-shirts n tank tops for my hubby n myself. Great store. It's a regular stop for us .. Kitty n doggy treats too. . very glad I went inside
