Worse Management I have ever witnessed since this store opened. A gentleman in a wheelchair was up front at the register waiting for someone. The manager (I think) was standing in the doorway to the office the whole time just looking at him when I walked in. I went back and got a 2 liter of Pepsi and there was another gentleman waiting in line with an armful of items. By the time I got up front, another lady had gotten in line. Mind you, there are now three of us waiting in line before a young lady from the back came up front to take care of the gentleman in the wheelchair. She went to the office, got the “Manager” and it took him another 5 or 6 minutes before he came out of the office to help. You need to get better management. Because this was the worse t store has been here.February 19, 2023Since when does your store allow kids to ride their bikes INSIDE the store like they own the place?! This store has seriously gone downhill since they first opened.

The store smells like a sewer line busted, has been that way for weeks or longer. Service is good. Store is usually stocked well.

The night manager was not helpful at all.. I asked a simple question and he made me feel like I was playing a shell game. No direct answer. Why couldn't he just say he did not know. I feel like he is up to something shady. I will not be going back to this location Rude

I was at the Family Dollar on Harrison yesterday (07-19-2019) with my niece getting a few things. I go to cash out, a line starts to form (as per usual at any give time). You have ONE cashier working the register, and there's another one just walking around the store, not on the clock, but yet working? This lady precedes to go around changing trash and other stuff, See's the line forming and can't be bothered with helping to cash customers out? But can do other things while not on the clock? I usually don't have complaints about this particular store, because the service and staff are usually friendly and cheerful. But here lately, it's been awful. And there's always inventory in the isles. Get better and friendlier staff. One star.

The employees rip people off and pocket the money!Management is a joke!I will never shop here again and I will tell everyone that will listen!Pay attention to your purchases..I was charged 5.65 for a pack of 1$ batteries

The lady behind the counter sells cigarettes to minors. I have observed her selling tobacco products without asking for I.d. she also needs better customer service skills. Stop sharing her personal problems with customers. I will be reported the tobacco violation to federal autborities as well. Still love the store though.

The lady that helped me locate items was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store wasn't stocked or cleaned up the night before so shelves were a little bare

This use to be a great family dollar store. Lately its rarely stocked with anything anymore. The location is convenient however I'll make the drive to Canton South's Family Dollar if needed. It's better stocked.

Handicap parking and accessible entrance. Aisle ways weren't too cluttered with stock. Shelves fairly full. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Most of the time I find the stuff that I can't find at a big supermarket and the people who work there are pretty great people remember sometimes we all have one of those days but I like shopping there.
