Open 8 AM everyday? Arrived at 8:13 to get something for my daughter and nobody was there. Went to get gas hoping by the time I came back through it’d be open. 8:25 and still nobody there. Very frustrating. Corporate if you’re reading this, stop opening stores if you can’t keep them running.

I'll never go here again. To the owner please do yourself a favor and check the cameras. Normally I probably wouldn't care, but I went there today and they only had self check out open bc supposedly the main register was down. Meanwhile the employees are outside smoking and hanging out with friends which I found unprofessional. I found it alarming one of the employees boyfriends was in the back office alone. Never worked at a dg myself, but I find that questionable. The place is cluttered to hell and back everytime I go in. The store is obviously being ran by lazy ppl. Should've taken advantage of the register being down and cleaned and stocked. Seeing all the negative and very similar reviews from months ago made me realize I'll be contacting cooperate as well as video footage will show how that store is being ran into the ground.

This store used to be brand new and clean. Now the roof is falling in, the grass is a mess and the store is a hangout for employees boyfriends, kids, husbands and other. They would rather socialize then help the customers. I realize it's just dollar general but come on!!!! They can't even open on the advertised time!

I don’t like to to complain or make bad reviews but today was the last straw I have a 5 yr old non verbal autistic son & there r 2 employees that have been just non understanding & horrible to me & my son, my son opened cookies that I was gonna buy anyway which I get on him about not doing this he got into the eggs dropped 2 of them which I bought & cleaned up, they yell sayin not him again referring to my son threatening to call the cops on my 5 yr old son for dropping eggs they say they don’t clean up after ppl but their job is supposed to keep the store clean, so that explains why the store is never clean cuz they said from their own mouth their job is not to clean up I’m just very upset w/ the customer service here

This location used to be a disaster years ago. New management has really turned it around. The gals are always so inviting too. The blonde woman running the register told me to be careful going home tonight. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside...I don't have any family around here and that's what they always say to me when I visit.

We have been to many Dollar General stores. Not just in Ohio, but in Florida as well. We thought it was clean and neat. No boxes on the floor and we had an employee help us!! Prices were great,many ornaments for a dollar. My daughter just said wow mom nicest one I have been to. I agree.

Convenient. Hard to move around the store, very messy. Need someone at register...This was a very nice, clean and friendly store to shop in for the first year it was open. Need to have people stocking shelves and cleaning at night if they are only working a couple people during opened hours. Could be the reason of different staff all the time....conditions need alot of TLC!

No stars!!!!!... The line was 8 people long , the debit machine didn't work right, I purchased three 2 litres that were supposed to be three for three. They did not ring up that way so I brought it to the cashiers attention and the cashier said it would correct at the end of the sale and it did not correct. Unfortunately I did not see it until I got home. If a customer would have brought this up to me I would have taken the time to make sure it was correct. Not happy with this store at all!!!!

This is a great store for the amount and variety of canned and staple products they do have milk and eggs and other refrigerated items. However they have no produce or meats like their markets do. Be prepared to work your way around carts and boxes of items in the aisles for stocking. Never see improvement at the Navarre location.

I was there yesterday. The place was dirty. Shelves not stocked. There was one cashier and a manager. I don't understand why the manager couldn't be cleaning and stocking or running register whtile the cashier cleaned and stocked. That's what a good manager does instead of sending in the office probably playing on her phone.

Its cluttered and dirty most of the time but its a dollar store so prices are pretty good and most of the staff is good. Most not all. But they always have stuff on the floors and stock in the way that seems to just sit forever.

This place is a disaster allllll the time. The floors are dirty, there is never anything in stock because it sits in the isles in boxes for weeks. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to help with anything. I live very near to this store and was super excited when they built it only to still have to drive else where to get what I need.

For a newer store, I was surprised to find it such a mess. I get that you have to stock shelves when the merchandise comes in, but there were so many "roll aways" in the isles that you couldn't maneuver a shopping cart, let alone yourself, or see what was behind them! The floors were unswept (tags, leaves & such) and it just looked like the people working on the floor were going in all directions but not accompling anything because it was so overwhelming. I've been to another small DG and this seemed to be a problem there too with the "roll always". Poor organization skills on managements part!

Was a great place first year open.. when they got rid of first round managers you go in, place is dirty an always carts all over the place to where you have to push unpacked carts out of the way to do your shopping..im not talking 1 or 2 unpacked carts an crates, they are all over the place.. experienced this a whole yr now

Aisles are ALWAYS a mess. Stuff is never put away, hard to even get down or have multiple people in the same aisle at once. Cashier is never at the front checkout. So now you wait until they see you or is told to come to the front. No bell to ring for service, which needs to be changed. Just ridiculous!

Great store for necessities and quick shopping trips and even has some groceries. It's always clean and neat and the staff are always kind and helpful

Very close for me to shop at but this store is always a mess. There is always boxes laying everywhere you have to shop around. Been like this since they opened a couple years ago.

This is the Dollar general store on Navarre road it is very disappointing to go in there You cannot shop because they have carts and carts all over the store blocking all their merchandise The clothes section is a mess.. shame you don't even want to shop there..
