If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the worst Dollar Generals. You can hardly walk through the store due to boxes, merchandise and carts strewn all over the place. You’d think it would get better, but it just consistently gets worse.

I really only wish I could leave less than one star this is the most horribly run store I've ever seen in my life. I myself have worked retail in management for years I have never seen a store allow aisles to be blocked off hazardous to people falling boxes, perhaps the manager at this store needs to understand how to order over ordering causes a big issue. Or perhaps corporate needs to come in and take a look at this mess before they get sued. Rest assured I will be the one calling corporate.

Went there a few days ago during regular store hours. The worker told me they were closed due to a shipment that came in a little bit late. I just don’t understand how you could shut the store down during the business hours and say we’re closed until we can get the truck unloaded.

The employees were very nice and super helpful. The only drawback to the visit was the cages of inventory all over. Not the staff's fault, I'm sure it's very difficult to try and stock shelves, clean the place and wait on the constant stream of people. Overall not a bad trip.

As a contractor who did work for this company, I cannot say enough bad about them. All in all they refuse to pay their bills even with before and after photos of work as well as documented texts where work was agreed and authorized. SHADY management out of state. DO NOT do work for them.

This one is terrible, it use to be alot better. It's never stocked, it's close to my house yet I drive to a different one almost always, then when I do stop I say well maybe it's better now,but it never is, but alot of times these girls are expected to do cash register and stock, now if it was a small amount to stock then no big deal,but shelves are empty, how cheap is dollar general management that they can't hire a kid to stock few days a week

Terrible workers, cashier Becky very rude, would not give me the restroom, laughed in my face, nasty dirty store, wouldn't take my dog in there. Also said they had a water leak in the bathroom. Come on DG, you need to talk the store managers!!!

This has become the most unorganized and messiest Dollar General I've ever been in the past 4 months. Several boxes and carts of boxes block products in almost every aisle, every time I come in here. Employees admit to putting the wrong products on a clearance shelf just to get it out of the way and didn't offer a discount. Employees are nice but do not wear masks even though required of customers. I will drive out of my way to go to other Dollar generals instead from now on.

I shop at Canton South Dollar General at least once a week. The parking lot is horrible. Can hardly ever find a place to park. The store has definitely got worse. You can barely get through the isles because they have BIG carts full of items that need to be stocked. It's ridiculous. Also they need to hire employees that are friendly. Thank you.

This location is absolutely sickening. The managers are as rude as rude can get. The parking lot (of course the parking lot size is not the employees fault) only has two handicap parking locations. Both of which are ALWAYS used by vehicles that do not have the right. And when my mother asked about it she was threatened by not only the store manager but her boyfriend/ significant other who was currently parked in the disable spot my mother was asking about. A few weeks later my father who IS disabled was not able to park there due to a delivery truck being parked there, and then my father was told to leave he is not welcome at that store for asking. I advise any all all to avoid the DG on Cleveland Ave S!!!

Very poorly ran - store is very cluttered with “stock” items on carts in the middle of aisles and even blocking aisles ALL THE TIME - not just on delivery day as stated by the manager. Not a clear aisle in the place. The cashier was “stocking” but called up front to check out while 2 other employees stood up front socializing. This store used to be clean and organized. Not sure what’s going on there.

Parking lot too small, my vehicle was backed into by another customer, I bought eggs today along with other items, got home, no eggs... The folks that work the register and bagging should MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN!!! Check the bag carrousel!!!! Not the only customer or the first time!!! CHECK THE FLIPPIN BAG SPINNER!!!

I just had the most racist experience here. I’ve lived in Canton South my whole life and went to the high school. This man asked me if I was using someone else’s card at self check out then demanded I “Leave his establishment” I didn’t realize what canton south has come to. I’m disgusted!

I like running into the store for things and to browse. But theres so much junk in the way and stocking carts it's almost impossible. Nothing is organized just thrown about. Wish they'd fix that issue :/

Parking lot difficult to get in and find parking.Prices I was charged on creamer was not same price as what they were on the shelf. Should of double checked my reciept before I left store.

Almost every time I am in here the isles have the carts full of boxes the whole way down and you can’t see or get too what is on the shelves and the parking lot is just stupid.

This location needs bigger space for everything that is in the store. Its unorganized because of the small space employees have to work with.
