If you want cheap go elsewhere. However if you want the job done right and better than anyone, then you have found the right company! I had a big brand name company out several times in a year for our restaurants and they seemed to never get the carpets looking good or each time there was no consistency. Andrew and his team came out once and the carpets look better than the 6 times combined by the other company! You can’t go wrong using these guys!Service: Carpet cleaning

Would definitely NOT recommend using this company. The technician Ryan was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Also, I asked multiple times If there would be a fragrance from the cleaning and was repeatedly told there would not be. Our daughter has had to sleep at a family members for 3 nights now due to how strong the smell is, which is flaring her asthma. Prices were also not as advertised. These complaints were all brought to the owner's attention and his reply was to deny and deflect.The only positive thing I can say about this company is that the carpets did get clean.Service: Carpet cleaning

Carpet Restoration Plus did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! The owner called me personally the day before my appointment and explained to me what to expect the day of my appointment. The technician arrived to my home on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about what treatment my carpets would benefit the most from. The technician moved my furniture and was very conscientious not to break anything. I was pleasantly surprised by the technician being able to get out even the most stubborn stain in my cream capet. I highly recommend Carpet Restorations Plus. They went above and beyond.

Technician was very polite, efficient and on time. He was able to remove some stains in my carpet from my dog throwing up that I have not been able to remove. Carpet looks and smells so much better. I hired this company to re-stretch my carpeting.since it was bunching in the middle. The proprietor, Andy was cordial and we agreed upon a price on the phone. They came out and completed the work to my satisfaction. However, when the charge was placed on my credit card, it was nearly $200.00 higher than the agreed-upon price. I figured the tax and added it to my quoted price and the amount charged was still approximately $75.00 more. I called Andy and explained my concern and he indicated that there was a 5% fee for use of a credit card.This charge was never mentioned at any time during our phone calls. I understand the tax being added but the surcharge, not so much. Had I known this, I would have written a check for the work done. I recommend that if you are going to use this company, insist on full disclosure up front. Also, ensure that you get the total charge in writing prior to the work being done. I will probably look elsewhere for my future flooring needs since this experience has left me with little trust in the integrity of this company.Service: Repair flooring

Their advertisement prices and quotes on the phone are very misleading from what they actually charge you, especially with all of their bs service and convince charges. Be careful what you agree to before you sign off on the final bill. Whatever "shampoo" they used on my carpets isn't very pleasant smelling. I had to let my upstairs air out for days to get rid of the smell. The workers emptied the dirty water in the street at the end of my driveway leaving filth and dog hair on the road. Furthermore, I had a pet stain on one of my rooms. I was told it wouldn't come out and the stain was permanent. I went to Target and got oxiclean carpet stain remover- it took the stain out after 5 mins. So much for professional cleaning! I will never use or recommend this place again.

Called back because I was charged for a room that did not even get cleaned. The owner refused to fix the issue and instead argued back and forth and told me that with the amount of issues wrong with my carpet "I'm lucky that he even touched my carpets." Be your own judge of character as to if you want that kind of attitude being the kind of company you want to do anything for you. He then called back to harass me. This place swears that they offer 100% customer resolution and satisfaction yet when their is an issue the manager is rude and inconsiderate. The issue and harassment alone is why I now have to contact my lawyer to get it resolved. Thankfully I got the entire conversation on recording.
