We recently had LVT installed in our kitchen and our basement stairs carpeted by Bob and Pete’s. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and courteous throughout the process. The owner and the employees we worked with went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The customer service we received was excellent. We are really happy with the way it turned out and would recommend to anyone looking to have new floors/tiles/backsplash/etc.

After spending 8,000 there for tile and grout in my laundry room, hallway, bathroom, and kitchen, the white epoxy grout I purchased and was promised never to shrink, discolor, or crack was NEVER INSTALLED! Learned this after grout browned within first year. I even sealed the grout after install per instructions from installer. Purchased a 1200 steamer and 1000 Roomba to address floor with no luck. 325.00 for professional floor cleaning didn't work either. Bob and Petes mistake shouldn't be my everyday regret and disaapointment. I could have had any floors installed but chose to purchase locally based on info that was given to me. If you don't know your product or stand behind it, don't get paid for it.

Terrible customer service, DO NOT USE! Parents were long time customers and recently had an ordeal with getting the correct carpet from this business. First it was measured wrong, then it came from two different rolls, then it had large sections of striped hard patches, then they sent someone to steam it. All the while the CUSTOMER had to keep repeatedly following after the continued mistakes on their part. ZERO communication and we’re completely indifferent. The final slap in the face a $50 gift card. THE WORST

Not recommended. Damaged antiques in my house, Contractors truck leaked alot of oil on my new concrete drive, gauged new front door frame, did nothing to clean up after themselves. I let the Service Manage know of all the problems. Pictures were taken, nothing was done. I had told three different people and they all acted as if they knew nothing about it. Someone called and left a message saying they would pressure wash the driveway. This was several weeks after they damaged my property. Why would I let the Fox back in the hen house. The repairs cost me $250, the antique salt box is irreplaceable. I am so glad to be beyond these non-professionals. I don't care if they've been in business for many years, they have a serious problem with that company. It took 4 months to complete the job. Also the Contractor copped an attitude minutes after coming into MY HOME because his people did not tell him he had to move furniture. That is why he wrecklessness damaged my new front door. I was assured by the Service Manager that this guy was" their best".......BAAA HAAAA!!

Great people to deal with...Hit a snag with our Carpet delivery, wasn't their fault however they made it right. Installation was quick and looked great! Michelle was such a great person to deal with. We will be back for our other two rooms here in the near future! GET YOUR CARPET FROM THESE GUYS, THEY ROCK!

This week the staff at Bob and Pete's has completely gone out of their way to help us find a few additional sheets of the flooring we're trying to use in our bathroom remodel. It's a very small amount of flooring, so it's not like they're getting rich off this project, but they've cared very deeply about us nonetheless. They even called us after work to tell us they found the mystery manufacturer we were looking for. Really excellent follow-thru and customer service. We also had a positive experience with them last year, with putting carpeting in our basement. We had a fixed budget and they didn't try to pressure us to go beyond our budget, which I appreciated. We'll definitely be back to Bob and Petes!
