I went there last week to get a months worth of groceries since I live out in the country and there's no grocery stores around and the older cashier I had was super rude, kept complaining the entire time about all the groceries I had to get and was overall rude. This is why I prefer self check out but I had no choice but to use a cashier because of all the stuff I needed. Definitely not going back for most of my groceries, when I do it'll be a few and I'll be using self check out so I don't deal with that rude cashier again.

The guys in the auto department are amazing!!! Thank you for all your help with my flat tire!!! Tire prices are reasonable. I go here for my synthetic oil changes too and their prices are unbearable!!!!

Cleaner than New Philadelphia OH location and associates are nicer. Deli is very nice when stocked.

Love this Walmart they always have my items in stock when I order store pickup or I get replacements that are better than what I ordered. The bakery is awesome I have purchased several birthday cakes and they were all a hit.

This store is by far the worst. They never have the shelves stocked. It's usually a guessing game if they will keep carrying an item. They usually are out of most things, and it could be months before they get it back. It's getting even worse lately. Covid is no excuse. I'm not sure if they think people in this area don't deserve the same in a big city or what, but it's getting pretty ridiculous. You can't rely on this store for anything. I've started traveling a bit over an hour away to the walmart in Parkersburg and Vienna for most of my shopping. They have a better selection (and have better quality brands in frozen foods) and still carry the items I want whereas the one in cambridge stopped carrying these items. How sad is it that someone has no choice but to drive an hour away to get groceries? Fyi, the bathrooms are always horrendous.

Great vehicle service and tire mounting/balancing. This trip I had them replace the tire pressure monitors in another car. Programmed them myself. Perfect.

The greeter was welcoming and the atmosphere was good. I only gave it 4 stars because of the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting which doesn't make sense because the rest of the store seemed bright and clean. The tissue paper was also being hold together by duct tape. 😳 I really didn't want to touch anything. All that being said, wer found what we needed and the staff was friendly which, to me, is more important than the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I had purchased a trifold for a project I needed to get done ASAP. When I got home and took the plastic wrap off, it was damaged. So naturally I went to exchange it. The lady at the customer service said I should just return it and take the cash and that way I could just go get a new one and not have to come back up to the counter. My mistake to fall for that. There were no others in inventory. So I went back up and asked if there were any others,.nope. So, being desperate to get the project done. I was like well I guess I will just figure out how to use the damaged one then. They REFUSED to sell it back to me, I offered to give full price. I just wanted it back. Nope. I'm like what do you mean?.. I need a trifold. I even asked for the manager, someone named Autumn I think it was. She and no one was willing to help me. They didn't even offer to call the Zanesville location to help me find a replacement for the one they refused to give back to me. Learned my lesson. Zero customer service. Horrible experience. No humanity, they didn't care. At all.

Tire center guy was super nice. Had Mom's car towed there, 2 flats. Arrived at closing time. He stayed late trying to get us a plan to get it fixed for her the next day. Wish I had got his name to give him proper recognition.

For a place that sells bathroom items some nerve that you guys have that you can't keep a bathroom in great shape. Its filthy in there, the toilet seats are barely attached an half hanging off. Looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I stop by frequently due to the convenience of location but the store and bathrooms could be a little cleaner.

I will have to say this Walmart is by far one of the oddest Walmarts I've ever been to. This Walmart seems to have empty shelves all the time doesn't matter day night evening when you go the shelves always seem to be bare. This supercenter has stoppers out and in every aisle during the day when the majority of their shoppers are in their store, that is very odd to me. I will say that their employees are very pleasant most of them and are willing to help if asked, have always been very polite and smiling when I've had encounters with them. The selection the store offers is not quite what every other store I've ever been to has offered its very odd store.

Hate this place always packed!! The Auto Center is full of ignorant people who have 0 customer service skills every time I go there the policy changes to fit the pure laziness that they have!! Never use this Auto Center again nothing but issues!! If I could give a score of -5 I would and that would be generous

It’s walmart so it’s never anything great, but this walmart is wild. The store manager once yelled at me and my mother when we were doing our vendor job for the greeting cards and it was all because of a box that was on the ground. Instead of being mature she made a whole show out of it and even the customers were looking at her like she was crazy. Along with that all the employees look dead inside, bathrooms so nasty id convert to diapers, there’s been times where employees wouldn’t clean up spills of mtn dew for weeks I tell you. All the higher ups are the type of people who peeked in high school lol.

Loved the shopping experience. It’s located in strip mall with many different stores . Eg Nail Spa, Shoe Depot. Clothes stores( Maurice) among others.

Very clean Walmart. They were wiping down the checkout belts and an associate actually acknowledged me &had a conversation. Rare in Walmart these days!

I thank Walmart for a place to not only pick up items but a place to sleep for the night.Park as far as possible away from the store and be possible l items, it's a gift to have a place to sleep, saf and we'll lit.

Okay, I understand this is a crazy busy time of the year for retail. I went to Cambridge one hour photo. What I was having made was going to take over 2 hours. Ugh. I didn't have time to wait, so I prepaid and told them my daughter would pick them up. So, I get notice my order is ready, my daughter goes to pick it up, they give her the envelope with the receipt where I paid, and she goes home. Next day she brings to me, they had given her an empty envelope. So, after a couple calls they do have my order and it shows its prepaid. She makes another trip to the store and the person waiting on her couldn't find proof I had paid. Ugh. Finally she found the receipt and they give her the cards. Well, late but I might get them out. . .open package. . .no envelopes! Make another call, can't prove they didn't give me envelopes so I'm out of luck. Ugh. I won't be using Cambridge Walmart photo center again. Never have I had such a hard time . I know I shouldn't have waited til the last minute. 😩

I was pleasantly surprised this time! When we went to this particular Walmart last summer, I had decided that I was never going back, but back I went & it was as different as night & day! Sales people were helpful and knowledgeable this time & I found everything I went there for! I will be back & I will recommend others to shop there as well
