We had to bring in my Ma cat. She was pretty sick with cancer and when the time came for her we brought her here. They were very compassionate and understanding. So we had to put her to sleep. They made us feel very comfortable and let us have all the time we wanted with her before she left us forever. RIP Alma Grace.

I have always had exceptional experiences here. I came in with my elderly cat in a panic and the staff and veterinarian were so kind and compassionate to me. Unfortunately they were not able to save her but they assisted me in getting her cremated. Later I had to bring my elderly dog in to discuss his quality of life and whether it was time to make a call. Once again the veterinarian was kind and very informative during the whole experience. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

I just started taking my two cats, Finn and Moose, here a few months ago and wow! The staff here are so friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to any questions. My one cat was diagnosed with a chronic condition and the vet was so helpful in giving me options for treatment and helping me feel like I was at the forefront of decision making as well. My kitten Moose was neutered there a week ago and the staff communicated with me so well, the cost was super affordable and they even followed up a couple days after to make sure he was doing okay. This vet treats your pets like they’re their own and it’s affordable, even for someone still in school like myself. I 100% recommend this vet for all your pets needs

We will never take our pets anywhere else but here. The staff from the front desk to the Vets are all amazing. They truly care about your pet and their customers. Our Golden puppy loves to see the staff! They did a wonderful job caring for him twice when he was seriously ill. I am extremely thankful for all they have done and will always go back! Highly recommend them.

My blind Rotwiller; who is my emotional support dog, jumped through a window (she has seperation anxiety from me). The empoyees were extreemly helpful and Kimberly Giesige DVM, provided me with options that were affordable. She took the time to sit down and speak with me on a personal and caring level about what is best for my Rotwiller, Dottie.

The Bluffton Vet Clinic has always treated Bear like one of their own. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Bear usually gets annual ear infections and every time we take him in they fix him right up and give him the extra TLC he needs. We’ve also boarded him with the clinic and he always seems to enjoy his stays.

I brought my mother and her pup here on a whim as I was concerned she might have an infection. I actually called the Ottawa veterinarian first and they referred me to Bluffton which isn't a terrible distance further. They got us in the same day. We showed up right on time and they had us out the door in under a half an hour which I thought was pretty impressive. The place was super clean and the ladies working the desk were very sweet and professional. Mom's Bill wasn't too crazy either which I was actually pretty impressed with. Thank you!

The staff is wonderful! I have not had a single bad experience here. They took great care of my dogs and cat and in a timely manner. The vet was super personable and was very informative about what my animals needed. I never feel like I’m being forced into getting things done that do not actually need done. If something does need done the vet explains why and how it will help my animals. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone who has a pet!

Everyone at the Bluffton Veterinary Hospital & Pet Care Center is very pleasant, friendly and the care is the best. They always take the necessary time and give that extra level of care to make my dogs comfortable while being thorough in their examinations and meeting all their healthcare needs. Unfortunately I've had to put down 3 dogs this year. Peyton, she was 12 and was in bad shape. Jack, who was only 3 that swallowed a golf ball that moved to her intestines. They wanted thousands to to do surgery. Third was my old hunting partner, Sadie. She was 17 chocolate Lab. The greatest hunting dog I ever had. I wanted her ashes back. They wanted to charge me $300 on top of the $177 to put her down. I told them put her down and I would take care of her. Overall they have cared for my dogs for over 30 years. Until now I didn't realize that it was for the almighty dollar. I'm looking for another Veterinarian. Sorry Ron.

We have taken our animals to Bluffton for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! All of the staff treat us and our pets with respect and kindness. They are very personable and are always there for us when our animals need them. Service is quick and they always work us in right away, and their office is extremely clean! Highly recommend going to Bluffton if you’re looking for a great vet office to take care of you and your pets!!

I have been going to the Bluffton Clinic for years. I have to say the staff are amazing they have taken care of Max for so many years. He's a 12 year old Boxer and loves going to the clinic. They staff gives him the best care a dog could ever have. I would highly recommend this clinic to all of my family and friends and I do.

Bluffton vet and all the employees there are always so kind and informative when it comes to the care of my pets! Dr. Baldridge keeps me involved in my cat’s health, which gives me not only peace of mind, but the tools to be a better pet owner at home. I have brought Cocoa here since she was a baby, and she’s 12 now! I always recommend people take their pets here, and will continue to do so for Cocoa for the rest of her life.

The staff here is amazing. They are very prompt and professional, my pets love seeing all of the employees. They are always able to diagnose and treat my pets at the same visit without the need to go to specialists. They have state of the art equipment to care for your pets the best ways possible. Patient-oriented staff!!! I called on Christmas eve with a medical emergency with my dog and they stayed open to make sure she was okay. Dr. Ron explained everything to me very clearly regarding my dog's health and signs/symptoms to continue to monitor. The vet techs handled my dog as if it was one of their own!

Terrible vet. I brought my German Shepherd in a few weeks ago because he was having bathroom issues, and they didn’t even look at him, they just gave us medication to give him, and told us to bring him back in a few days. Well we did, and my dog was a bit aggressive (he was clearly uncomfortable), and they told us they couldn’t see him until he was sedated enough to work with and to bring him in the following day. Well we did that too, and they diagnosed him the following day with an infection and gave us antibiotics to treat it. A week went by, and my dog was still having the same issues, so we called them again, except this time they denied him and told us they weren’t going to see him. We called Metz Pets on 309 and they told us to bring him in the same day, so we did. They told us he had colon cancer and it was too far along to treat. They gave us the option to try and treat it, but it wasn’t recommended because he was suffering a lot (where the aggression came from at your clinic) so we had to say goodbye to our furry little family member that same day. We could have prevented a lot of suffering if you guys would have simply done your job.

I have had Dr Ron. Take of my dog Max. For 11 1/2 years. Max really looked forward to seeing Dr Ron. He’s not only a Vet. He has a wonderful staff and they are very helpful. Max had a cyst in his mouth. That broken open. By the time I got there my car looked bad. Dried blood everywhere. The girls helped me clean up the mess. Dr Ron took Max in and fixed him up. We love u Dr Ron.

The staff here has always taken wonderful care of me as a client and my dog, from the front desk to the veterinarians (I have seen a couple different vets here during my visits). They’re caring and have ALWAYS taken their time answering all questions (on the phone or in person) and help you understand how to best raise your pet (because I am in no way the expert!) I think it’s important when working with pet owners to be compassionate and caring and these people have it. I am so thankful, they’ve been a great help with helping me raise my first dog! I am pretty offended by some of the reviews people are leaving here, because I’ve been to a number of offices and worked with many different people and I’m confident this is a wonderful place to take your pet.

The doctors and staff are very efficient, friendly and caring. The hospital and boarding facility is extremely clean and up to date. We can rest assured that our animals have been given the best of care.

I love the people that work here! The vets are always ready and willing to stay and answer any questions you have. I have kenneled my 2 dogs and no problem at all. When I picked them up, they were happy. They always take very good care of them when getting groomed. I woukd recommend the Bluffton vet hospital to everyone.Carol Heckel

Took our pup there to get groomed and it took 5+ hours. Finally got him back and he looked terrible, I pointed it out and they didn't seem to concerned. Heard that they have a new groomer so we decided to give them another chance. They were kind enough to call us less than 24HR before our appointment to tell us that they were canceling our dogs grooming appointment because I pointed out that he was not properly/nicely cut in their lobby in front of other customers at our last visit. Apparently its not ok to expect what you pay for to be done properly. If they don't need my money they probably don't need yours either.

Do NOT take your dogs here! For every routine appointment they take your dog in the back - which I thought was weird because every other vet I had been to usually just does routine shots, etc. in the room with me. My dog is very submissive and friendly and the vets here told me my dog bites them while in the back- my dog has never bit a person in her life. We moved on to the Arlington vet clinic where the vets stay in the room with us and once they had to take her in the back and they said she was perfect. Bluffton made the effort of even calling our new vet to warn them of our vicious dog- our new vet dismissed it saying our dog has shown no signs of aggression. I'm not sure what they do in the back with the dogs but if my dog bit them, they probably don't know how to handle dogs. I have a relative who also used to take their dogs here which are some of the calmest, nicest dogs and they also told her that her dogs are aggressive and bite. I don't quite understand what is going on at this vet but it's the only one I've ever had problems with.
