Lowe was always reliable and was my go to for all my home repairs, up until a few years ago, when a semi truck driver from Lowes had totaled my Van entirely to the point of being undrivable. Me and my dad had called Lowes to tell them what has happened. Lowes then sent out some agency to talk to us about the damages done and exchange our insurance numbers, etc. We waited for 2 months. And guess what? They CLOSED the CASE on us! AND WITHOUT ANY REPARATIONS AT ALL!!! No messages, no phone calls, no email. Nothing. Just that they closed the case on us. And bribed $50 on someone to remain silent. So, with Lowes, I will never, ever, do business with them ever again, no matter how good their products are, how much they, or how low the price is for anything they have to offer, NEVER AGAIN...

Of course, going into Lowe's is no new adventure for me, but today it was unreal in a completely different town and a completely different location than I normally arrive at. I go in hunting on a quest for a bidet?. Upon looking down the aisles where they should have been and looking at all of the toilet seats, I could not find any. So finally I went to ask one of the customer associates and I said hey. Do you have one of these and I'm looking for? And he says oh no we don't sell them in these stores. Not around here then I happen to turn around as though from a gift of God there was a Bidet setting in a box as a customer return. They associate walked over and said well. Where did that come from? I said I don't know. It wasn't here a minute ago. I said the Lord works in mysterious ways. So now my daughter and her boyfriend will have one in their new apartment.

I love shopping at Lowe's! They have a wide selection of brands and very rarely do I see any shelf that isn't stocked. They have a great program for business owners and if you download their app you can create estimates within and add items directly from the stores inventory. If I have any complaints at all it is that the employee's are not very helpful. I normally have to find what I'm looking for on my own or ask another customer if I need assistance.

It's there if you need it. Maybe. Don't count on the website saying it's in stock, and don't count on the employees knowing much more than what's on the website. When you ask them a question they get on their phone and look it up on the website.

No checker aisles opened, and I had to check out at service desk. I was told self check out was open. I informed person I do not use those things, unless Lowe’s will provide a discount. I do not work at Lowe’s, nor do I wish to. In future, if no checkers are available, I will leave my cart and shop elsewhere. Also, If a customer shops at Lowe’s, we are honoring your business with our dollars, and not undertaking a job as check out person.

No we've had a lot of bad experience with Lowe's over the years, but this time around the girl at the desk was awesome, and the experience could not have been better. I wish I had taken down her name.

The store was a disaster. Athens has the Dirtiest Lowes I have ever been in. And I have been in a lot of Lowe's stores.Multiple items with improper coding and in the wrong places. Carts and junk blocking aisles.No treated lumber to be had (see photos).15 guys standing around and not one offer of assistance.Overall it was a dismal experience and I personally cannot wait until Menards new store opens a 1/4 mile up the road.Just awful to see this Lowe's in such a sorry state of dilapidation.

The stuff are really rude. The manager is really unbehaved person. We canceled an order of hot water tank + install it cause if him. I simply suggest anyone to deal with other branches but the Athens one 😡 it’s nightmare

I drove over 40 minutes to your store for a pickup order just for a lady to point at the hours sign. Online says open until 10:00 PM. I told her it’s a pickup order I’ve already paid for. She again pointed at the hours sign and there was still at least one customer in the store I saw from the front door. You need to have someone fix your online hours. A waste of our time and gasoline as well.

Don't shop here unless you want to become an unpaid employee! I had a shopping cart full of tool, low voltage lighting and electrical items and they wanted me to self checkout this whole cart on a Saturday! I left the cart and went to Menards where I was checked out by a paid employee! I'm done with Lowes!

I love it! I have very fond memories of Lowe's! The service is great, they just about always have what I need when I need it, and when they don’t, they ship it in as soon as they can. You can't go wrong with a trip to Lowe's. To God be the glory.

I ordered a freezer that was on sale to be picked up. Everything went smoothly. There really wasn't a wait time for the guy to load up the freezer onto my trailer.

Worst experience ever! As we came into the store we were looking at dishwasher and they have a sign that says 12 months no interest and then below it says ask us how to save 20%. When we inquired they said if you open a Lowes account you get 20% off and if you buy the dishwasher over $299 they have the no interest for 12 months. So we opened an account and went to check out then they said we can only have 20% of up to $100 or 6 months no interest. When we explained that’s not what we where told they said sorry there is nothing we can do, you can call the credit card company and talk to them.I feel like it was a switch and bait! Don’t advertise 12 months no interest and then say sorry only 6 months and don’t say we can also add the 20%. Then when I inquired about a military discount they said sorry we don’t offer that on appliances any more.Overall Lowes no longer seams to be honest and or cares about our armed forces and honoring them anymore.

I went to a competitor to get some dirt. Big store. Very few people working. I needed 15 bags and some help getting it to my truck. Nobody was in the garden center. So I left and went to Lowe's. I found what I wanted. There was a cart right there so I started to load it. Two young men in Lowe's vests came by. I asked for some help. They did the rest. They loaded the cart, had me park around the side, and then they loaded all 15 bags. This happened June 25th, 2022 at around 8pm.

Lowe's is always my first choice for home improvements and more. The staff at Lowe's are always friendly and helpful. If I can't find something, I know when I ask Jason he will quickly direct me to the correct isle, side and section.... and he is always right. Thanks for all you do Team Lowe's

Store carries about whatever you want/need , you just get it at a higher price than other stores unless you're a contractor. Did you know when buying a big ticket item you could ask for a better price at the contractor registers? If they wanna take the time and look it up to see what cost was to them they can give it to you at contractor's prices
