Ice cream is good, but servings and recipes are very inconsistent. Pizza is good, I recommend ordering it well done if you like a crispier crust. Great place to come after a kiddos baseball game. :)

I ordered Mac and cheese bites with a marshmallow milkshake and it was very good. Fresh and hot bites and delicious shake. Under 11$ for both. Nice place for a snack and icecream

Just moved close by and the pizza looked great from the pictures I have seen, figured we would give it a shot. The pizza was good enough, no complaints there. The service made the experience frustrating to say the least. I am a patient person and understanding that restaurants get busy and or behind which may affect wait times. With that being said, the workers could at least share that same level of patience and understanding. Being ignored and just looked at while attempting to check on the order when it's been 30 mins past the initial quote time and I was told it was going to be just 15 minutes more. Pricey food to boot. We order 4 pizzas and with the special of getting 1 free it was still over $50. I'm sure I'll try again in the future, just not anytime soon.

1. If you tell someone the order will be ready in 20 minutes, it should be ready in roughly 20 minutes. Over an hour, with no word or explanation, is not acceptable.2. Train your people. Don't blame them.3. Do not knowingly send someone home with a to-go order that is wrong or badly made.Own up to your mistakes and fix them. Apologize. Give realistic expectations and communicate when you're unable to meet them. If you can do that, I may be back someday.

Pizza was ripped so when I showed up they told me I’d have to wait for a new one okay no problem. They put my frys on a warmer and they were cold and terrible by the time I got home whit had is a 1 min drive. Then I get home and I have a cheese pizza not pep. Second time I’ve been and have not been happy so far. Had the burger last time burger meat is terrible.

The food alright but most of the time I ordered food from their they some how give me some else order or get mixed up with something else. Milkshake are very runny not not really chunky or thick. Sub are alright but make it in a different way every time it like taking a Risk if it going to be good or bad. The ice cream fine, hot dog are gross. worked there before had bad management and was very unclean. Pizza fine if they make it right sometimes it has decent amount of sauce and looks dead dry when not made right. The burger are pretty good and the chicken wings are meh. The Fry's are alright, the chilli Fry's are way to sweet some how. Texas tenderloin is pretty decent, easy place to grab a salad, polar delights are compacted with way too much stuff, slushes are basically just a snowball with no juice and that about it other for the intense waiting time for certain food items.

Per the manager dialogue with me earlier this evening I’m writing the review to pass some advice along to future, or repeating customers prior to ordering. Please make sure you have the team member repeat back the order in detail. If you order a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, make sure they state pepperoni when the team member repeats the order back.Check the order before you leave or before the delivery driver leaves. In transparency we did not notice until after they were closed due to my gf taking it for her third shift lunch. So there’s that however I did provide them back with the full unconsumed pizza . They do not remake or refund for their mistakes even if the product was not consumed and you provide a receipt. Unless they know the same day.Occasionally a great experience but others and I will be bettered prepared for a more successful experience in the future. Great customer service poor policies. Wasted money supporting local.

Ordered an Italian Sub using their online ordering and asked for extra banana peppers and didn't ask for anything removed from what was suppose to come on sub. When I got back from picking it up (I live 15 minutes away), I realized there was only 6 banana peppers (and the meat) on the sub. Not even Italian dressing. When I tried calling back to get it remade (around 9:00 pm), their phone just sent me to a voicemail service, but indicated they were open until 10:00 pm. Voicemail message even recommends using the online ordering for placing orders. Tried twice more before I decided to just leave voicemail. Their message even said "We will call you back," but it's been 4 days, so I'm leaving a review. As a former employee back in the early days (2003-2004), it saddens me to see the constant issues that seem to plague the new ownership. The use of social media to justify their continual issues doesn't alleviate the problem. I'll just go to another establishment since Ashville/Circleville area has about 25+ places to get a Sub.

Me, my wife, son and a few friends ds went to get some ice cream while our kids where at church. We got there about 10 min before they closed and had to ring to bell for service. The girl who helped was didn't say hi, hello, can I help you, she just gave us the look of death. Our friends ordered first (4 ice cream items) and while they were making there's I was waiting next in line and when she got back to the window she said sorry but we close at 9:00, so I just walked away and said ok, she said I gues I can take your order, I said no its ok you really don't want too. There was one guy behind me and he was upset and wanted his ice cream and did order. I told my son that we'll just go to Diary Shed tomorrow. One of our fored blizzard was just mostly ice cream and very little heath. Very disappointed and I'm not planning on going back.

What a fun place! They've got the usual local ice cream/hot dog stand fare, but we watched them make a HUGE pizza that looked delicious, and they have a "spaghetti" dinner on special nights. This would need to be a multiple night stop or invite a bunch of your friends, so you all can sample a little of everything! Excellent window service (there are a couple of picnic tables available), and awesome food - go there now!

First time trying them and we loved it. I got ice cream with waffle cone, my daughter got birthday cake ice cream, husband got peanut butter shake. We also got an order of fries. Service was friendly and quick. We will definitely be back!

Ordered a foot long coney with sauce and cheese. And fries. Place was dead. Waited 15 min plain dog I asked if the sauce was on it. Nope. Get home bun falling apart no cheese if I never said a word I’d have got a plain dog fries greasy no. Condiments. Lesson learned not as I remembers going with my kids. Nope even drove from Columbus just to get one. Terrible food hot dog was just yucky

Cant seem to get the order right. Ordered dressing on the side on an Italian sub. No dressing came. My wife ordered other stuff and the food was everywhere. The dressing thing seems like a really tough thing to get right. I never get dressing on the side. It either comes on the sub after saying no dressing on the sub. Just on the side. Either it will come on the sub or it doesn't come. How much does it cost for an Italian sub extra meat and cheese. What makes an Italian sub? Italian dressing. It's really not that hard. People get tired after their order is messed up so many times. Maybe hire some people with brains? Might do pretty good.

Quoted me a price for a large loaded pizza at 25 dollars. When I went to pick up said it was 27 dollars. I said well I was quoted 25 when I ordered it but she said no it will be 27. Most expensive pizza I ever ordered and wasn't worth the money. Won't be back

First time here the ice cream was over priced for what we got. Ordered a medium cone for my grandson and it looked like a JR mini cone barely any ice cream on top of the cone. I went back to the window and asked if this was a medium and the young girl said yes.First and last time coming here.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Made my order at 6:56 it's now 9 called to see what was going on. They never even had it with a driver. It was just sitting there. I don't recommend ordering from hear if your wanting delivery. Definitely one of my worst experiences with this place.

I’m all about respecting fast food workers, because what the go through isn’t easy. However, they LITERALLY would rather make an entire new order and you have pay again, than to admit they made a mistake. Actually used the words, “must have been from the bottom of the barrel, not mixed well.” And refused to fix our order. Not the first time.

The Baseball Dairy Diamond offers a delightful outdoor casual family dining atmosphere with umbrella tables in the front and many tables & chairs in a large designated dining area located on the south side of the building. There is also a cute photo opportunity as they have a giant rocking chair on site. The menu is an extensive offering of all your sport & summer favorites! Pizza, many types of fries, fried mushrooms, hamburgers, hotdogs, tater tots, nachos, slushies, ice cream and much more and don't forget to check out their lunch specials. A little on the pricey side so choose wisely if you have a large order.We ordered 3 Rootbeer Floats. The floats were a perfect blend of rootbeer and ice cream. Very very tasty! The only issue we had was, the base of the cups were somewhat flimsy and so was the drink carrier. In fact, the cups were too tall for the drink carrier we were given... Now this will not affect most people as most people don't leave the premises with their orders so taking your order from the window to a table shouldn't create an issue like we had. Don't let that stop you from taking the Team or family to enjoy this menu and atmosphere at least once... because there aren't many places that you can get all your favorite big ballpark menu options... without the ballpark! Enjoy!

Best place to get amazing ice cream in Ashville, also a good place for an employee to look at you and put the closed sign on. At least when you are asked if you are still serving, the polite thing to do is to give an answer and not walk up and put the closing sign and walk away. Don’t want to serve at 9:00pm ? Then change the times on your fliers.

Eat here at your own risk! Very unsanitary conditions. Poor management structure. This place also offers uhaul truck rentals. I think someone once said if you're going to be good at something, do one thing and do it well. This place tries to offer to many things and the result is chaos, confusion, horrible customer service.. which all lead to one thing, horrible product quality. Did I mention how dirty the store is? Someone should get a memo to the employees to wash their hands when handling food products!

We were having car trouble on our long distance trip and stopped by Baseballs Dairy Diamond to inquire about their Uhaul rental. The owners were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help us find the cheapest solution to get us where we needed to go and even offered to drive us to the airport if we needed it. Thank you for your kindness!
