Typical small town overpriced grocery store. Smells old and has a small assortment of skus that are typically 20 to 40 percent more expensive than other grocers. Where they get you are the homemade baked goods from small local bakeries that are delicious.

They had a large bag of Mozzarella cheese on sale, expired 3/22/22, and 8 or 10 packs of bologna on sale for 69 cents. All of which expired almost 2 weeks ago. Told someone that works there and she said "oh it needs thrown out" and continued to walk by it and not address the issue, and left it available for sale.

They have most everything you need but for a good price too. I don't recommend coming here to purchase all your groceries but just for the things your forgot or need in a pinch. I love the rotisserie chicken. It's so tender and full of flavor and only for 8$.

Nice well stocked store. Good prices on meat. They have a butcher on site from what I've seen. They are always friendly and respectful. It's very clean. And it smells real good.

They have an awesome selection of fresh cut meats and their Charley Biggs chicken is hands down the ABSOLUTE best. Love my hometown grocery store. Stop back every chance I get

OK, crazy high prices. Sorry, but if you need to stop for more than bread or milk, you might want to move on.. BUT the absolute best chicken and deli around.. And the associates are great!

I posted this a few days ago, I came in again today and I’m really shocked by my experience. I came in today to grab a couple necessities. After shopping for about 20 minutes I went up to the front to grab a couple Italian subs for my husband a cashier tells me in front of a couple other customers that I’m not aloud to carry my purse around and I’ll have to leave it up front because it’s got two straps like a backpack. It’s a very small bag and obviously not a backpack. It literally has room to carry my phone, keys, and wallet and that’s it. I’ve never been so angry and embarrassed in my entire life. I’m a grown 28 year old woman, not a teenager. I’ve never been so disrespected. I used to like coming here for my essentials and supporting a small business vs a large Corp store, but I’ll never shop here again. I’ll go ahead and make the extra drive to Kroger now. This is a small town, people are judgmental and rude enough.Old review: Great prices, always well stocked. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean and well maintained, more expensive than Dollar General, but worth stopping in for fresh meat, produce, and the deli. Good prices on marked-down meat and the sandwich/lunch cooler at the front of the store.Unfortunately, the place is run by high school kids who aren't good at their very simple jobs and they treat customers like an inconvenience.

The workers are always so sweet and nice rather it's the younger workers or the adults. As you go to check out they always ask if the kids may have a lolly pop and if you say yes the kids get to pick one out of the basket, how fun. The prices are a little higher than Kroger but always fresh meats and produce.

Normally a great place to shop! However I picked up 10 piece legs and thighs chicken as I normally do yesterday and received 5 legs and 5 what looks like very small tenders( definitely not thighs)) very disappointed in my purchase! It was a new employee I believe that should have been trained better! That is why the 3 stars!!! Normally 5. stars

Always a friendly and clean atmosphere. I've never had to wait in a long line.Some things are pricier, but they have fresh meat much cheaper than Kroger prices. Things that Kroger has shortages of, IGA has it there waiting for you on the shelf.

Not a terrible little store. It's really handy if you just need to pick up a couple things. They do have some interesting stuff here. I wouldn't want to get a large grocery order here though. There's just not enough selection, especially in the meat and produce department. They have a hot food section and while I don't recommend the fried chicken, the chicken tenders and potato wedges are pretty good.

The prices are ok. Not the best - maybe slightly better than a dollar general. The selection is rather decent for the size of store. What I kind of like is the fact it feels like an older supermarket from the 90s. Makes me very nostalgic when I'm in there. Great location in downtown, or what could be considered that

Very convenient but way higher than most places around. Like the fresh meat. Staff if helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well maintained. I like their colored adds for the week. Produce selection could be better.

Locally owned and operated. Money stays in the area. However, selections are limited and a bit more pricey than your average grocery. They do have a different margin on process, so this is to be expected.It's a good store for a small town. Let's hope the new Dollar General they put across the street doesn't put them out of business.

Since this is down the street from my job, We tend to order as a group from here and someone goes to pick it up. I will say I love their snack packs and for that alone have rated them a 5 stars. It is a clean grocery store/ food chain and I would recommend a visit if your ever going that way.

My husband and I were there last night. Got everything we needed. Took advantage of available sale items. Cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. Reallly knows how to pack those bags! Grest experience.

very bad experience. i went in there today to grab a few odds and ends and they didn’t have anything i needed . the service was horrible very slow. The workers seem to all have an attitude towards costumers which was rude and uncalled for. never shopping here again. these teenagers need an attitude check. KROGERS IT IS!

Very expensive. Convenient if you only need Staples like milk, bread etc., But definitely not a place for a full grocery shop. Prices are twice, sometimes three times what you would pay at Kroger or Walmart.

Sherry in the deli is the best employee at this IGA. She is kind, friendly, helpful and hardworking, always quick with cheerful greetings and ready to fulfill any requests. Sherry is an asset and deserves a raise now! Don't lose her, IGA!EDIT: You lost her, IGA, and quality in the deli immediately tanked. Sad.
