We just received our 5th Covid vaccine and Michael in the pharmacy was very polite and professional. Will miss Scott back there but things are in good hands. Alan and the complete staff are always so friendly and thankful. Nice neighborhood store to use.

I want to send Kudos to employee, Nikki, at Drug Mart, 110 Chestnut Commons Elyria, Ohio. I mentioned to Nikki that I saw a lot of broken glass where I parked. Immediately Nikki got a broom and cleared the glass. I was worried that someone would step out of their car and onto the glass. Nikki was friendly and reacted right away, which probably protected someone's feet or car tires. I hope Nikki and the other employees working on the Holiday enjoy a safe and Happy July 4th!

Except for people who too often do not add the courtesy card points to out receipts most of the time it is a good store. Tired of losing points however especially in pharmacy desk and drive through because they do not aalways add earned points with the coursyesycard even when told. We are disabled and having to go in have points added repeatedly or not on time is a hassel. Tired of having to email corporate to get points added.

I always love shopping at this store. The staff is always helpful and friendly and I always find great products. However, today when I shopped I had a negative experience while checking out w cashier Lashele. Her energy was whack.When I entered the check out, she was turned away reading her magazine, mask half way off her face, and given the glare was clearly bothered that I came into her line. She ignored my greeting and when I said it again she responded w a defensive attitude and glares.The rest of the checkout was uncomfortable. My brother was also in line behind me and had a similar experience w her.Another one of my family members went to Chelsea’s line and had a completely different experience, she was warm, friendly and wonderful!I understand these are difficult times and I appreciate all essential workers, but an experience like this really put me off. Lashele could use a re-evaluation.

Stacy at discount drug mart was excellent in getting my sister, who is disabled and needed a rollater and did it within days of her request. She even followed up to make sure it was delivered and everything was ok with it. Stacy made the process easy and stress free. Thank you so much for having a wonderful person like Stacy As an employee

Employees are uneducated on any of their policies. Had to cancel a transaction and they "didnt know" if I had to be there or not a d wound up wasting over 30 minutes in their store for what should have been 5 minutes. Did not comply or adapt to Covid-19 issues. Very, very poor customer service. 5/16/2020 in the "courtesy" station.

Had been going there since they opened and during the last couple of years of my wife's loosing battle with cancer we gave them thousands of dollars and the service was fair. But this last year they screwed up my prescriptions 4 times. I now go to the one in Jefferson.
