Greatest customer service ever. We've been buying everything we can from them since relocating here in Ashland for my job in 1998. I buy all my tools, a generator, and appliances and furniture from that side of their business as well. My wife LOVES their gift section, clothing, and boots, too. They carry so many things, and you'll be amazed that they have many hard to find items as well. I'm no spring chicken, and I like to use many kitchen items I've ALWAYS used in cooking and baking over the past 50+ years, (Yes ladies, I do all the cooking in our home, and I'm a darn good cook at that), so I'm kind of set on the things I like, which now is the old fashioned way, and probably not the easiest anymore, but you like what you like, and 98% of the time, they have the items I'm looking for. If they don't, they will gladly order it for you. I also go out of my way to support our local businesses rather than those corporate big box stores, even if I have to pay a little more. If you've never been there, I highly recommend them, bring your spouse, and plan on spending hours there exploring. True local business with great staff and exceptional service in both the hardware store and furniture/appliance store. They also do repairs and service!!! Try and get that from a big box store.
