This review is purely about the catering experience and ordering our wedding cake.Bakery: they were really kind and our cake came out amazing. Communication was good.Catering: this was the most stressful experience in planning a wedding. We ordered food almost a year in advance and getting closer to time Communication absolutely sucked. Seemed everytime I called the caterer was on vacation, we went 3 months were they would not respond to our emails or voicemails left when we were trying to contact them about our order being wrong and needing changed finally they reached out after we called and talked to another department a few times and turns out they switched managers in the caterering department and that's why we didn't hear back. Leading up to the day of our wedding no emails were responded to when we were trying to confirm all details and if anything else was needed from us. Our food did show up on time and everything for the most part was good besides the pulled pork which was dry. Would I hire them again? Probably not. Even though the food was there, good and relatively not bad in price the Communication was so stressful for an already stressed out bride and groom.

Used to be my go-to. Since the renovation, the lighting is obnoxious, workers have gotten rude, and we paid $6 for basically a cup full of ice/4 sips of a drink at Starbucks. Oh, and don't buy a cold fryer chicken! The worker told me they take the hot ones sitting under the heater all day & resell them the next day! That's beyond disgusting & unsafe handling! Even the decorative section used to be cute selections - now it looks like a fuddy-duddy garage sale. Half their produce is inedible. Soggy bok choy, brown lettuce, rotten potatoes, spotted tomatoes, ribbery carrots. Are they kidding? It's like they forgot they also have the worst prices in town! Sad bc I like to shop local.

Always a pleasant experience, friendly staff and the store is very clean and organized. Convenient for groceries or liquor. Highly recommend if you are a Starbucks coffee person as well!

Avoid this deli. The first time we noticed an issue, the employee didn't clean between our meats and we didn't really worry about it because it was ours. The next time I went, the employee got ready to put the meat down on top of someone else's mess, no idea what it was or how long it had been there. I mentioned it and she got mad at me for asking not to cut my meat on top of old meat from another customer. She legitimately argued with me that there was no reason for her to clean it off. I stopped today, hoping it had been a fluke. Luckily, the 5 employees behind the counter completely ignored me and I could just walk away after noticing old lunch meat clumped up all over the slicer again.

Ordered Meat and Cheese tray and a fruit tray. Everything was beautifully presented and everything was fresh . Very good quality. The catering manager was knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely order from them again if I was serving a large amount of people.

Last two times I was there two different clerks were rude. Had to wait til their personal conversation was over to ask a question. Another time I didn't understand something about a sale. She recited exactly what the paper said. I said I can read that, I just don't understand. She recited again..like I was a bad little girl. Going to Wooster for now on.

Love this Ohio owned store. Prices are a little higher but so is the quality. Best store by far in this area. Great organic selection as well as gluten free. Fresh bakery and deli that is wonderful. Fresh produce and an in house butcher shop with a fantastic fish and meat counter.There is a state liquor store and the best selection of craft brew and ciders anywhere west of I71. Shop here.

I love this store! (And yes, we're from Canada, so I might be a bit biased.)We stop here a couple of times a year, when we're either picking up or dropping off our daughter at AU. Sometimes we do a bit of grocery shopping, but usually we just pick up some wine and alcohol, as groceries are hard to get/claim across the border.First let me say, this store is so clean, you can eat off the floor. Well stocked and organized. The staff here is fantastically friendly and ever so helpful. Compared to some of the stores we've come across on our travels, this place is a gem.However, the most important thing to consumers, are the prices. As a Canadian, let me say that the prices here are low. Many items here priced a lot less than what are used to paying. Just for a quick comparison ... 1 gallon (approx. 4 lifers) of milk cost between $5-8 in Ontario, but I have also seen some stores selling 1/2 gallon (2 liter) cartons selling for $4-6. So, your milk is cheap!As for the wine and liquor, just a couple of quick comments ... I have never seen wine in cans for sale in Ontario (not sure if it's good or bad, but we don't have access to this). Also, I noticed that they have Dom Pérignon here for $181, and I remember seeing it in the LCBO (provincial liquor store in Ontario ... the only locations where we can buy booze) for somewhere around $300. So, a decently good deal here.I picked up a bottle of "Whistle Pig" bourbon here to bring back home, as I can't buy this in Ontario.Buehler's, keep up the fantastic job. It's always a pleasure for us to come here. See you next time.

Recently, the quality of items have seem to have gone down. The produce, especially strawberries, never seem to be fresh and I often find items on the shelves that are out dated.

Always clean & well stocked. Easy to find what you are looking for. Rare if u have to wait behind more than 3 people at a register. And sending ur groceries out to be loaded in your car is still the best experience in town!

Nice grocery store. Got 5 donuts, one of the 5 was 1/2 a donut. Donuts not cheap here. Normally some of the best around. Put more attention to detail when putting donuts in box ( please) . This was afternoon but before they put them on sale.

The store is excellent. Not only did the Ashland store win Store of the Year amongst the Buehlers chain in 2022. The employees are phenomenal. Customer service is always patient and understanding to situations or issue that may occur. As an employee and shopper of almost 3 years it doesn't get much better than this. Some reviews target the store negatively, however if you pay attention those reviews are from 2-5 years ago. Heavy changes in staff, and the overall handling of business has changed drastically. Prices are higher than most stores, but you won't get the same experience or quality of products anywhere else.

I stopped in on Labor Day, just before closing, and was amazed by how pleasant everyone was. Great selection, friendly staff, my only regret is that I don't live close enough to shop here regularly.
