The fact that a pet store can keep live animals in such vile conditions while asking the public to trust them with advice on our own pets is alarming. I assume the managers are just as cheap and lazy as ever to ignore the birds that are clearly in need of veterinary attention. Clearly the bird in the picture has splay legs and something wrong with his back which is evident to anyone looking at the bird and should be evident to the people “caring” for them. he can hardly hold himself up on his legs which isnt helped by the lack of appropriate sized perches. not a single toy in the cage. What else..keeping animals as intelligent as birds in a run down pet store to sell to incompetent owners is a red flag itself, the incompetence of the employees about any animal care advice is another, the parakeets solo in cages is another, the over sized perches so big that the birds can’t even hold them selves up, the disgusting conditions in the bird, ferret, and reptile tanks.the list could go on

Great store and delivery service. I stop in when I need fun stuff for my Malamute, but having the big bag of food dropped off at my door is a lifesaver!

The pickup service is so convenient....I place the order, drive over and open the back hatch so they can load up the heavy items I purchased!Staff is always pleasant...both when I pick up the order or go into the store. Have been coming here for years (even after I moved to the east side!)

I submitted an application to adopt a cat. The employees said nobody had put an application in yet. I called to follow up on my application and was notified that someone else had adopted the cat and I was never notified. This is a shady business and I would highly recommend not using them.

Absolutely appalling care of the ferrets within Pet Supplies Plus - there is no excuse for the living spaces of these animals to have this significant of a build up of feces. Photos are from today 12/21/2021.

A huge variety of pet foods are available here at decent prices. Very clean and organized throughout. Staff is helpful. The pricing on some items a little higher than Pet People. Perhaps doing a little price comparison shopping will help in that area. Overall a great place to shop for your 4 legged kids.

The store was clean, and I liked the layout of the products. I wasn't greeted upon entering, and it would have saved me a long time searching for something behind the counter. Overall, it was a good shopping trip and I will go back.

This is one of the best pet supplies plus stores in the area. Everyone is super friendly, they care a lot for all the animals in the store, they're very helpful, and they have great stock that not all the other stores have (freeze dried raw treats from vital essentials - which I used to get from pet people before Hollywood feed bought them out and screwed up the stores).

One of my 15 week old puppies first store experiences and this team knocked it out of the park with customer service. My puppy was nervous upon entering the store and by the time we left, I think she wanted to fill out an application! Kudos to this very special team of associates. I will never shop any place else!!!!

The sales associates and managers are always friendly and helpful. Always professional and willing to help out. I always find what I'm looking for. I particularly like the Canada Pooch/Dog line of leashes, collars harnesses and accessories. I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus Upper Arlington. Max, one of the managers, is always helpful

We got here as they were locking the doors on a Sunday evening. They opened the door back up and asked if we knew what we wanted. We did, and they let us in, helped us find our large bag of specialty dog food and we're totally friendly about it. 5 stars!!!!!

Be wary of the price stickers on products when you check out. Big red sale price sticker above product was not what was rung up at checkout. A difference of 10.00 dollars. Fairly significant IMO. No real savings or deals to be had at this store. Chewy was cheaper, but unfortunately I needed it now, so I guess that's the price I had to pay.I'll plan better in the future and won't be returning.

Every time I go to Pet Supplies Plus in Upper Arlington, the staff is friendly and willing to help. If I can't find something, they offer to help. If I want advice, they provide direction from their knowledge base. It's pleasure to shop there for my cat. I appreciate the excellent service!

They are currently redoing the inside to be more navigable. Love their connection with local cat adoption agencies. Wish they had more live food options for reptiles. Has always been our go to pet supply store for all my boys pets - turtles, budgies, cockatiel, cats, gerbils, hamsters, gecko, etc

This store has really gone downhill. The staff are clearly not trained. They don't know what products they even carry let alone knowing anything about the products. The store is in disarray. I understand supply issues but the products they do have on the shelves look like they were just tossed on. Empty containers left on the shelves. When was the last time they took inventory and cleaned up the shelves of wet cat food? Very messy. The rest of the store now seems grungy. Other pet stores have more products than this PSP. This used to be my go to Pet store, but not anymore.

Curbside pickup is super easy and fast -- it makes picking up dog food so much less of a hassle. The employee came out very quickly after I notified them of my arrival and loaded the food right into my trunk. They included a thank you card with my last order which was a nice touch and very unexpected. Prices are comparable to other places but the Pet Supplies Plus Neighbor Rewards program makes the food cheaper in the long run.

Shelves are always stocked. Very clean. Friendly staff and a great Manager. I have never been during peak times, but when ever there has been more that 2 people waiting in line they are quick to open up a second register. Prices are really good when conspired to competitors. Some supplies are limited due to avalaible suppliers always check their website to double check. Curb side pick up is an awesome feature.

Nice selection of quality treats and dog food. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Management is very accommodating. They love our dachshunds here.My only complaint is the fish department. Dead fish are left on shelves to rot. Bettas aren't cared for. Lots of misinformation regarding fish care is given and when you try to talk to someone, they argue with you. I wanted to give this store a better review, but until they address the issue with fish care, I cannot.

Excellent Service, Caring , Very Knowledgeable store was very clean. Alex was very knowledgeable and patient with me took care of the fish that I wanted. I got a chance to see Jeff the manager has expertise in his field. Now my 38 gallon aquarium beautiful. This store has gorgeous (Cichlids) nice color fish and nice size Pleco Fish. I definitely recommend this store and location.

if I could do zero stars I would in a heart beat i am not a fan I used to work for this exact company and I was fired because of favoritism I am beyond disappointed in the store Manger jeff for firing me because of my disability and I have since tried to apply Many times because the jobs its self is by far one of my favorites and each time I apply I get a lie back from the mangers that they need to check with the store Manger firing me because I took a mental health day and i told my boss at the time so jeff needs to start being a man and explain to people why I was fired from that job for the wrong reason all because I took a day off for my disability and that's discrimination.
