The staff is always very friendly. I love all of the sales they always have. The sushi bar is always an amazing addition. The cheese selection is huge, and they always have great premade meals and snacks. Starbucks being inside is also very convenient.

Produce is usually fresh. They do have a good wine selection & some of the popular beers along with a small hard liquor section. I do not remember the liquor section hours. (Check there website) Lately, I have noticed that some items are always out of stock, which is a bit annoying, especially if I need it to make a meal, now I have to go to another store. I do recommend either using the kroger app or website to check for deals, coupons & see if what you need is in stock. There have been a few times when the app has not been updated & it stated an item was in stock when it was not. The employees are very helpful & nice.

This place is always so busy.. most of the people shopping are totally rude. The parking lot is always packed.. finding parking is crazy. They also don't honor the coupons that kroger sends you in the mail.. save your sanity go to a different kroger.Also don't order online and have food delivered, they'll deliver it when you're not home and don't honor the drop off times

Love Kroger's, wish the one that was by me wouldn't have moved. Wasn't moved to much further still my store. I have no complaints as of now. I am hoping the stuff I'm hearing isn't true. I never leave the store unhappy and def will be going back

This location should be ashamed of its customer service, its support to supervisors and the quality of the click list service. Chicken with fresh produce, items missing with not being informed, wrong items packed, produce not bagged and contaminated with raw meat. It’s ridiculous! Then you get a “refund” and get the run around from the store managers the headquarters, and customer support. What is Kroger doing? You are supposed to provide quality service to your customers and your staff. You are failing in Amelia… still waiting on my refund from “7-10” business days ago. I’ve offered to come in for a refund, to take store credit. 🦗🦗

Okay, so it’s the day after Thanksgiving and my family is doing their Thanksgiving celebration tomorrow. So my wife and I have been desperately looking for a Flavor Injector and a Turkey Brine bag. Today was the LAST chance we had to find what we needed.After going to several stores and coming up empty handed, we found EXACTLY what we needed! And even got a great deal! Buy One Flavor Injector and get One Other Utensil FREE! Unfortunately they were out of regular Turkey Basters but Amelia Kroger came in with the Win!We also were able to find the 8lbs-24lbs Turkey Brine Bags too!This made our day and ensures we can have a successful Thanksgiving tomorrow!Amelia Kroger, thanks for being prepared for the Holidays!

Very nice store. Usually well stocked and they get unique or specialty items more than others. Today they had run out of the Breyers chocolate ice cream that's on sale... all too common to happen at all Kroger really.

It's Kroger, they lie about their prices. The yellow sticker with the 'deal' you see all around the store? Those aren't sales for everyone, only for people with the super exclusive ultra Kroger rewards plus card and then they wait until you think you're getting a bunch of groceries cheap and charge you full price at the register, crazy how Meijer, Walmart, jungle Jims or anyone else can make their money without lying to and stealing from their customers with deceptive business practices, but not Krogers.

This Marketplace is a good store. It's clean, the employees are nice, and they have a nice variety of products.That said, Clicklist needs a major overhaul. I'm pretty sure there is only one poor soul working there. Which wouldn't be a problem in itself; I don't mind waiting a few minutes for my groceries. The problem starts with the lazy order pickers. Meat and produce requests are rarely completed as ordered. Don't even try to get anything from the meat department that's on the flyer. They will tell you they don't have it, but you can walk in and buy it. If I have to go in and shop, it defeats the purpose.My opinion is that clicklist should be terminated if it cannot be operated properly. Put those employees to work in the store.11/23: These folks are killing it on Thanksgiving Eve. It was like a well oiled machine in the store.

Their digital coupons are a total farce. You login you go through all the steps and it doesn't work. They basically offer you discounts and with the app they do everything they can to make sure you don't get them. Their app is way too complicated (on purpose).

Pick up service here is the worst ever! Waited in my car for 15 minutes; girl finally comes over to say you should have gotten a call, our system crashed, but we're working on it if you want to stay 15 minutes longer, or come back. I needed my order, so I decided to stay. 20 minutes later, another kid comes over and says it will be another 45. Ughhhhh, lean to communicate if you have issues doing your job!!! A text ( not a call-who answers unknown numbers) and freaking verify that the message was received. 50 minutes waisted

This store has gone way downhill since the pandemic. Stocking items that are on sale is atrocious. They bought out the old employees to retire and now most of the employees at pierce twp. are rude. Especially the deli. Jungle Jim's deli is so much better. I have mostly switched to other stores because of the stocking issues. The management and ordering in this store is poor.

Made an appointment for my son online. They asked what for and I selected physical. They don't give you an option for pre op physical and he doesn't have an option he has to have the surgery. So it asked for his insurance and I put in the info just to get to the store and them tell him they don't take any insurance for any physical! Why did I have to waist my time being asked his info if it is invalid for 1 and 2 why didn't they inform on the web page when making the appointment that they don't take insurance 😒. Didn't even know he needed money to go in! Will never let anyone I know go to the clinic there again! Get your stuff right! Stop treating people like they don't matter! This reflects on the kroger store as well! Also the store is always out of everything! If they are not then they just don't stock it!

On 4/14/23 I found a piece of metal in a Home Chef Lasagna. Called the store, left a message with details. No one returned my call. Went into the store a few days later and asked to speak with a manager. Waited about an hour for her to show up . She didn't! I left after telling the clerk what I thought and apologized to her for my language and that it was not directed at her! I spent nearly 40 years in the insurance business, and there's not much I haven't seen in the product liability field. I was trying to alert the store of a problem that they could have if others found metal in their food! I wanted NOTHING from you and made that clear! I left my receipt, the cover of the product with the date & lot number on it along with the metal I pulled out of my mouth! I have not even received an acknowledgement that the store manager was alerted to the problem. I will NOT shop at that store again. I hope no one breaks a tooth, chokes to death, or suffers serious injury from a piece of metal that appeared to have broken off a piece of machinery. If they do, and I hear about it, I assure you that I will do anything and everything I can to help them to recover for their loss!Carol Hazelbaker

Not worth coming too. This store is always crowded, when I go shopping I go to a Kroger with a Starbucks, well I will go the extra mile to Anderson. I stopped going to this Starbucks in this Kroger about 2 or 3 weeks ago (I was a regular, spent a lot of money on a lattee everyday) but I stopped going because it was always something with the workers there, they don't feel like making drinks and so they will make any excuse not too, Starbucks is the funnest and easiest job I've ever had, it's not that hard. Anyways, whether making up this machine down that's down this out that out, but then 10 minutes later it's magically working or stocked just depending who's working. Well I went back tonight to get a card for my husband for dads day, decided is try the place again see if it got better .. it did not. This time she REFUAED to take my order cause He HAD to take a break.. so unprofessional. They're slow and awful. So not come to this Kroger or Starbucks.

Kroger starbucks has the rudest people... especially the green hair lady... she felt the need to scream at me and say she wasnt making anymore drinks... if starbucks was going to close early just say so... dont treat your customers this way.

I love this Kroger. My only complaint is the online shopping and how many products are not available when you place your order. Or they send u the list of substitutions n you do not get any time to respond n it's over. I know it's hard to predict inventory but it could be a little bit better n up to date. Thanks

Some good deals. Most items a bit overpriced. Have to work with their weekly sales. For me the store has gotten too far from a grocery store. Too many items not kitchen related. Makes you walk too far when you just want to pick up a couple items. They do carry a wide selection.
