We tried the doggy wash station and it was so worth the money! Everything was user friendly and easily accessible. Our dogs have never smelt so clean or been as soft and fluffy as they were after using this doggy wash. *note, we have labs so they’re not the fluffiest dogs to begin with.We absolutely love this store! It’s so nice to bring the dogs along as we do our shopping.

I just had the absolute best shopping experience at this location today! Their customer service is spot on! I'd love to recognize the two employee's that helped me load a propane firepit today. I wish I would have gotten their names. They were walking into the store & I stopped them to ask for help. Without any hesitation they both jumped at the opportunity! Also the sweet blonde girl that was at the checkout counter truly went above and beyond to help me find and purchase exactly what I needed. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Keep up the amazing work!

Thanks to Jennifer for making me feel comfortable when I come into the store. She has this big bright smile and comforting voice that makes you understand what she is explaining to you. She's very helpful and know what a person likes and needs. Need more like her in that store.

My absolute favorite store! The only place I shop for my dogs. Great prices! Their home decor is adorable! Great selection of clothing and kids clothing. You can basically find anything you need here.

walked in 20 mins before closing was greeted right away by a very nice cashier asked about a dog cone , she took me right to it was extremely polite was a breeze going in there give that girl a raise! i think her name was daizee as seen on the reciept

Good store for pet and farm supply. Also have tools, hardware, vehicle accessories, clothing, lawn care, and even a dog grooming area you can rent out.

Went into the Williston store on a Thursday, bought a 60' Bad boy mower for 6,400$ came back on a Saturday to pick up mower. Nobody touched it or put it together, was still sitting in the metal crate. Manager Trudie, was rude about the whole situation. Some friendly neighbor program you have going on there. All she said was nobody wants to work, made excuses on why it wasn't put together. She did not offer to put it together just said she could maybe have someone put it together later that day, District manager Jeremy reached out on Monday to resolve things, When we agreed upon a sale, the mower had already been sold to someone else. He tried searching in the area for another mower. Nothing available and was told I would have to go into the store and order a mower, which no guarantee on delivery date. Will not be doing business at tractor supply anymore. Horrible customer service. Corey was very helpful with the whole situation, Manager needs better training, could only imagine how she treats her employees.

Extremely helpful. I called on the phone asking if they had a certain product and Nick held onto it for me until I got there and answered all of my questions. I really appriciate how much he helped and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and directed me to where I needed to go.

I have had great experiences here, especially today! There was this really nice guy named Zach who stopped and helped me out with a really heavy bag of dog food and gave me some really good advice! I would definitely recommend shopping here! Great service!

After experiencing the worst branch of this chain in Minot feel I need to shout out to you guys for your great customer service. Keep being a boss. Maybe you can train the minot staff on the proper ways of customer service they have severe attitude internal problems. Don't ask for shots or where the bins are that they said were out front but weren't. They will roll eyes and act up and don't say aw cute chickens or the girl putting them out will get an attitude. So THANK YOU for being so AWESOME.

My experience at this tractor supply was alright, and not quite as good as what I've come to expect from an otherwise great retail chain. The store was clean, lay out was sensical, stuff was easy to locate, and priced fairly and accordingly. The staff wasn't that great. One item I needed that facilitated in my trip there was out of stock. When I asked a lady if there was any in the back she went and was gone for about a half hour, went back to what she was previously doing while totally ignoring me, and told me 'no' when I approached and asked her again as if I was the one inconveniencing her. The gal at checkout was much more pleasant and better at her job though....hence the three star instead of two star rating.

Manager was rude to my 9 year old son as we were trying raise $ for local animal rescue and Salvation Army. Shut us down, whined about our coats and called me a liar when I’ve stated we had down this the previous 3 years. Even have picture proof of our previous missions.We will take our business and charity efforts to a business who cares about its communities.

Do not go here to buy puppy or kitten vaccines. None of the employees can open the cabinet to sell them. Only the store manager can so if shes not there your out of luck.

They have a lot of things, but when it comes to knowledgeable employees, they are lacking. They always need to find someone else or look it up, so don't ask if you are in a hurry or you will have to wait for the answer

Very disappointed in the quality of staff and their unprofessionalism...my pregnant daughter asked for help loading 50# feed bags and NO ONE HELPED!!! Don't know if they have new management but this store has really gone down hill...

Recently went in for a simple transfer tank hose swivel and shelves are quite bare. Not just pertaining to transfer tanks either. Other TSC I have been in recently have plenty of selection in that department and others

All the associates I've dealt with are always super friendly and are also very helpful. I've never been made to feel like I was inconveniencing someone when asking for help. Also, Virgil (I think is his name) is funny and always cracks me up asking if I need large equipment (snowblower, lawn mower, etc.) when I come in for dog food.

Motorcycle won’t start after shopping at tractor supply went in to see if they had battery. Cory Ginther came out and help put battery in and got the motorcycle started. Wonderful young man.

Went for a specific part, the first CS rep was trying his best, but did not understand what I needed. He went to get a manager, waited 10 min for the manager, she seemed to buzz around looking, but not accomplishing anything, for 15 min. Finally I was told that the part is unavailable by itself and must be purchased as an assembly.IMHO, it seemed to be a lot of "show" of service, but they did it politely and well, just long and drawn out.
