Stopped for a coffee. The order was taken, and I waited over 15 minutes with no coffee. I left. Won't be back soon. Wouldn't have minded so much if the kid taking the order was busy, but he was visiting with apparent friends at the counter. Couldn't take the time to fill a cup of coffee. Disappointing.

In terms of quality it tastes like McDonald’s…the burgers just gave all of the ingredients basically thrown in the box, everything is everywhere - not put together well at all. Still, it always tastes consistently good.Here’s the MAJOR issueCHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving! The most consistent thing about this particular McDonald’s is that they constantly forget random things in your order if you’re ordering more than 1 meal. Honestly - I’ve had orders with missing Big Macs, missing fries, 6pc chicken McNuggets and breakfast burritos.I still like going, but just make sure you check exactly what is packed especially with little items (ie 5 hashbrowns but only 3-4 in the bag)If they could improve those two things, it would be a good little McDonald’s

Imagine you're in line at a grocery store waiting to pay for your items. It becomes your turn and the cashier waves ahead a person behind you because they have less items in their cart. That's exactly what pulling ahead in "reserved" drive-thru spot is. Unreasonable wait times.And my McDouble was cold. You suck.

I ordered on the app and waited 15 minutes before going to pick it up as it was a big order. When I got there, the app wouldn't let me check in. I went inside and let them know. No one could find my order. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager. A manager never came out to talk to me but instead told them to ask my name. I told them and the manager said my order had been bagged up and sitting there the whole time. I told her I wanted my order remade as I was not going to take 45 minute old food. When I got home, the fries were soggy and everything was cold. I do not believe they remade my order.

Easily the exact reasons to never eat at Mc Donald's.Spent forever in line just to be given the wrong order and then 10 mins later when they handed us the correct order, I bite into my Chiken sandwich and surprise a very hard dark gross brown black lump of good old mystery meat *BARF*

The food was decent for McDonald's, they only forgot one thing in our order, which is pretty good overall. They main reason for the lower rating was that in the restaurant the only way to order when we were there was the electronic screen which is super frustrating to use. The staff was friendly and helpful and it would have been great to just order from them.

Pretty displeased. Ordered $60 worth of food, only to discover that several things in the order were wrong. No bacon, when we were charged for it, was the worst. Fries were soggy and greasy. One burger ordered without onions, got onions. Maybe that was their idea of a fair trade!🤪We were under a time crunch, or I'd have gone back.

Edit: ANYONE THAT LEAVES A BAD REVIEW GETS RETALITATED AGAINST. My husband and I are trying to become home owners, I decided to get a job I applied to mcdonalds hired on the spot only to find out, they hired me to " teach me a lesson" to prove that their workers wether good or bad had an excuse to serve bad food and have bad mannerisms. They purposely would talk bad, ask me in a non friendly joking way " how do you like working here?" Purposely leave me to fend for myself while everyone else got helped, I'd be constantly left on drive through 1 while being told no one else during night shift was allowed even though when I entered my shift the manager Kyle was running drive thru 1. They wouldn't bag my orders so I would to. The managers would constantly leave and be no where to find when I needed help but any other coworker, right there with help. DRIVE THRU 2 constantly leaves their post then tells drive thru 1 tell me when the line moves. That's literally their only job is to take orders and cash out customers . Tonight it went to a an entire breaking point when they started to place orders behind a container instead of infront of it so I had to search while cooks were laughing. They gossip about every customer and love to mention the heavy set customers like " of course you would order X amount of food" and giggle about it.I'm done coming here, not only have they messed every single order I've ever made, the young girls think it's social hour and instead of taking the orders they gossip with other Co workers then ask you to repeat NOT ONCE NOT TWICE but 5 times. I'm sorry but it's called work not play time. The fact they can't even get orders correctly but you're ignored when they are taking your order and then have the audacity to be like well I couldn't hear you because they are socializing it's beyond unprofessional period the fact they left their head set on and started talking badly about the customers is horrendous.

I have went there six times in this week every time they get our order wrong.My girlfriend has a pickle allergy and we tell them no pickles every time but they still put pickles on and give us attitude when we ask them to fix it.John the "manager" sucks. He's absolutely rude and disrespectful.Would not recommend unless you're on your deathbed. I love McDonald's but not this one.

It's been 6 years since I'd been to this McD's, and I was shocked to see about 9 of the 12 workers standing around chatting, while about 3 actually worked. Busy lunch rush. Most customers inside waited 30 min. for their small bag of food. The 9 non-working employees didn't seem to be in any hurry.Right before we got our food, one of the managers said 5 people didn't show up; I can see why. If the majority of workers stood around & chatted while only a small # of other workers actually did the work, especially in a busy rush when everyone should be working (together), I don't blame those 5 workers for not showing up. Maybe they were offered a new job.McD's is supposed to have a great mgr. training program, so I am surprised the mgrs. in Wahpeton don't address the laziness in the majority of workers. When the # of employees = # of small orders in a 1/2 hour period--like it was today--the wait times should be much, much shorter. It's hard to believe how this store could be making a decent profit. All they would need to do is to keep the employees who work during their shift (instead of grift).

This McDonald’s is terrible usually. Will I keep going there? Yeah, because it’s one of the only restaurants in this small town.In the past, I have received orders this missing or wrong orders. The holy grail of it is that we have received a chicken nugget meal with a bite taken out of a nugget.Just today, I ordered on the app for 5 people to pick up curbside. They have given us the wrong happy meal, which has proven difficult because a little kid with the wrong food does not mix. Also, they left out an entire 6pc chicken nugget.I have since left because we live out of town, which is a normal thing around here.

The drive through lanes aren't as efficient as a 1 lane. 4 cars went through lane 2 before lane 1 was able to merge in.Food is usually consistent on taste.Fries are a bit salty at this location.Fountain pop is always great!

Ordered a Happy meal for my grandson who's 4 years old and they gave me apple slices no caramel for him to dip it in then they forgot the chocolate milk with the Happy meal another time I ordered a fish fillet with light on the tartar sauce and they didn't put cheese on it like they always do. not always happy with McDonald's

Went through the drive thru, ordered meals and frozen cokes. The person at the window handed out the cokes as they leaked from the top and went all over. They just stood there and looked me until I asked if I could get napkins. Why did I have to ask for napkins? It should have been given automatically. The person at the window wasn't bad but kind of dismissed us very quickly. Not a total bad experience, but they need to have people at the window that actually take customer service seriously.

I remember a dollar menu, and a 16 year old working the till. Now my chicken sandwich is microwaved and my grandmother works at the window. I say what ever the value "not the amount" of the funds were at the time of deposit should reflect now. A dollar back then bought 4 gallons of gas or more. Your savings should adjust also its not right.

Usually they are pretty good. I need to change the star rating. Today, 5/3 was a disappointing visit. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder, funny thing is there is no bacon and my daughter wanted barbecue sauce for her nuggets. Guess what, no sauce. I worked as an assistant manager at a restaurant in town and mistakes like this are why places lose business. The sad part is that the receipt has what I actually ordered. Folks, you don't have to be an MIT graduate to read what's on the screen. The person taking my money at the window was very blah when coming to the window. She did say hi, but after that I had no real interaction with her.I understand jobs dealing with the public can be tough, stressful and sometimes you just want to choke them, but things like this are the reason why people go elsewhere for food or they cook at home. And I understand these type of jobs are not glamorous or even a career, but you still have to please the customers. Thank you. Update on 9/01/2022. Went through drive thru, ordered meals, got home and again we had two different meals than what we ordered. Folks, come on, I understand you're busy, and maybe it's the lack of staff or whatever the reason, but as a former restaurant worker, double check to make sure the right stuff is with the right car. My daughter wanted two chicken sandwiches, we received one, I wanted a 2B, received a Double Deluxe. Makes me wonder what the car that was waiting for their food had ordered.
