Purchased a salad recently, brought it back and cashier argued with us. Salad was bought, went to go try eating it, found a black piece of hair in salad, and then got to looking more and the salad was brown. We brought salad back, let cashier know, she continued to argue. She asked if we would like a new one? We went back and the same with the other salad, lettuce was brown and gooey. Cashier goes why did u bring that up here if you were not going to purchase it? So leave a salad in the cooler for another person to take and get sick?

Got there around 11:30PM, with a friend, she grabbed her stuff and next, I saw her putting it all back. I like taking my time looking at the novelties. Asked why she wasn't getting her items and she states the cashier won't allow her to use cash so I offer to pay with my card, took a good 10 minutes to look some more so now it is closer to 11:50PM. Approaching the register and all of them are closed? A cashier walks forward asking me if I am paying with a card and I reply yes. He is looking and sounding really nasty and mean so trying to just get out of there I set my stuff down and push the sign stating it is closed out of my way. He pushed the sign against all the stuff back in the way and yells at me that he is doing a shift change. Why did you ask me if I was using a card and why is the store open if no one is allowed to check out? Left all the stuff there on the counter and we went to Loves and will remember to hit Loves from now on and not waste our time at the ghetto. I got better service and products from Loves.

This service station is about equivalent to a pilot or flying Js. They have your fuel in several different grade options, including E85. They also have on or off road diesel, and Def. They have a restraunt inside that serves food from 5:30am to 8pm. All your refreshments and snacks, bait, decently clean restrooms. Plus an onsite carwash. Now, the downside is; there are a few of the restaurant staff that are extremely rude. I had said something about this and got told that he was a manager. So needless to say nothing got done until I called corporate. Also, watch the dates on the snack foods you buy. I have found a few times to be expired by days or even a week. For these reasons I give them a 6/10.

Good place! The bad first: always check the time on the hot food. The employees are not good at taking it off after time. The good: Always have clean bathrooms and a wide variety of hot food. Lots of novelties and collectibles sold here. Fair variety of snack options. They also have fishing bait.

Met some of the crew. Nikita, Eric, Tracy, Callen, John, Jett fixed 2 eggs over medium, crispy thick bacon, toast, hash browns. AWESOME secret place, over 20 truck parking places. Showers, food, real eggs (not out of carton).

I normally like this place, but the other day I had a staff member make an ignorant remark to me in front of other employees, because I was squinting in the store. He assumed I was high and asked me about how good the stuff I smoked was. I was squinting because of a vision disability. I was very annoyed at this ignorant remark and expect better from an employee, clearly there needs to be some retraining here.

Didn't realize the burgers I grabbed were 6 hrs old. Time, temperature creates bacteria...Check the food times here! Went back in and grabbed a pizza that was only 2hrs old it was doughy.

I just met this cashier named Ivan and he was so charming, handsome, sweet, and overall charming. He definitely deserves a raise if you ask me:))

The past three times I've stopped here and bought a car wash with my gas I go over to the car wash and it is said it's closed even though I see someone sitting in there. If your car wash is closed you shouldn't sell the car wash at the pump. That's very dishonest

I just read bad reviews about petro serve. Valley city. ,my experience., 0n several different occasions was Very good food. Today's was. Lasagna with garlic toast. Was perfect 👌. Also. Chicken, dumpling soup. Was perfect. I wouldn't know where to go to find better food. It's clean, modern, and nice

1. Only 80.00 at pump so you have to go to Steele to finish filling. I guess they only want a little business2. To damn lazy or cheap to fix the pump printer or refill the paper

Food not very good, employees not very friendly, prices are off the hook. 5 dollars for diaper wipes, 30 dollars for food for 2.5 ppl 1.69 for bug juice for toddler. If people ever wise up and stop eating whatever is handed to them, and start taking it back and asking for their money back, then and only then will these big companies improve on the quality of food they sell as well as their customer service.

Hauling a trailer meant one more stop for gas on our way through ND. We'd hoped to make it to Fargo but the car said we'd be 10 miles short. So we stopped here. The gas was priced well, and the windshield washing fluid got the bugs off, but that's not why your reading the reviews. The bathrooms We're clean and modern. They provided a waste basket near the door so you can throw away your paper towel after opening the door. Those clean hands will be appreciated when you stop by the grill area to pick up hot food prepared onsite. We skipped the hot food and got some soft serve ice cream.

My wife came through not to long ago when her vehicle broke down and they were very nice and accomadting to her and our kids. We came back to get her vehicle and had biscuits and gravy, I'd totally come back the 4 hours here just for the biscuits and gravy.

Car wash ripped off my factory spoiler on a G8. Was instructed to fill out a piece if paper and they will get ahold of me at their convenience. They act like it is no big deal like that should happen every now and then in a car wash. The expertise in management is lacking with a situation like this. Thanks for the clean car. Your motto should be " works so good, washes your car parts right off"It ripped the spoiler right off my car now I lost quarter mile time and gas mileage

I go in Petro Serve all the time, during the day the staff are always doing something. Have never been in there with a messy bathroom or store . Evening and overnight staff seem little more laid back but always friendly and clean.

It's been recently renovated and is fantastic! Many gas pumps, huge shoppe and big and clean bathrooms! Hard for a semi but great for cars or moving trucks and places for dogs to pee. Great stop.

Bad experience with not recognizing my credit card. Turned around and left. Rather run out of gas than use a Petro like that one. Be advisedl, if you’re in a hurry, dump this place.

A better place to stop on the Bismarck-Fargo stretch of the 94. It's modern, clean and has very great food.
