I only use the drive thru and am always served quickly. They have the BEST cheese burgers in town, so worth every penny. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh, the buns soft and the grilled burger has that taste only grilled stuff has.Their ice cream treats are amazing! I like that there's a variety of sizes to chose from.Love thus place!

Awful, just awful. Took my order, waited over 45 minutes for our food. The kitchen was placing food packages on the pass thru and the cashier had no idea where they went. He was sorting thru tickets and just guessing as he bagged and boxed orders. Our meal was made incorrectly twice. The kitchen staff came out and looked at my receipt thinking I was making it up. People were left digging thru bags and boxes placed on the counter because he had no idea if orders were correct or what order numbers they were. I didn’t order ice cream but that was a circus for people that did. The employee in charge of ice cream that night was extremely slow, there was a line of people waiting and then in walk his own children, and he serves them ip some ice cream cones on the house immediately and they leave. Not even paying customers. Never ever going back. This place needs to close and focus on training their employees.

I would of made a take out order. I called every 10 roughly minutes from 10:45 to 12:02 when they finally answered the phone. Then when they answered the phone. I mentioned that i habe been trying to mame an order for an hour and a half. I got put on hold right away. No big deal but 30 minutes later still on hold. I hung up and gave up i guess Dairy Queen does not want my business today.

Might as well lock the doors. Thinking sometimes they don't have food, so take the grandkids for ice cream.....guess what? In the middle of the afternoon two days ago. Only have food, no ice cream? Uncalled for. Who is the manager of this poorly run place??

-3 stars. Stanly ND Dairy Queen never fails to leave me unimpressed with terrible service. Their dine in option is consistently hit and miss for being open and now today there apparently is not a food option only ice cream. Extremely unbecoming of a food restaurant.

Went in to get two chocolate shakes. 5 people working in there we had to wait 15 mins before ordering. We finally got our shakes. At 7:00. We walked out. Four others walked up to order. And they had locked the door. They went around to the other opening to get in there. And they won’t serve them. The store is open til 10:00. This is not cool. DQ in Stanley nd

The line is never long enough that it's a problem, prices are fair, and food is the quality I expect from a Dairy Queen. The problem I have with this place is that nearly every single time I've stopped they've gotten something crucial about my order wrong! I've gotten drinks I didn't want, food I didn't order, and once even toppings I was allergic to. I cannot recommend this particular Dairy Queen to anyone else like this, and perhaps I'm just unlucky, or there is an issue I am unaware of. As clearly a good portion of people haven't had a bad experiences like I have. But I still rated to this place based on said experiences. And doubt I will be eating form this place for the foreseeable future.

Sat in line for 30 min just to pull up to speaker to order at 8:03 to see a sign on the speaker that they stopped serving food at 8:00 only offering shakes. Instead of putting a sign at the entrance stating such. Good job DQ 👍🏻

Drive through is usually full out onto the street. Staff was nice. My hamburger tasted pretty mediocre and the fries were okay though the fries were all pretty short which marks them as a cheaper variety. Overall I won't be back unless I have no other choice.

Was in line to order at 9:45pm which they close at 10pm their was only 1 car ahead of me and nobody behind got to window at 10:05pm and said they were closed. I will drive to minot or williston before I stop here again depends on whose working usuallyits no big deal. Also food is very greasy! Change your grease out Stanley DQ. All food tastes the same.

My better half went there in 7/20/2022 around 7 or 8 and they refused to fix him any food. They said the only thing they can do are blizzards. It was only drive thru but clearly stated dine in available. Very poor device waste of time

Saturday May 29th 6:30 pm.....if there is an owner or shift manager around it would be very beneficial to your business to spend some time training this crew. From understanding orders to making the correct blizzard to teaching them to understand the receipts. They really need some help.

Ordered a small hot fudge sundae. The cup was half full. Next time ordered a large to see if I got a different result. Nope. Cup was half full. Not getting what we are paying for. The one thing I will say is that employees have been polite.

Came in at around 9pm from out of town only to find they were closed. Online hours and the hours on the window stated that they are open till 10. This is not the first time this has happened. Would not ever rely on this place be open if you are making it part of your plans.

have y’all heard no ice cream at DAIRY Queen?! Well they closed their chill down because they were under staffed and they didn’t even have many cars. How would the higher up of DQ feel if they found out their employees weren’t doing ice cream, and weren’t selling what they are advertising.

They do well for being the only fast food place in Stanley, as for the rest of the reviews on here.. I’d say they arn’t aware of any sorts there in the Bakken and what that entails

Ordered $55 worth of food including a strawberry banana milkshake, a strawberry milkshake, and a blt sandwich with ranch dressing. When she brought the drinks she didn’t know which one was the strawberry banana milkshake and when she was asked her reply was “I don’t know, I don’t mix them” SMFH 😡 Then we go through the items and NO ranch dressing or straws for the milkshakes.
