I get all my cat food and litter here along with dog food. And so far, they love it. My dog is 8 and loves their bone and pig ears, I'd recommend it if you have an older but very energetic dog and kitty's.Also, it's good if you're into home repairs and/ or art stuff because there's tons of cool things for little projects

Cheerfully greeted upon entering. I needed a 2" ratchet strap to secure the ramps on a customer's trailer I was delivering. Sales associate promptly took me to what I came to purchase. Paid for it went to the trailer to secure the ramps. Upon a final walk around I always do before driving I noticed that my coolant was dripping. So I went back inside again cheerfully greeted told a different sales associate my need thus time & was directed to my need. Paid for it and was told to have a great day, come back soon. Location of this Tractor Supply was at Harvey ND.

Usually very happy shopping here. Very helpful employees. However today (Sunday) I stopped in at 11 as the their website said they were open and I came in especially to get a certain type cat food they only carry in Harvey. The doors opened and as I got out the employee said We don’t open til 12. I told him it said 11 on website and they need to change it then. To which there was no reply. This is why I choose to shop elsewhere sometimes. I do believe in supporting local business and they have gotten a lot of my business but you would think in a small town they could flex a little.

I have never been treated so poorly by a store manager in my life (Kieth in Harvey ND). He was so mean and nasty I left in tears. The cashier felt so bad she gave me a hug and apologized. I was buying (2) chicken coops, one was on clearance because it had been outside and the box was soaked. My husband had talked with him about a discount due to damage on the phone prior to me picking it up. I drove an hour to town and when loading Kieth loaded the smaller chicken coop first on the trailer, then the smaller box to the second coop, then the largest box of the three on top. I thought he was going to rip the floor of my trailer while trying to push the boxes on the trailer. I asked if the smallest box be placed on top and another person helped change the boxes around. When we lifted the smaller box, the entire end had been torn open from the forklift and several wood pieces in the box were broken. The person helping said that we may be able to fix it and I asked Kieth if he would give an additional small discount. He said if my husband wasn't so rude on the phone, which I was there during the conversation and he was not rude, that he would have given an additional discount. He then proceeded to tell me that once I leave I'm stuck with it because it's clearance and then instructed the other person not to help me strap it to the trailer. While strapping it to the trailer I found the bottom box had damage from the forklift. At that point I was crying, and went back into the store and asked to return the items and have them taken off the trailer. As I said the cashier was very apologetic and the other gentleman helping came outside and unloaded the boxes. He also stated that should never have happened and would not be unloading the same way Kieth had. I shop at Tractor supply at least 2 times a week, and spend thousands of dollars a year with farm supplies and generally every other project. I will never go into the Harvey ND Tractor Supply again.
