The store had everything we needed. The employees were kinda rude and didn't really seem to care about the customer finding the needed items they needed while shopping. Quick funny, they have chicken feet, not found very often, this walmart has them, not to mention slow as heck. If you all hate your job that much, go find what makes you happy. Seriously.

Walmart is Walmart, no customer service, lines, broken self check out machines, and prices are getting out of hand. I'm doing more of my shopping at Target. Target cares about their "guest." Plus Market Pantry is better and cheaper that Walmarts Great Valve. Why not close one of the stores? You might actually have enough staff at one store to open 2 or 3 cashiers at once. UPDATE: 32nd is better stocked and cleaner. Prices keep going up and up. No variety, just over priced and padding their profits. NO CHANGE, just more expensive than ever. Doing less shopping now. WALMART ON 32ND AVE: Been over a month now and the outside door on the grocery side still broken. Hey Walmart do you realize that's a fire Hazzard to have that door broken? Dirty inside, stuck to the floor in the grocery area. A bunch of young unhappy associates, just what you to engage . Why not close both stores? WALMART CUSTOMERS: Yes, we are being taken of advantage of by the Walton family. Prices keep going up so the could spend 4.5 billion dollars, yes, 4.5 billion dollars to buy the Denver Broncos. Instead of helping people the flaunt their wealth in our faces. I won't watch any games where the Bronocs will be playing. With all your new profits maybe throw in the Rockies as well. Empty store, both people and shelves. WORTHLESS! ATTENTION DRIVERS: typical Walmart driver. Can't park, drive the wrong way, and multiple parking spots. AUG 27th, isn't it Sad when they paint arrows and lines in the parking lot, they still drive the wrong way? Lots of empty shelves and high prices Time to drop your inflated prices Waltons, give the little people a little more for their hard earned money back. No changes, more empty shelves at the 32nd Ave store than the Gateway store. SAME OLD WALMART, OVERPRICED. Soon we'll get the pleasure of paying more for when they go to the new store model. APR 7th, forget the pennies on your "rollback" prices, they don't cover the other prices that increase far more. Get serious and slash your prices. Big joke in the Gateway Drive store, old, rotting jalapeños you cut the price instead of throwing them or donating to the food bank. Other peppers were reduced as well, just not as dramatic. If you can't handle produce properly then get out of the business.

I visited the store for the first time with my baby and I am breastfeeding, when I went to the bathrooms looking for the nursing room, they surprised me but in a bad way, since they didn't have one! When I asked one of the employees, she didn't even know what I was talking about. Two other employees who were cleaning the bathrooms offered to do it in the "family bathroom" where there is no designated place for it, and it's not the right thing to do. appropriate and hygienic.

Friday night, I left the self check-out without taking my change, which was $5.00. I went in today, which is three days later. Itook my recite and let Customer Service service know what happened. I recieved my $5.00. Walmart has always been helpful to me. Big thanks to whomever checked out after me and turned my change in. Big hugs to humanity!

Walmart+ and their delivery is a valuable service to me over the last few years as without a vehicle there's no better option to have things delivered to my door. Usually when a mistake is made they take appropriate actions to address it, until recently. I had a PlayStation 5 delivered, not to my building but the building next door. The driver initially contacted me and told me my door code did not work and that they would just leave it in the entry way, which I didn't think was a problem because they've never delivered to the wrong building before. I checked and it was not there, and with a baby I wasn't able to immediately run from building to building trying to figure out where they left it. The entryway they left it in was unsecured and I never was able to find the item, either someone walking by noticed it and grabbed it, or it was the driver's plan all along and maybe they did it on purpose. The photos I've attached show two different entryways, the one they left it in and two photos showing both sides of mine, different color carpet and all, but customer service initially dismissed it saying it was marked as delivered and to contact my bank. Contact my bank? I paid with a payment option that I'm still paying for, for an item I didn't receive, contacting my bank isn't going to fix that. I kept pushing to talk to higher ups, and they said they'd escalate the problem to higher ups in 24-48 hours. It's been 4 weeks. No replies or responses since. Contacted Walmart corporate, was told I'd be hearing from someone, again nothing. This is unacceptable, and I can't recommend anyone ordering anything though this service that they can't afford to lose.

The jewelry section has not been restocked in over 4 months and this is not the only section like this. They still need more cashier's because the self check outs are always busy because no one wants a slow cashier and that's all they have even the lady in the self check outs takes her time to put her employee number in the machine. More then 90% of employees i have seen or interacted with don't speak English. If this was a mom and pop business they would have went under already. The only reason they r still running is the fact that it's a huge corporation.

The two main products that normally walmart has , one they don't have at all and the ultra pasteurized milk both 2 percent and vitamin D were all past due date and couldn't find anyone to help me.Plus super long lines

I've worked here and I've shopped here, all the staff are very helpful and even the temp staff are just as helpful. Great place. It could use a little more organization. Other than that, very nice place to get your shopping done

Did some Black Friday (early shopping) had a very awesome and super enjoyable experience. A floor associate; Dorothy went above and beyond tonight. 1st off, she and another team member lifted a water dispenser into my cart and then she went way above and "found" the floor cleaner I was looking for (which was 'out of stock' according to online); it was not supposed to be in stock until 11/15. I would like to give a great big shout-out to Dorothy, the other team member (not sure of name) and Front Lead, Michael for the superior service. Michael even pushed my cart outside and waited for me to pull up and loaded everything into my vehicle. Thank you all!!! 👌👍😊

2.5 Stars. Tis a slightly worse then average Walmart. Nothing great and only a few shortcomings.Cart management was lacking, number of open registers vs customers waiting for service was also below standards. You'd think with the Walton family being worth way north of $200 billion, they'd invest at least some money in ensuring ALL their store managers give a rat's a__ in how the stores are run. But hey, the Waltons don't shop at their own stores, do what do they care?!?

Standard Walmart. Only thing I noticed that was off was the lack of plus sizes aka clothes for fat people and it felt like a joke that smalls boxers and socks are at 6 foot height and the 2xl was either out of stock or ankle level.

I stopped by near closing time to pickup a one hour photo. The photo guy had clocked out already and asked if I’d come back in the morning. Kudos to Eric, the cashier team lead. He’s super friendly and didn’t hesitate to walk back and look for the photo. Excellent customer service by Walmart’s front end department!

Older store but has been remodeled to mirror newer style. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I stopped in early in the morning. Thank you. There is a Sam's Club immediately adjacent also.

The greeter lady was very nice. Clearance signs all over, even if there were no clearance items. The optometrist was helpful, and the glasses frames were cheap. Fruits and veggies quality is hit or miss. It is what it is🤷‍♀️

I recognize and understand the labor shortage in the area right now but this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to literally fistfight inventory to buy my kid some underwear. Some sections of the store were ok-ish but many sections haven’t been touched in, quite frankly, months. There was Men’s and boys underwear mixed up in there. It’s obvious that whoever works that area throws the new stock on the pile and it lands where it lands.

When I draft and post a review on social media of a business, usually it is to influence the business to make changes on our behalf. But, some businesses are so large and they make so much money, that they don't really care what we think. The customers become expendable and they know they are going to profit off of us, even if they take advantage of us.WM is the world's largest corporation and they are too big to care what I think. They will just disparage me and my reputation. I was banned from both stores, for a year.In my case, I'm still allowed to hold an account and shop online. WM offers a special offer for those on government assistance, called WM+ assist. For $7 per month, I can get stuff delivered and they even include a subscription to Paramount+. Even though I'm resentful of what happened, I still give them my money because I've become dependent on them for all sorts of products.Tipping is encouraged, but you don't have to tip and they accept food stamps, through their delivery service, too. You can avoid all contact with their delivery drivers and buzz them in. They will just put your stuff in front of your door. You need to take it in, right away, to prevent anyone from stealing it and to freeze or refrigerate it, if it needs it.If you take the bus, it works out to about the same price and you don't need to get dressed for the cold or leave the house, at all, which can be an advantage during the long, cold winters.I don't recommend anyone visit their stores or even get stuff brought out to their cars, in the parking lot. The way they treat people, if you are ever accused of something is not human. And a lot of the workers smile and are friendly and kind, but those aren't the people you will deal with if you ever are accused of something. And they won't let you speak on your own behalf or ask you questions. And no my ban was not related to loss prevention issues, if someone is thinking that.Anyway, I just want to encourage people to be careful of this company and to understand that what you see is what they want you to see and that doesn't represent what this company really does. It's more sinister than that. Anyway, good luck if you want to go in and shop.The whole company has become paranoid, to the point where they view their customers as the enemy. They won't tell you that, because they care about PR, but it's the truth. The stores are not safe and I don't recommend anyone enter one, ever. Not from the point-of-view of violence, but from the point-of-view of having someone bear false witness against you or try to get you in trouble.

I bought $22 dollars in merchandise this morning, and my receipt showed tax4 at 7.0000% and tax1 at 7.2500%. I asked the checkout monitor lady, and she sent me to the customer service desk. I asked the woman in customer service working the cash drawers at 6:30am about what the 2 taxes were. She said to "Call the state", turns off the lights and walked away. I asked if this is new and as she gets further away, she says she's been there over 10 years and has never seen it before. I asked if the store manager would know, and she never answered. So I'm left at the customer service desk, by myself with an unanswered question, in the dark. Thank you, Walmart, for your excellent customer service. Have a great day.

The pretty lady that was working in the am at the self checkout was so nice and friendly and sh helped me when I needed to take a item off that go scanned 2 times..95% of the time the workers are so rude and make you think you are totally bothering them if you need something..that's how most stores in Grand Forks are these days. People are just rude..

You can buy food that will expire LONG before the expiration date because they're careless and cut the packaging when they put it out. Entire blocks of cheese molded weeks before they're supposed to expire and completely unopened. Fungus on bread and contaminated fruit.They treat all their people like scum, over worked and underpaid. There's a reason they never have enough people working the store properly and the shelves are weirdly vacant so often. Store manager is rude to everyone (customers and employees alike). You can walk down the aisles and hear employees say how much they hate this place and him. Go to the smaller Walmart on the other side of town. Better customer service and the employees don't look like they're about to explode with rage or sadness.

Had an order for delivery which never arrived. After discribing my property, the driver still got everything wrong. A picture of a green house was sent to my phone, my home is not green.After calling the store, getting the run around from different managers and finally was given a computer generated phone number. The number gave instructions to wait 48 hours!Finally sent an aquaitance to look for my order. It was found at a nieghbors home and they nicely gave the package to the aquaintance.What a bunch of b.s. to get my package!
