It's amazing how much they care for all animals, small to big. Went in looking for a new pet carrier and found a lot more. The pets there are well cared for, lots of fish, rodents, birds, kitties and more they offer classes and have grooming services. Prices are very competitive and a wide range of varieties. Brands I'm not familiar with, but much needed in this town. The staff enjoyed their jobs and were very friendly. You must check it out. A great place to adopt a furry friend as well.

We have been bringing our one an only dog ever here for the past 3 years. We live 40+ miles out of town and so have only brought him in for grooming on the weekends. Appointments get booked up for weeks so we made an appointment for our BMD to get a bath and brush THREE weeks in advance. He’s overdue from the winter and really needs it right now. I received a rude phone call from CARRIE that she would not be able to groom my dog on a weekend ever again due to my dog having anxiety and needing “one on one” when their “weekends are impossible to do that”. Keep in mind that we have been bringing him here for THREE years and this is the very first time I have ever heard anything like this. I have had this appointment booked for THREE weeks and she called me two days prior to his appointment! So now it is last minute and we aren’t going to find him another groomer to get into this weekend!! I will never be supporting another petsmart again and I will make sure everyone I know knows about the professionalism that this location lacks!

It's a wonderful day for Animals at Pet Smart. The kids enjoy all the fantastic costumes and Science diet is the most healthy food for our lil Dachshund and Yorkie. Beautiful shiny coats . TThey do a great job on the nails and hair.It's an all around great place to bring family to learn to train your dog 🐕🐩😊💯 29.99 for a turtle😁👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌 The groomers are so kind gentle talented ..grind the nails . 😊 They have polar costs for our lil ones 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We always bring our dog Koda in here for grooming and I cannot recommend Eric enough! Our dog LOVES Eric and he always does an amazing job with her and she comes home happy, clean, and smelling great every single time!

I had to return part of an online order today and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. She had to wait for the store manager to return to finish the process, so she assured me that I could go and I would get a refund confirmation email. I did get that email and the bonus was that I didn't have to wait around in the store for it to happen. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

I hope PetSmart understands what a valuable employee they have! I brought a picture of my fish in when they started getting sick. Their fish expert, Josh, was able to look at the photo, tell me exactly what to do, and ended saving the rest of our fish. He answered so many other questions without hesitation or having to search for the information. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. As long as he is there, this is definitely where we will be going!
