Kris at the grooming salon did such a wonderful job with our doodle, Fynnley. She was so helpful, kind, and thorough. We originally were getting him groomed at Petsmart and after several bad experiences we switched to Petco, and Kris went above and beyond! We’re extremely happy and highly recommend anyone with a doodle to get them in at Petco!

The shelves were pretty empty of stock. The amount of variety was lacking and the prices are way too high! I used to love the fact that I could get items that no other store had. You had fancy melamine bowls in pretty colors and patterns I. Large sizes too. No more of those. You had amazing tough chew toys that were well priced and amazing holiday themed toys with great sales. No more of those either. The store was dark and dingy too.

I went here to stock up on new pet supplies after adopting a cat, the staff were wonderful and very helpful, though they can be difficult to find at times. The store itself has a good stock of all types of cat goods, at very reasonable prices and frequent sales. The layout isn't the best and the store could use some refurbishment, but this otherwise isn't an issue.

I took my large dog, Tanner for grooming. They did a great job. I appreciated everyone at Petco and their professionalism. It was a very good experience and my dog was happy and calm when I picked him up.

Came in later in the day yesterday, the staff (manager and cashier specifically) was *super* helpful in assisting me with getting a gecko and some female mice. I also had made a pickup order kind of late in the day and when I had mentioned it, they didnt hesitate to throw it together for me real quick (I don't recommend doing this, but the service was fantastic). All the animals I brought home are super healthy and happy, and I got a great deal on everything thanks to the online discounts and current store discounts! I was very happy with my visit, like usual!

Seems a bit understaffed. Haven't had a ton of luck with some of my aquarium acquisitions there, but they are always good about exchanges. If they could get their tanks healthier, I could give more stars. Less selection and higher prices than Petsmart...

Kristiana does such a great job grooming my pup! She gets the haircut perfect each time and is so gentle with my dog, while also getting a thorough clean! I can’t recommend her enough!

I’m writing this review because of an experience I had today. I went to pick up an online order and it unfortunately had a small physical defect... Vince, who was also amazingly knowledgeable on fish, did me right by making sure I was happy with my purchase. He may not know it, but he made my day. I hope he gets recognized for his discerning and hard work!

The customer service is always excellent here. Bonnie was very helpful in helping me choose a pet food that’s affordable and nutritious. She also came outside and showed me how to put the seat harness on my dog. It was very much appreciated. The groomer also was courteous kind and shared information about caring for the hair around his face and eyes. thank you Petco

It used to be a great place with friendly, knowledgeable staff, but now, under the new management, it's difficult to get help and no one there is knowledgeable enough to offer advice. Their membership program is annoying and my account is always getting messed up. The fish tanks looked diseased and the adoption cubes were a mess when I was in there last week and I just found out that the only employee I knew to be capable of offering useful advice and helpful service was let go shortly after the management changed. Evidently they don't care about customer service, the animals in their care, or the people they employ anymore.

Andrea was an amazing help in the many pet purchases we have made there. She also made it very easy for us when a few days later one of our Guinea pigs died. The whole store was so helpful in letting us know when a new batch was supposed to be in so we could replace her.
