Kobe loves going here! We moved in January about 45 minutes away and decided to try closer spa for our baby girl. She came back from the new place almost traumatized and from then on we said no where else will do, but the Fetching Post.

I boarded my pup Mikey for 5 days at this facility. We normally use his vet but with staffing issues, we had to find a new location. I was very pleased with the service! I like that you have access to a 24/7 camera from their app. Mikey has some "quirks" and they had no issue accommodating him. I appreciate that they stick with the diet provided, absolutely no stomach issues when he came home. Thanks to everyone who helped take care of my boy!

Benji absolutely loves this place.Boarding and daycare has been a wonderful experience for the both of us.I have to mention one of the receptionist who works there that is outstanding to me, her name is Lyric. You can tell that she absolutely loves working there.She has the biggest smile on her face when she talks about the dogs.I bring Benji every week and it seems that she is there most of the time. She is always smiling and with excitement just talking about the dogs there.

We found this gem of a place online. We wanted to make sure our frenchie was socialized with other dogs and people. The friendly staff is always cleaning and very welcoming. We bought the package of 10 daycare visit which made it a little bit more cost effective than it already is. An added bonus is they'll clip their nails if you requested ahead of time for free. I almost forgot to mention that they have a live cam so you can check on your fur baby anytime you want.

We couldn't be happier with our experiences at the Fetching Post! They have been an important part of socializing our adopted dog that we have had almost a year with their daycare program. They treat the dogs as their own and our girl is so much more comfortable with strangers and other dogs! When we go out of town, the boarding experience has been great and our dog is so well cared for and loved!! Great facility and great staff that provide such awesome & genuine care!!

crowded, loud, dirty, terrible customer service, my baby had a horrible experience, came home looking terrified and anxious for days after. They keep the dogs for way too long, they don't care about the comfort of your pets. Please go somewhere else to keep your babies safe.

This place is so amazing. They accommodated my 4 pet with loving care. When we had to add a night last minute they were happy to help us. The staff is amazing. I never boarded by animals before but if I ever had to again I would not hesitate.

The last time I visited this business was in November. I found the business / facility to be fairly new and clean. The majority of the staff are pleasant. However, there are a few who have very sassy mouths. Employee E is one of them. The other may be reachable to save. There was a problem initially with a few staff members altering my care instructions on my account. I talked with owner Amy and it was corrected. There was also a situation when My dog remained in his stable for what appeared on camera to be for four hours. I talked with owner Amy about my concern. She told me that she would review the video recording but never told me what her findings were. However, she did start sending me video clips in a group chat whenever he was let out. My dog is on a raw diet. I found it necessary to provide staff with reminders to take his frozen food out for thawing but it was expected with such a young staff. I found inconsistency with the grooming. The first grooming was very impressive. My dogs ears were clean, his nails looked great and his coat was outstanding. He smelled great and there was no loose hair. However, the second visit to the groomer was a big lit down. I requested at the time of scheduling that his ears, nails and bathing be done. However, when I picked him up I found his ears were dirty, his nails had not been done and his coat was full of loose hair. I shared my disappointment with owner Amy. In regards to his nails she told me that the groomer said I did not want his nails done. One of the reasons why I take him to the groomer is to have his dark colored nails cut because I don't want to make any mistakes and hurt him. I scheduled his grooming online and chose that service. I do not understand why she could not check that for herself in the system. There was an incident of my dog vomiting while in the stable. Luckily I was monitoring the camera / video system. I found it odd that the employee entered the stable and removed something from his vomit but said nothing to me about what it was. It makes me wonder if he was given something that he was not supposed to have. 🤔 I believe in providing people with the opportunity to self-correct. I have a record of text messages / videos. I will see how things go when we return for service. Amy appears to care much about her customers but needs closer supervision of some of her staff.

We take our mini Goldendoodle, Dixie, to the Fetching Post for daycare services, boarding, and grooming. We ask her in the morning if she wants to go see her “puppy friends” and immediately she gets excited and cannot contain how happy she is. The staff all love her and treat her well and it shows. Dixie’s tail is full on wagging by the time we arrive. Their new facility has really improved the ability for the dogs to play with one another (big vs small) not just inside but outside as well. Her grooms are always beautiful, she looks gorgeous every cut. Even afterwards they check to see if we’re happy and have no issues adjusting if we see something that doesn’t look right. This is her home away from home ❤️

I had a family emergency I needed to leave my dog behind. I can only tell you that my dog is my life my world I almost broke down and not leave Because I forgot his baby Doll. Not only did my dog have a great time but I was able to watch him through the cameras and I just want to thank you guys so much. Most importantly, a woman came out the back Just to tell me that I had a great dog . She gave him a stuffed animal to go home with.

I started taking Remi for weekly baths a few months ago. He always smells so good when I pick him up. I love the staff and the environment there. Remi can't wait for Saturday mornings. He beats me to the car waiting to get in and go.

Our puppy loves The Fetching Post. She always comes home exhausted from playing with all her friends. The staff seem to love our Zoey and I have no doubt that she is well taken care of when we board her. They have a beautiful new facility and cameras that allow us to check on our girl while we are traveling. I wouldn’t want to leave her anywhere else!

I enrolled my senior dog a few months ago as a last straw for his anxious behavior. Before coming to Fetching Post he was taking a lot of medicine to help with his anxiety as we work long days. He LOVES it and everyone one has been so helpful, patient and supportive while we were getting used to leaving him twice a week. Amy is a hidden gem and communicated with me each time I needed reassurance that bringing my senior dog was the right decision. He currently is on barely any medicine on his days off from school!

We can’t recommend The Fetching Post enough! We’ve been using their boarding and grooming services for 1.5 years - their pricing is fair, and we love that our dogs can board together. We use their drop-in visits weekly, and they are SO accommodating when our work schedules change last minute. Jasper & Bonnie love Ms Amy and the rest of the staff!

Today was my first experience with The Fetching Post and I must say, I am absolutely blown away! I have a little Yorkie, and he’s my pride and joy, but he has been “too hyper” for other groomers to handle in the past, so I was making due with my non-existent dog grooming skills. :(Obviously, this was not fair to him and most definitely not getting the job done. He ended up a mess despite my attempts. But, my mom mentioned that The Fetching Post used to groom our family Yorkie about a decade ago and that they were AMAZING with these little guys. So, of course I checked them out, and I have not been disappointed at all!They were so good to my sweet boy, and did a fantastic job, I recommend The Fetching Post, 100% and would give 6 stars if I could! :)

On February 21 the owner contacts me regarding my original post written around December 2023.I’m going to keep this short because it is so funny. In short, she tells me what she will not be doing anything with her troubled employee. I could not give a damn about whether she does anything with her employee and that includes letting her go or not.The owner tells me that I’m difficult. My question to her was what is it that I’m difficult about, am I difficult because I’m explaining my dog breed to you because you are unfamiliar with the breed (South African mastiff) or is it that she feels I’m difficult because I don’t tolerate certain things as a customer and I bring it to her attention like I said I would when I first met her. Accountability can be very hard for some people to handle. but as I said, I like to provide people with opportunity to self correct. So we’ll see what happens with the opportunity that I’m providing.

WOW! Amy and her entire staff gave Piper and Bodie the very best care of ANY boarding kennel we’ve ever used! The friendly staff was very attentive to our needs and went out of their way to accommodate our pups. Their first visit to The Fetching Post was for four nights. When we returned to pick them up…they behaved like they didn’t want to leave! It was so nice to feel comfortable and know that our pups were receiving the same love and care as they do at home!ps We can’t wait to come back!Piper and Bodie ❤️🐾

For me, one of the best signs of a quality business is how they handle possible adversity. I recently had a question about a possible discrepancy with my billing for a grooming service I received. The wonderful people here sent me another digital copy of the receipt and an e-mail with a detailed explanation of what occurred. They are wonderfully communicative and transparent here at the fetching post and I couldn’t be happier with how they handled my issue.The second thing of note is that when I went to pick up my dog this past Saturday after her grooming appointment, she tried to go back into the back area to play some more. If she didn’t have a positive experience, there is no way she would have tried to go back there on her own, so I’m very confident in the positive treatment they provide my pup here.

Our pup Eli has been coming to the fetching post since he was 6 months old. They always take such good care of him and he gets SO excited when he goes to see them. Everyone there takes extra time, but our Eli loves Bekah the most of all. We never feel nervous leaving him with them. I recommend them to anyone who is nervous about leaving their pup.

They took such great care of our Dottie! We loved the updates & the video capabilities. I definitely recommend adding on the bath at the end. Dottie came home happy and smelling great!
