This is the nicest Carlie C’s I have ever been to. With that said, if I were comparing this store with grocery stores in Raleigh or other bigger cities in NC, I probably would have gone three stars. The parking lot and the shopping center in general need a makeover badly. The customer service here was excellent. The store is very nice for a Carlie Cs. The produce section is an entire large room that is essentially an enclosed fridge. The hot bar looks and smells good. The desserts are excellent. This is a must-try just for the desserts. If I lived in Zebulon, this would be my store of choice.

Bad service. Not from the cashier. It's more so management. I feel as a customer coming in spending 300 worth of groceries, I shouldn't have to ring myself up and bag my on items, and I look around seeing multiple cashiers talking laughing, having a good time

Please fix your self checkout! I really like the store and I appreciate your low prices on meats. But I can’t keep coming here if you don’t fix the self checkout. It’s terrible! There’s too many things broken about it for me to even mention here. It wouldn’t be so bad if more than one person was checking people out as well. I want to get in, buy my stuff, and get out. I’m leaving 4 stars because otherwise the store is great. It’s clean. People are nice. And the price of meats are great.

The best meat selections ever. And I drive from Rocky Mount monthly to get the dry sausage. So good! And hoop cheese is great in my scrambled eggs.

This store is very clean . Easy to get up and down the aisle and not cluttered.The meat department always has a very good selection of meats. The cashier's are friendly they have front in help to bag and help you out with your groceries if you need it.The bathrooms are always clean.

Everything on the shelves always seems stocked and pulled to the front. Something I rarely see elsewhere. The people who work at Carlie C's, have been the most pleasant compared to other big name stores. Just friendly as can be! I come in for lunch a few days a week. All of the pre made sandwiches have been really good.

We just moved to Zebulon from Asheville and we checked this place out. It’s an old store that definitely needs a makeover. However we did find everything we needed here and surprisingly they had our favorite Asheville beer! The employees are friendly and so are the people shopping here. It’s better than a FoodLion but not as nice as a Harris teeter, if that helps…

Good for quick visits or really inexpensive food items. My one complaint would be some of the produce. A few times going in for some veggies and peppers, noticed a bit of rotten or low quality stuff. Otherwise, it's a great, cheap option. Not a lot here for vegan or vegetarian protein alternatives. Tons of great meat though.

They have great prices on roast and steaks right now! All the meats are way cheaper than other stores I have been to lately. The store in Zebulon is very clean and organized! The customer service is excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff!

If by now you didn't know i love food, 😂😂Im here to tell you I do... Carlie C's in Zebulon has the best hot food bar i know of..If you can think it they have it.. Fried Fish, pork chops, chicken breads fresh baked cakes pies it goes on and on and on.. The staff is so very friendly, and carefully seeing you have everything you need to eat then..Devil eggs fresh veggies cooked. I drive from Clayton at least once a week for that great hot fresh clean food.. Don't forget the ribs.... I enjoyed shopping here again this time I brought a friend.. she loved it too..Still the best!!

Down home grocery store with a great selection of meats and produce. Prices are competitive with other area stores and I would definitely recommend Carly C's over going somewhere like Walmart. I will definitely be coming back.

Carlie C's is our main source for groceries and next is Food Lion. Both have all of the food items. Whatever we don't get from one, we go to the other to get everything we need to have in the house for breakfast, lunch and dinner and maybe even dessert.

I just moved here and I was very impressed with this store. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They have a bigger selection than Food Lion and it's cheaper. I especially love the meat section!! You now have a new regular customer.
