Ordered an item that was “in stock” online, showed up to pick up the order and they didn’t have any. Left my number to be notified when they had it back in stock - received a call and showed up and still no product. Seems like a poorly managed store. I’d go to just about any other Tractor Supply if you’d like things to be reliable, the Youngsville location is the only one I’ve ever had issues with.

I get deer corn here. They have good prices for that. Also have bought plants, flower bulbs, and trees, which have always done great after they are planted. I often buy my dog and cat food here too. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The Tractor Supply in Youngsville is a great store with caring and helpful employees. I go there often and always find the staff helpful and the prices very competitive. Their online sales and customer service (answered out of Tennessee) are also very good and always very accommodating. I have made several large purchase there including a couple of kayaks, an outdoor table and many other outdoor items. I recommend this store!

Inventory is consistently out of stock for weeks at a time. The nut and bolt aisle is always very disorganized as well, which is dissapointing because the hardware selection is what I prefer to go to tractor supply the most for.And the main reason I'm even bothering to leave a review is that on my last visit both cashier lanes were open. I went up to one and she said to wait in the other lane as hers was closed. Then right when I walk into the other lane to wait behind another customer the lane I was told was closed goes ahead to accept other customers, I guess they were more important than me. Guess I'll be driving past this store to go to other ones in the futureEdit: 2 years later and customer service is still terrible here. Was waiting in line to check out when manager told cashier to go do something else. Cashier protested that they had another customer and manager didnt seem to care. Set down my items and walked out. Bumping down to 1 star. Absolutely insane how little they care

I've been coming to this Tractor Supply location for over three years now. The employees are phenomenal and very helpful. They are always willing to check in the back of the store for the feed I need. Today a young woman help me with my cart because I was getting a bunch of feed. She pushed my cart for me so I could mind my toddler. She even offered to help me out to my car. During the trip, I was greeted by another employee that I've gotten the privilege to get to know a bit. They are all very kind and hospitable to their customers. In all my years of shopping here, I have never had a bad customer service experience. The prices of feed are good and I really have no need to go to another store. You can get anything from fencing materials two animal feed at this store.

Service is great. They just remodeled the store and it makes more sense putting the clothes and boots area to left. Garden Center is being constructed, love coming here for everything. We get a great buy for for pine pellets instead of clay based cat litter. Smells better and saved serious money!

I lost my mother's (she has passed away) ring from a necklace chain today at the store and the employee named Kaycie was so helpful and kind in helping me look for it. I found it luckily but I will never forget how sympathetic and helpful she was in my time of need. Give that young woman a raise.

Poor customer service. I bought the Superior construction Chicken coop and it took weeks to finish staining and sealing when I had free time and when I started putting it together the roof and nest dividers are not fitting together properly. I called TS and they said the only way they can help me is to bring the whole thing back to the store for a replacement which i explained would be very inconvenient for me due to all the time needed to stain and seal plus the cost of stain and sealer supplies (50+) plus needing to tear down in order to bring back to the store. And where would I keep the chickens while I stain and seal an entire new coop? I just needed to replace 3 pieces or have a small refund to pay someone to help me resolve the issue. They weren’t willing to work with me. Never will use their service again.

I’ve had fantastic experiences with obtaining pet supplies from TSC in the past because the prices are fair and good quality, but I drove to this specific store to obtain an item I called about that is supposedly in high demand and requested for it to be held. The employee said they had it and agreed to hold it, so I trekked all the way out here. I arrived an hour later and there’s no stock in the store and none of the employees owned up to speaking with me.

I was very happy to find that they had all the feed I buy in stock. However, it was not on the shelves. I had to ask for help from the back. I also ask the store for help loading in my cart and unloading in my car. A gentleman helped with this very quickly even though he was a little gruff. I'll for sure go back again for my feed.

I get my pet supplies here and use their veterinarian on Sundays from 4-5:30pm. The veterinarians have the best prices around and great professionalism. The other staff members always provide friendly service.

Tractor supply (at least this one) has always been an nice place to shop, my only pet peeves would be that I hate when items on the shelf do not have the price listed on it clearly. I won't pick up items at a store that has no prices listed.One more thing I'd complain of (it's really a good thing, I just don't care for it) is employees hitting you up soon as you walk thru the door and then every person you pass beyond that asking if I need help with anything well,, that's all great and what not but it always makes me feel like I'm at a car lot dodging salesmen. If I need help that bad, hey,, I'll ask ya dawg.Otherwise great place to shop and get odd things you typically can't find elsewhere.Later.....

They finally got rid of the old manager Don and the store has somehow become worse!Be warned this is not a female friendly employment establishment as many of the men who work under ceartin women managers actually get paid more then the women managing or training themFor example they have a woman who's been with the company for over 2 years! training a new man to do the EXACT SAME JOB but he will be paid more then her when she is finished training him.....? Keep in mind shes had this same position for over a year that he is being newly trained forEstablishment is an absolute embarrassment treat workers poorly they claim to have a work/home life balance but they have no such thing even when you take paid vacation managers will still continue to bother you at ridiculous hours

Went to the Youngsville store to purchase insulated bib coveralls and they didn't have my size, but my vet recommended their canned dog food (4health) and my dog loves it and she's spoiled as she can be. The sales people were very nice and helpful and overall my experience was great.

Very disappointed visit today. Found the store completely under stocked. The shelves are empty. Three young associated were at the check out when I asked if someone could help me find my chicken feed and scratch. I have to drive far to the store so I was very disappointed how empty the poultry Isle was. I waited by the door as I saw the associates climb mountains of feed needing to be put out on the floor. This is not the first time this has happened, it seems to be getting worse. The store has my feed but no chicken scratch?The associates were very helpful but it's very obvious there is a staffing problem. I was very sad to see dead chicks in the brood bins and did point that out to the associate. Customer service at the check out did not seem like he was having a very good day.
