The only issue I am not happy about, is the fact that CVS closes for their lunch break. People (patrons) should not need to plan their visits around CVS schedule. I use CVS as a convenient store and not the only Pharmacy I could use.

Friday evening I had prescriptions sent over from Duke primary care for acute sinusitis and acute bronchitis. Saturday morning I went to pick them up before lunch ; the girl behind the counter didn’t greet me upon arrival and very well plus she went around doing other things in the store before even acknowledging that I was there. Finally she asked my name she went and got my prescription I didn’t look into it because I was very very sick and thought everything was there. I just wanted to go home. It was later that afternoon that I realized I didn’t have one of my prescriptions and the pharmacy was already closed. So I didn’t get an important med for the bronchitis. Later I thought I was going to have to go to the ER because my chest closed up but I remembered I had an old prescription of the same medication from when I had pneumonia late last year.Then I started to read all the reviews of this pharmacy at CVS and how this happened to many people. If I had gone to the ER I would’ve called an attorney because this was negligent for them not to tell me that the medication that I needed for bronchitis was not filled. Needless to say I’m switching to another pharmacy and will not do business with this CVS any longer. I called the store manager and told him what had happened and that I would not be doing business with them any more and that he really needed to check up on his store’s pharmacy.

Rude people work here. They make promises to have your prescriptions ready and then they aren't. I went a whole weekend with a broken arm and no pain meds because they lied and told me it would be filled when I got there no one was there tht was able to fill it. I was leaning on counter in pain told me I needed to move I could not stand there all day. I said I hurt and you have no seating they said well you aren't leaning on the counter.. very rude!! I'm changing pharmacy. No sense in being so mean to people.

How do we give 0 stars? Things used to be great until a few months ago. Now 8 out of the past 10 prescriptions have been screwed up. Calling in the wrong refill off of a concrete text refill confirmation, calling doctors we haven't seen in years for refill approval, filling the wrong medication, losing paper scripts, refusing a single pill of uncontrolled daily meds pending refill, the list goes on. At this point when we need medication, we expect a screw up. We've been extremely patient but transferring to target.

I shop there regularly only because I'm a cares member, but this store and the one in Creedmoor is in bad need of good customer service training.Update I went to the er last Wednesday, March 15th. The customer, before me, had their sick child so close to the counter that he was coughing on the pos terminal that everyone uses. The blond technician saw this and didn't sanitize the machine. Then, when it was my turn, scowled at me and threw my prescriptions across the counter. I couldn't find cold remedies because they were sold out again. I'm switching to another pharmacy entirely.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This whole pharmacy should be closed. The staff is rude and refused to answer the phone to help you. I had to call multiple times to get my prescription transferred to a different state and the women was so rude and said she didn’t do anything wrong because she wasn’t there. They refused to call the new pharmacy back after multiple attempts to retrieve my prescription. So unhelpful and should all be fired. Everyone move your prescriptions to Walgreens and maybe we can get this place shut down for good.

Only giving a one because I have to. I have been dealing with this place for years because it was on my way to work and convenient. They have always been rude and short. However, it is worse over the years Specifically Halem. I called last night because THEY over charged me. He rushed me off the phone and barely let me speak. When my husband went to get the refund he was rude to him too. Handed him the money and said "Here" and shut the window. People like that do not belong in customer service. Each time we have to go it is worse with attitudes, unprofessional, egotistical, and just down right rude. People already have to get their meds, they should not be treated ugly when getting them. It does not appear anyone is happy working their. If you can avoid this place do it. I will no longer use them since it seems I am bothering them each time.

I have been using this pharmacy for over ten years. I never had a problem until about two years ago when all of a sudden like a light switch the workers started being rude, the drive thru line started being ridiculously long (on more than one occasion I waited 45 minutes), and my prescriptions were wrong. It is also a regular occurrence that I get a text saying my order is ready just to get there, wait in line for at least 30 minutes, and hear the little smart mouth worker at the window tell me that, in fact, my meds are not ready. And THEN they have the audacity to tell me that if I need my meds today, then I need to go wait in line again so they can fill it, so there’s another 30 minutes of wasted time. Don’t bother with this place, there are plenty of other good pharmacies in the area that others have mentioned in their reviews.

The best sentence to describe the lack of empathy and care in this store is, DO NOT WORK IN HEALTHCARE IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!! To hear from a a medical, healthcare professional that he is only one person and it is what it is is sad. To be told you’ll get a text when a prescription is ready then come back two days after that text and have no answers and no responsibility is pitiful. The arrogance, lack of empathy, and sheer entitlement these pharm techs and pharmacist feel here is apparent. To have one pharm tech chew gum in your face and essentially throw your prescription at you while the pharmacist sighs out loud and says ANOTHER BUSY DAY I GUESS…as if….his job is not to work with people. Sad to see professionals act like this is such a vital field. Ron the pharmacist is truly a rude, entitled, and overstressed professional who needs to switch fields and or have his license reviewed. The people who come to this CVS did not pick your job…you did. Act like a professional…and strive to be a good one.

I have been using this pharmacy for 10+ years. I'm only giving a low rating for one specific incident. In short I had a prescription for pain meds because my child had ALL 4 WISDOM TEETH REMOVED. The lady at the drive in verified my number and informed me they would call. THEY DID NOT. My child was in so much pain as we lost track of time. I went back to the pharmacy to check on status of prescription and it was ready the entire time.

Staff from top to bottom are NOT knowledgeable about Covid Test insurance requirements. Documentation is necessary (understood). Drive-thur staff member requested I drive home (10 miles) to return with a insurance card. After providing the info. requested they refused to honor the card and I was told there was nothing that could be done. And I was unable to receive a test in drive -thur. The employee who requested the insurance card refused to come to the window to explain or help resolve the issue. This was a complete waste of time (2 hours>). Very disappointed!

My whole house hold has been sick for the last 3 days. I had a prescription sent here for nausea. It has yet to be refilled and thankfully Ive not needed it.A pharmacy where people depend on there meds should have the dang decency to answer a phone call.

I stopped in last night to pick up meds for UTI. I had to make a run to the bathroom and no toilet paper. I asked the young lady in pharmacy could she please stock the restroom with paper and she informed me that wasn't her job and for me to tell the girls up front it needed stocking. I went back to the front and the young lady left the register to help me. I asked her the young girls name in pharmacy and she told me she thought it was Gabby but she wasn't sure. Either way, we removed our families meds from there two weeks ago due to them messing up my mom's meds every month. I won't go back period! If this is how cvs treats other customers they need to be closed.

Today was my last straw for this location. I called, went through the hoops of automated prompts designed to prevent staff by being bothered, finally got a staff member, and they acted as though I was a burden to them. Previously I have found some workers to be judgmental and act as though doing their job was a burden. The app says things are ready when they’re not, and they have been lackluster overall.

(Pharmacy)A complete utter garbage of an organization! Never open on time. Waited around one Sunday morning 30 minutes PAST the time they were supposed to be open and three pharmacy folks come rushing into the pharmacy at the same time. I am assuming they were all out to breakfast or something and was running late to open. That in itself is unprofessional and with the new lunch closing times they have I feel they are abused as well since they are never there 15-20 minutes before the time or after. This location just needs to be shut down entirely IMO. Way to much reoccurring issues with people not being at a very important job during the hours that they are supposed to be. The final straw has been pulled for me and am switching pharmacies. I am sure this is a management issue and shame I. Corporate for allowing it to continue. Total dumpster fire!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have a family of 10 using them and every month it's an issue to get refills. Their lines are also always ridiculously long. To make matters worse most are really rude. I spoke with a man in pharmacy today who told me to figure it out and hung up on me. I am transferring pharmacies at this point.

There is no excuse for not having a drug store staple such as hydrogen peroxide. The child working the register couldn't have cared less and was even argumentative. Keep dissing the few customers you have left and that corner will have a Sheetz.....at least they have hydrogen peroxide.

The staff is always quick to acknowledge my presence, even when they're busy. Also, the pharmacist, Sherry, is consistently personable, friendly, remembers my name, and always asks about my family (she makes me look forward to picking up my prescription!). Prompt and friendly customer service!

I called to transfer my medications from another pharmacy around 11 am, waited on the phone for 20 minutes before I talked to the technician... she was in hurry and she didn’t bother to get the insurance information, I asked her to notify me when they are ready and I didn’t hear anything from them the rest of the day. I went to the store the second day nothing was ready because they don’t have my insurance informations, when I asked her why no one called me? She said she left early!!!!! These are maintenance medications, even the pharmacist didn’t even bother to apologize and when I expressed my frustration she asked me to be quite or I can transfer it to different pharmacy!!!!! Just like that, no customer service at all

I have been an on and off customer of CVS since I can remember. The pharmacist, Sheri Culbertson, is horrendous. She is rude, entitled, thinks she's an actual doctor, and I think she enjoys watching people suffer. She's cancelled refills of meds ive been getting for YEARS because all of a sudden she doesn't agree with the drug and the amount. She then told me that there are other pharmacies I can go to. C-ustomer V-alued S-ervice. After speaking with her boss I found out she thinks she's untouchable because she is. There were no consequences, and when I spoke to herboss again she was then rude as well. Also, the chubby girl with the glasses that works in the store is hella rude, and she needs to learn how to think before she speaks.

The least helpful staff I’ve ever encountered in a pharmacy. I’ve been using this pharmacy for 4 years now and recently I’ve been having issues with picking up my daughters prescriptions. They keep telling me my insurance is “terminated” even though I’ve spoken with the insurance company several times and know this is not the case. No one seems to want to help me with this issue at CVS and they keep giving me the run around. The latest encounter I had was trying to get my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy and they didn’t offer me any assistance in this either. Super unprofessional and not helpful in the least is all I can say, I would not recommend this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My experience at this CVS pharmacy today, 9/20, with the pharmacist, Tamil/Tamile (sp?) was completely unprofessional and demeaning. I went inside the pharmacy to receive 2 shots. Upon completing my paperwork, I placed my paperwork on the countertop and sat in the waiting space.After about 10-13 minutes, I went to the counter to see if Tamil had processed my paperwork. When I approached the counter, I noticed my paperwork had been moved. Tamil acknowledged me and asked if I had completed my paperwork, in which I asked him where my paperwork was and if he had taken it. I found out that one of the other techs had moved it from the counter top.At this point, It was clear from my wait time and Tamil's lack of awareness about my paperwork that he had forgotten about me; I presume due to the multiple tasks he was juggling behind the counter or other tasks that I am not privy to nor were communicated to me. He was the only tech on staff administering shots.Because of this, I decided to stand back from the counter, a part from the main service line and in Tamil's sight of vision, so he could see me waiting. Tamil told me to sit down and I reframed because I did not want to be forgotten like I had been.When Tamil finally got my shots ready, he came out into the waiting space with an agitated manner. As he prepped the first shot he commented on how I was tense and needed to relax. He then proceeded to talk aimlessly. If anything his aimless talking made me feel more agitated and tense. I told Tamil, I preferred to focus on getting the shots and reframe from talking because of the agitation he was exhibiting and the nature of the experience at-large; getting shots.As he gave me the first shot, he gaslight me by saying I must be having a bad day and should be thankful for what I have. I told him that I was thankful but I was uncomfortable with his disrespectful manner and unfounded presumptions, especially after I verbally expressed not wanting to talk aimlessly. He then stated he was uncomfortable with me and reframed from giving me my second shot.Ultimately, I went to another CVS to get my necessary booster shot. This experience was extremely uncomfortable and agitating. I am thankful that I did not receive my second shot from Tamil due to the unprofessional and demeaning manner in which he treated me and spoke at me. I would not want anyone else to experience this. I would not recommend this CVS to anyone.

I don't know if the pharmacist at this location has problems with social interaction, is extremely busy, or is just an unhappy man. Regardless of the issue, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we were having issues with my son's prescription. He completely ignored my husband's questions and went back to counting pills. Whatever the reason, my family will lower his number of interactions with customers by having our prescriptions filled else where. When your kid is sick, you just want someone to at least pretend to care and help get things straight. The lady running the cash register could not have been more lovely. I'm sorry she is stuck working with such a jerk.

My husband was just at the pharmacy. The Pharmacist was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge the customer in front of my husband. She left after waiting. My husband standing in front of the Pharmacist. He stayed on the phone again not acknowledging him. My husband had a clerk come up to him and he explained what he needed. She didn't take the time to listen and ignored him. He left disgusted and won't be back there again. CVS, you lost a customer.
