For the first time in a quite a while, very disappointed in the food preparation of one of my favorite apps and go tos when I'm really hungry. Occasionally I order the boneless chicken bites "tossed in buffalo ranch sauce".9 times out of 10 I received my food and each of the boneless bites are completely glazed with the sauce as expected. I'm not sure if this was due to a lack of training or possibly apathetic customer service, but the food I received tonight appear to be a large order of boneless chicken bites.... Which had a side of Tabasco and literally a drop of ranch accidentally dropped on them in the very middle and that was it.Okay I'm done venting now I got all the way home and then realized this was the condition they were in and so I was very disappointed.

Poor and really rude and lieing management. The manager on daytime is really rude too customers. The last couple of times I've bout food there it was ready but it took 15 minutes to get my food they had it setting on the counter

Great location with easy access to both US 421 and US 601. If you order food to go here be sure to check your order before you leave the store !

Apparently they don't change the frier oil. It tastes like old oil every time. So I'm done with yadkinville sheets.. hopefully the county health inspector will catch it soon. It's nasty we pay the price sheets ask that should include fresh oil in frier. I guess they tring to save a buck at the consumer cost.

The store and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I stopped in to buy sun glasses and snacks for the road. There is food for everyone in your group; healthy for the adults, milk for the baby, and snacks for the kid. The gentleman cashier was very nice and was super friendly with my son. He complimented my sons ninja shirt and they exchanged some ninja moves and a bow. So awesome!

I went to sheetz mainly for my fried Mac and cheese, but I got some other stuff too. when I got home. no Mac and cheese. I got 2 orders of it too. food was yummy tho. would be better if I had my fried Mac and cheese.

Was there today 7/7, to get gas and was going to clean my windshield. ALL of the windshield cleaner sponges were dry, most of them nasty, and the bin that usually has the cleaner solution was dry and full of trash at 4 of the pumps. The trashcans at the pumps were overflowing. There was trash blowing across the parking lot. It was NASTY!! Highly dissatisfied and NOT what I've come to expect from a Sheetz. Glad I doing have to visit that one often.

I went into sheetz yadkinville several times lately..dont sell things at advertisedprice...refused to get me a sheetz card.manager on duty was rude...argure with customer threatened to remove from store cailusr they didnt want to sell at right price..how can 2 pks marlboros redbe 9.94 and menthol be 11.94..when they are 478 per pk. And then told me one pk of marlboro was 9.94.nedd better management refused two sales.

I stop at this location ONLY on my way to the mountains. Which is a couple times a month since this location was opened. The reason is, that the staff here is VERY courteous, professional, and helpful. Unlike the Sheetz locations in Raleigh, NC which are terrible. The employees always have bad attitudes like they don’t like their jobs or just plain don’t want to be there. I wish the employees at this location in Yadkinville, NC could move to Raleigh and work in those locations. The snacks and food I always get here are always presented in a professional and cleanly fashion like it should. Also the food is always Hot and always the receive the correct order. The overall Sheetz location here is ALWAYS clean. Restrooms and dining is always spotless and the gas pump areas are always free of trash and very clean. Raleigh, NC locations need to take lessons from this location. Wish I lived here because it would be the ONLY one stop shop location I would visit. Keep up the good work..A++ in my book.

Went tonight after work...was hungry and wanted something different. Ordered a steak melt on pretzel roll with various toppings. Tue girl that made it did an absolute fantastic job. The best I have EVER had....hands down. This was about 115 am and did not catch her name but she needs to be praised. I will definitely drive the extra 15 miles to come back. Thanks so much!!

I buy my company's gasoline here 3-4 times a week. Many times 1 or more pumps are bagged. Most of the time I have to go inside and stand in line for a receipt. The trash bins by the pumps are always full. This is consistently one the worst Sheetz locations I visit.

Customer Service at checkout was great! As for the employee who thought that a dirty broomstick beside the trash can was the perfect place to hold the new toliet paper. This is gross.....really gross. We come here often but I've never seen someone do this 🤯

Worst customer experience of my life. The manager was the rudest, most unintelligent woman. Typically I have a decent experience at other Sheetz stations, but what the hell is corporate teaching you guys? Absolutely no knowledge of our state laws. I go out of my way to refuse my business here.

Food is good when the employees remember to change gloves and wash hands between removing garbage and working raw/cooked foods.It being the only thing open past 10pm in town is why i gave it a 3.Ive been sick 2 times from the mishandling of food by employees.

Fantastic sheets location right off of 421 in yadkinville. they have a ton of ⛽ pumps and you can save several cents with the card. They also have an awesome store inside, clean ♿ handicap accessible restrooms, drinks, snacks, and a full-blown restaurant.

I go to Sheetz all the time and of all the Sheetz I've stopped at all around North Carolina and other multiple states from my experiences this Sheetz store is one of the best ones I have been to, (Sheetz on NC 801 in advance, NC is another really great one!) Between the variety of affordable products and great food they offer, the cleanlines of the store and restrooms, lots of parking and gas pumps, free wifi, outdoor and indoor wall outlets, outdoor eating, (at this particular store they also have a nice indoor eating area with TV), and above all the service is fast and all the employees I have encountered at both stores are always extremely friendly, respectful, helpful, caring, positive, kind and have you leaving in a good if not better mood than when you walked in! I highly recommend this store and the other store I mentioned in this review to anyone and promise you won't be disappointed!

why is everyone that works really fat and really rude. when people arrive all the employees wait act like they dont see you until they feel forced to serve you. all the manager and employees dont wear aprons. and sadly all the skinny people are nicer. someone needs to represent for fat people by being fast and polite.

My girlfriend likes hotdogs and I was tryna get a extra long hotdogs for my girlfriends birthday so I called to asked if they had them and they answered very rude I wasnt looking for a 15 foot hotdogs I just wanted like a 2 footlong hotdog and I was wondering if they could do that ik this sounds ridiculous but like I'm serious

Quick, convenient stop on my way east to the big city. My visit was not dependent upon the courtesy of the staff, but service was not really memorable. Anyway, I'd stop here again for gas and grab a drink.

This sheetz needs corporate review. One third of the pumps were out of gas, receipt tape on the pump not installed BUT more critical.... Inspite of the wear a mask sign in this store and on the front doors, I counted 16 people in the store without masks.Corporations need to step up their game in enforcement of their policies.

So everytime I ordered curbside , and I have been having to sit in the car for about 20 mins for one thing and I check in. so I’ve been having to walk in and I find out it’s been sitting back there and it’s cold.
