My 3 year old is sick with strep throat and a 102°F fever. We just got the strep results back at 7pm. We rushed to the pharmacy to get her antibiotic so she wouldn`t be left to get worse overnight. I got there right at 7:57 pm. I was third in line. By the time the other two were seen, it was 8:01pm. The person whom I can only assume was the pharmacist (very dark skinned and muscular male) had at least three other pharmacy employees with him when he spoke up and told me that the pharmacy was closed. I tried to explain to him that my little girl needed her antibiotic, but he responded by shouting over me saying, "The pharmacy is closed, come back tomorrow." My only option now is to take her to the hospital. CVS has let me down. Save yourself time, money and heartache by taking your child to the hospital if they have a high fever after 5pm because no one in Yadkinville can help you.

Getting a run around about a prescription being filled. Called in by doctor, tried to pick up F I say and was told the doctor did not call it in - had to get in another line for them to tell me it was called in but did not have the medicine and it would be in Saturday. Called Sunday, got the robot and finally message the prescription was ready … not the correct one and then pretty much told they do not get trucks on Saturday - after I was told they do. So, still do not have the script I need and am out of and going out of town. Will not go back… ever

Very poorly managed, instead of rotating staff through lunch, the pharmacy completely closes. They don't care that some people come on their lunch hour to pick up prescriptions! Headed to D Rex across the street!

They are always so rude they dont greet you just open the drive thru window and look at you like they are angry you came to pick up your meds. This is the worse cvs ever.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had from a CVS, and I've been to so many different ones. I have a prescription that requires needles, yet they refuse to sell me the needles. It makes no sense why it is so difficult to access needles at this CVS if I have a prescription that requires them. Every other CVS that I have been to has given them to me with no issues. Even prior to this, I went to another CVS and was instantly handed the needles that I desperately need. I am 3 days late on my NECESSARY MEDICAL INJECTION due to their "inability" to give me needles. In fact, for a 6 month supply of my medication, they only provided me with a 5 month supply of needles. Even still, they refused to give me more. Make it make sense, and never go here if you are in a dire need of needles. They will not provide them under any circumstances.

Customer Service is a foreign concept to these people. If I order an item for pickup in the store, the cost is $8 less than if I pick it up in person. The manager claims she can't do anything about it, and gets the another manager that tells us we have to order it online and pay for it she can't honor the advertised price. We have been customers at CVS for years...this store has made us former customers. Looks like I'll have to find a Walgreens to get the needed items while on this trip.

Disrespectful and not courteous of your time! I drove 30 minutes to pick up my prescription and was told it wasn’t ready yet to pull back around. I did so THREE times. I am on my third loop back through the drive through now with an hour lapsed since me first getting here and they just told me it will be a few minutes again. For amoxicillin. I am not going to be 2 hours late to work because of these people. This should have only taken 5 minutes and the girl inside was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Never again.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to pick up prescriptions that I had received a text about. Text said I had two prescriptions that had been filled and would be held for 8 days before being put back on shelf. When I finally got to the window, I was told they were not ready yet. No explanation why. They said they could expedite it and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I said to expedite if that is what it takes to get it filled. I returned the NEXT day and was told they were NOT ready yet! The young girl at the window was kind but obviously caught in a difficult place as I explained the recent visit. All she could say was "I can expedite it for you". Obviously that means nothing at this pharmacy!! I can't get any service or straight answers at this location any longer. I also called and talked to customer relations at CVS corporate. I hope things improve soon!

I waited with my husband at the drive thru for covid testing and we weren’t acknowledged until we honked the horn after 15 minutes. The girl at the window said she would be back and never returned. The pharmacy tech was standing there ignoring eye contact and we finally just left after 10 more minutes. Way to waste our gas and time. If you don’t have the staff to properly operate don’t say you have appointments.

Terrible. The employees are nice. That's where the nice words end. I call in my prescriptions and everytime I am met with "please pull back around, or please wait it isn't ready yet."What is the point of calling in medication early and you guys sending me a text saying it's ready when it is NOT READY??? These turn 5 minute visits into 40-40 minute affairsI dont understand

Very rude blonde lady in the pharmacy. Clearly pained her to answer a question. Literally no one else in the store and she couldn’t be bothered. Rude girl at the register that told me to use self checkout because she had ONE person in line ahead of me. Then proceeded to yell that it doesn’t take Apple pay as I was paying with Apple pay(which worked). When I told her it worked she wouldn’t look at me or speak to me even when I said have a great day. I’d like to say they were just having a bad day but I always have to drive around several times waiting on prescriptions that have been called in. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I was so disappointed when Yadkin Valley Pharmacy closed. Resorted to using CVS for my urgent care needs for the children and immediately regretted it. Usually met with incredibly rude customer service, with the exception of one friendly young man. Just tried to pick up an urgently needed antibiotic that was prescribed at 7 PM the night before. Now, 17 hours later, the medication should have been administered to the child at least twice, but they are still giving another 45 min wait time with an extremely rude attitude about the situation. Lesson learned, will not use them for "convenience" anymore. I know everyone is short staffed, but customers need to be made aware of these incredible delays and issues before being stuck without medication.

The Pharmacist is extremely rude and appears to be above everyone else! Very disappointed with how I was treated today. I asked her where the Pedialyte was and she told me I would have to ask the front, all she had to do was point me in the right direction but that was below her. I’m sorry ma’am but you put on your pants on just like I do every single day. Considering moving my medications to a different pharmacy.

This CVS has some of the most rude people working in the pharmacy. On top of their extremely poor customer service they never can get you everything in 1 trip. My husband has the same meds every month but I ended going up there 2 somethings 3 times because they can't get their act together. The final straw was when we waitedfor 40 minute at the drive thru window and no one ever came.

Most people here are very friendly and helpful, but the girl named Hope that checked me out was quite rude. It’s usually attitudes like hers that cause people to not want to come in and shop. I appreciate the other two girls who helped me and were friendly.

This pharmacy has when downhill. Service is terrible. When you call no one answers. I was on hold and put my phone on speakerphone and drove to the store. The phone in the pharmacy was telling them the had three calls. The women stood around talking. Finally one ask if she could help me. I told her I was one of the pharmacy calls. Called and spoke to the district manager and it’s still bad.

This is the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The staff always seem to be flustered and put out to be waiting on customers or answer questions. I have MS, and don't drive. Had a prescription called in yesterday, called several times asking if it was ready. Was told no and that they would call as soon as they had it filled. Because my husband works out of town it needed to be picked up yesterday. I called today, having not yet received a call, and they were ready, YESTERDAY! So I will start my medication late because of the incompetence of this staff. Do yourself a favor, find another pharmacy or at least a different CVS!

Very busy pharmacy. Expect to stand in line for a while, possibly multiple times. Most OTC items are ok but hard to find. Update: Made us wait for over an hour for a simple prescription. We'll never go back. If you value your time don't go to CVS because they're absolutely inept. We're afraid to give or child his medicine now, they probably screwed it up. CVS hates it's customers.

After having one of the worst experience this CVS has chosen to go anti-consumer tactics on this day. Aug. 19, 2018 is the day during the evening. This one particular employee has been looking at us as if we were going to steal and has been eying us while we were shopping. We have been here frequently for our shopping and after saying this this might be one of the very few times we will ever come back. Rudest employee to ever deal with at this point.

This is the most unorganized and under staffed pharmacy. The staff is always stressed out and act like you are a burden. After my experience tonight eating in line for over thirty minutes and watching one customer after another leaving unhappy I will not return.

The pharmacy is a Joke. All medicines are suppose to be on automatic refills and it is never ready. They continuous asked if I want automatic refills. I am moving all our medicines to the new D-Rex. Good riddance to the aggravation

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff go out of their way to be condescending, suspicious, and unhelpful. Do not use this pharmacy is having your prescription filled successfully and in a timely manner is something that matters to you.

I was discharged from the hospital today. Had my pain medicine prescription sent to CVS in Yadkinville. Called the pharmacy to see if medicine was ready. They said they did not have it in stock & it would be next week before they got it in. I believe I will need it before next week. Will be changing pharmacies.

Society just isn’t as accepting of it. Costs go up in healthcare, and society wants to redo the whole healthcare system from scratch. Costs go up at the grocery stores, and gas pumps, goods and services.....that’s ok it’s just inflation running it’s course. You can’t expect five star service on a nickel budget. That’s the oldest fight in healthcare. Premium services at a negligible cost to all.....it doesn’t work like that in any industry. Why are five star hotels $1,000/night and the fleabag inn is $39.99? You get what you pay for. Simple economics. Is anyone surprised in this situation that overwhelmed pharmacists and techs can’t sustain a daily beating of RUDE customers, understaffing, overwhelming work demand and new roles as testing locations and furnishing massive vaccine numbers daily.....for $15/hr? Not hard to visualize.....it doesn’t work."
