This used to be a great store to shop, but as rude as the older women working at the register tonight was to my wife. I most definitely will not be recommending the staff there. She was rude, rushing her out the store and locked the door at 10 mins to 10pm. She needs to find a job she can handle, she obviously isn't a people person.

Don't do an online order. The store employees are too lazy so they purposely let orders sit until they can no longer be fulfilled& the app automatically cancels. It's such an inconvenience when you arrive to a store that you did a pick up order for and you STILL have to shop for your own stuff. Also, no empathy at ALL. No "sorry" or "I apologize for the inconvenience".. Just sorry customer service. Will be shopping at the one on Fire Tower instead from here on out.

This should be the first stop for saving. Rarely can you not find what you're shopping for on one of the many ailses of store and name brand products. You will be able to save on a variety of necessaties like: snacks, cold beverages, fresh eggs, milk, bread, portioned frozen foods, non-perishable shelf items, pet products, paper products, laundry and cleaning items, personal hygiene and cosmetic items, household and Automotive Products, gift cards, cell phones and accessories,zup andasonal items - just to name a few. I can't tell you what to do with your dollars, but I can tell you that I take mine to the Dollar General when I start to spend.

Had bad experience! Lost my wallet in their parkinglot! No cameras they say out there! Wont answer phone,i tried to call them ,honestly 20+ times last night!! No answer! Had to have family to meet police n show up there in person to ask a manager IF anyone turned in my lost wallet to them! They claim i dropped n parking lot 4sure,and they cant help me!! Not a happy customer!! I hate that store now! No care nor concern for their customers!! * btw -And no they didnt greet me w a hello when i walked in!!* Smh!! Disgusted!! 😭and heartbroken bout my wallet disapearing!!!!😭

Your stores need to remove expired items from the shelf if I wanted expired items it should be a sign stating that these items are expired but many times I have been in one of your stores and seen this I have also call to a Branch office in reference to this your prices on the item I purchase is the best which is garbage bags, dish detergent & cleaning supplies but your other items need to be checked and dealt with as soon as possible I feel that your company cater to the Black pollution and you don't care what you sale them

Its a clean store and ok for a one stop shop. Most of their staff provides good customer service. One lady in particular who works cashier should probably stay off of the register.

The people at the one on Firetower Road I just awesome the manager there is the sweetest lady ever met they always have what you want and which is kickstarter's she keeps in the cold for a she's a sweetheart all the people are wonderfully nice and pleasant to deal with thank you so much be back soon keep the kickstarter's cold thank you

Dollar General is my go to place for quick up items. Love the new Cover Girl foundation they carry. The L3 cool ivory blends great with my shin tone.

Dollar General is a discount store that carries a large variety of items. Not many clothing items. Good place to pick up something you might have forgotten at the supermarket.

I am totally shocked the dollar general considers cake plates a seasonal item. People cook cakes year long. The most are cooked Thanksgiving and Christmas.

They all know me in there and are very helpful. The only thing that could be changed is when they are restocking to not leave their carts in the aisles, etc.

The Dollar General is a chain of stores that are known for convenience. It was a peak time and there was a long line. It was a long time before the 2nd employee was sent to help.

Visited this store location today. They have many “sales” posted throughout the store. However, if you are actually able to locate any of the “sale” items they refuse to sale them once you get to the checkout register.
